Easy Set up (no need power supply)

Decent looking cable, with slightly more flexibility than other HDMI cables I have. It works well, and the picture quality is fine for me when connected to a Dell PC monitor to stream stuff from t’interweb through my iPhone. I wish it had a cable tidy clip attached but just came wrapped with a wire tie. Priced at 19 when ordered, it may be expensive. I will update the review to report on how it lasts in time.

I received this just before a trip to Spain.
The accommodation was very basic and had a tv with out any smart function. The Mrs was not very impressed but I had packed this little device mostly because I love a gadget but also because it’s so small it takes next to no space.
Well I pulled this out of my bag and plugged it into my iPad that had a films saved from a usb device. So we had plenty to watch also YouTube.
I tried to link it up with Netflix but it seems to not let me. Amazon prime is the same.
I am lucky a friend has a usb/lighting usb stick and added loads of films to my iPad so it’s great for that situation but other than that it’s good for YouTube or showing your phone or iPad on a large screen.
I will be using this at work now as I have to show and explain very detailed weather reports to a room of people a few times a week and instead of linking my laptop to the screen I can plug in my phone it’s a little easier!

Works, with decent length of cable
The idea behind this is a great one. Plug it into your iPhone and display mirrored on TV…
The cable itselft feels pretty good, nice thin braided cable, which is long, go providing decent reach.
Plugging an iPhone and iPad into a 1080p monitor and a 4K TV and both worked fine in 1080p. Picture quality was pretty good too. Mirroring the phone and showing pictures and videos all worked just fine.
At around 19 it’s ok and worth having if you need to stream from a phone/ipad.

Really great product that works as it should, had similar cables in the past that were flaky at best but this one works really well. No need for power source either. Straight phone to HDMI connection.
