It kills bugs - Dead
What can I say? It works. Bugs fly into it – they go pop. Very satisfying.
Battery is pretty good too.
I like to stick it outside near my garden furniture when sitting outside, and the mosquitos no longer bite me (as much).
Quickly kills unwanted flies
The bug zapper works well and we noticed it made a big difference since using it. After leaving it on for a day we did have to clean some dead insects from it, which required using a small brush to reach
Worth every penny
Brilliant product doesn’t just zap small fruit flys but gets the large moths as well. Works so well I purchased a 2nd for a different room. Worth every penny
Only small down side picture says 12 hour battery life on mosquito mode but only lasts 7/8 hours. I’ve not used the lamp option.
Effective bug zapper on our Scottish hols.
I bought this for our 18 day road trip in Scotland on the NC500 to help protect us from the dreaded midges. I switched it on every night at dusk and it worked well zapping all the bugs that were attracted to it.
Easy to charge and lasted through the night.
Managed the trip in August and only got bitten once.
I have been using it since I got home to tackle the flies and seems to be working well too.
It does make a loud zap when I gets a big bug, but then at least I know it is working!
Effective zappe
Shows little compassion for any bugs that are curious with the blue light. Although it appears to hold a large charge, the length of time the lamp is ready to zap any mozzies is a little short of the whole night but makes for a relaxing slumber or evening, except when a curious bug touches the electric wire and then the crackle of doom is fairly loud.
Great for summer evenings
Happy with the product, definitely works to attract and kill insects in the evenings. It’s a shame it doesn’t work in the daytime too.
We use this at home as well but love that it’s portable so we can take camping. The battery life is decent!
Long lasting rechargeable battery. Easy to use
The Morole Bug Zapper arrived well-packaged and quickly from Amazon. It came with a USB charging cable and instructions to use. It is well-made and is solidly constructed. The additional light option is useful and I appreciated this. We have been using this for several weeks and found it to work really well against midges at night. We really appreciate this portable bug zapper! The battery is excellent and has not needed a charge yet. There is nothing negative I can say. Super product.
Caught a lot of insects!
I got this to try and tackle fruit flies in the kitchen. I didn’t fully realise that because it’s a light this would work best at night time. I tried it in my bedroom window at night and it caught a lot of insects and moths, so it’s definitely effective, although hard to know how much it was attracting insects that otherwise wouldn’t have come into my bedroom. Easy to operate, but not easy to clean all the insects off if they’re quite stuck on. Will definitely take camping for an evening to try and avoid being bitten, think it will be very good for this purpose.
Very good zapper! We use it outside in the garden when sitting down late in the evening. Also very useful in the kitchen away from the food, it will attract any insects to it instead of the food. I found it the best in the bedroom, specially if you sleep with windows open, again, place it away from yourself, like on the other side of the room. It’s so relaxing to know that mosquitos and night bugs will not be coming for you. The fact that it will last all night if fully charged is brilliant. I will be taking it with us on our seaside holiday in August!
What amazing thing also what I love mostly you can use it when it is charging I have charged for 3 h and did not turn off from 8pm till 9 am now when was so warm me and my son could easily sit in tent and have fun nothing bite us no flies in living room when I have on , no noises only when they fly in size perfect not to big not to small , brigntness perfect blue light is not so strong and the other light is like a normal lamp what is perfect I have both on at night so my son with sensory issue have a better smoth sleep it can be any where just do not allow kids play with it when blue light it is on as much electric the fingers it will not hurt but just for safety will attract flies in but will notnlet it out same as other insect like moths misciquitures and even spiders for me is perfect well needed if you have garde
It’s really a good product with compact and portable size, having discrete durable battery and modes setup for differentiating mosquitoes and flies. It has a comfordable price under your budget. Easy to clean. Quite nice appearance and start performing instantly, chemical free. Zaps bugs quietly and safe for you and your family ( it has perfectly designed protective grids that no matter how small your fingers are, you won’t reach into the electrical parts).
Great working
I recently purchased a mosquito killer lamp with a USB charger, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. This product has been very useful for me, especially during the summer months when mosquitoes are rampant.

Having moved to a beautiful village in the UK two years ago, I have been eaten alive every summer when the weather gets slightly warmer by mosquitos, sometimes waking with around 7-8 new bites on me.
It got so bad that I have recently considered moving from my beautiful home and village as I just couldn’t bare it any longer. In desperation, I came onto Amazon and ordered some netting, magnetic tape and this zapper in the hope that something would work.
I plugged this in when it arrived, and went to bed that evening, less than optimistic that it would do anything. I woke up the next morning with no new bites!!
Almost one week on, I have one new bite – and that devil caught me sitting at my desk yesterday whilst working downstairs. I only use this at night at the moment, but with the success I have seen, and how it has made my life so much more bearable, I am planning on purchasing one for every room for day and night use for more protection for my children and I.
The ‘zap’ can be quite loud – it sounds like the little toy pop things that I had as a kid to chuck on the ground and they ‘pop’, but I actually like the noise and hearing it zapping all the little bugs! If it catches a big one, or moth, it can have a bit of a burning smell, but this soon goes away. The downside is clearing up all the mess in the morning as there isn’t a catcher for the bugs it kills, but I can survive this to be able to live almost bite free!
I haven’t used the netting or tape as this has been brilliant for me, and I have recommended them to my neighbours as I am so impressed.
This has made my life so much more bearable and I am finally able to enjoy the nicer weather more without constantly being covered in bites and worrying about more.
I rarely leave reviews, and if I do, I certainly don’t leave lengthy ones, but this is so worth the money that I genuinely want anyone else suffering to purchase one.
