The vibrant colors and sturdy magnetic tiles were an instant hit with my little ones. Hours were spent building towers, castles, and imaginative structures that seemed to defy gravity. It’s a simple concept, but the possibilities are truly endless. The set encourages creativity and problem-solving skills, and it’s a wonderful way to keep them entertained away from screens. Cleanup is a breeze, too, thanks to the magnetic attraction that keeps everything together. A fantastic addition to our playtime routine.
Both my kids love Minecraft and I think this is a great and unique way of bringing Minecraft to life. I was surprised how much fun can be had from these little blocks. They loved creating unique designs out of them. Unfortunately though there’s only so many scenes you can recreate before it gets a little boring so I think it would be better if it was sold as one big set and included a few more water and soil pieces. That way I think it would be a little more fun to play with.
These magnetic blocks have become a surprise hit in our household. The vibrant colors and variety of shapes spark creativity in my little ones. The pieces are sturdy and easy for small hands to manipulate. It’s a welcome change from the usual toys.
These are some seriously excellent-quality Minecraft themed blocks; they have a high-quality feel to them and have been finished to a very high grade, leaving no sharp or uneven edges. Blocks of various kinds can be used to construct one or two “trees,” and the concept is strikingly similar to the game it seems to mimic. The magnets within are powerful and function effectively no matter which way you arrange any component. Although the magnets jangle inside the cubes, they are powerful enough to adhere to surfaces such as whiteboards, metal bedposts, refrigerators, and radiators in addition to one another.
The kids love Minecraft but the sets are quite a lot of money so I jumped at the chance to get these!
The magnets do rattle around inside the cubes but they’re strong enough to stick to the fridge, radiators, metal bedposts and whiteboards as well as themselves.
The kids love to make scenes with the cubes and move them around their room. If you have a Minecraft lover in the house i’d recommend these as a gift!
I received this product through the Amazon Vine programme and this review is based on my girlfriend’s opinions.
I got the 37 piece cherry blossom set for my 3 year old nephew to play with as he loves building blocks and these were no exception. Nicely made and very colourful these blocks are a lot of fun. Being magnetic they hold in place allowing you to create some interesting designs. They also lock together when tidying away which is a nice feature for parents. Good fun.
This is a little set of mini magnetic fumes which is a great time for the kids. It has designs on them so that you can build some trees. There are green parts and pink parts there are also Brown pieces which you can use for the bark. This makes a very nice tree setting which also has some Pink blossomy leaves. The magnets I really strong and the pieces click well together. The kids really enjoy playing this as the magnet is strong and it does a really cute little set. The set comes in a clear container and it fits perfectly and nicely. It is a really compact toy and can be taken along. It is not the cheapest toy, so I am not so sure if it is worth the money however my kids do enjoy playing with it and it is a nice toy.
This is a smaller set of 37 magnetic blocks, which together can be used to build a Minecraft-esque blossoming cherry tree, complete with fallen blossoms in the grass blocks, and a wood pieces for the tree trunk.
The blocks come in a small plastic storage box with a hinged lid. I do feel like they should have filled the box up with a few extra blocks rather than left a bunch of empty space in it. When stored away, the set doesn’t look complete.
The set itself isn’t enough to make anything fancy or be too imaginative, and really it is an expansion to the base set of blocks also by Kid Odyssey, which contains a larger number and variety of blocks to build with. As we do have the base set, this set compliments it very well, and allows more elaborate creations to be made,
I dislike how all but the very last image on the listing shows a lot more blocks than you actually get, and I feel like they need to be much clearer in the listing showing what you will actually get with this set. Most of the images combine this set along with another farmland expansion set.
I would say the expansion set is expensive, however I’ve not seen another product quite like this one and it is a very good toy, with the magnets beings strong and builds which stay together well. My boys love this expansion set and it has significantly improved their existing set.
