I use this in my Polo GTi as when using a hard wire Android Auto would keep disconnecting. Since using this it no longer disconnects. I would rate 5* however it doesnt always work. Occasionally it does not connect so I forget the device and re-establish connection and it works fine again. Only other downside which is to be expected as wireless connection sometimes it takes several minutes before it connects and run Android Auto but sometimes it’s seemless. Would still recommend if you’re on the fence about it.
Generally this does what it days on the tin. It perhaps takes a little longer to boot up from the car being switched off than they suggest. It’s usually around 30 seconds for me, but it doesn’t feel very long in reality. Sounds good and operates just as wired CarPlay does, except there is a short one second lag from pressing commands onscreen to experiencing a response. Have had unit about 2 months now and have not experienced any crashes like a few other reviews have mentioned. Would happily buy again.
Easy installation in my kia sportage,, connected within a minute now does it all automatically. Does get quite warm but does have vents. Great product with all the cables you would need to connect, also just plugs straight into USB if you have enough room.

I was sceptical if this would work on my 2019 Stelvio. Got fed up with connection issues, having to plug in to another usb port and finally replacing the cables. I thought why not try this, cheaper than others I reviewed. Easy set up and connects as quickly as the wired connection on starting the car. So far works seamlessly.
Connects rapidly, usually within 5 seconds or less, using in a 2020 Peugeot 508, no issues and very happy overall with the product so far.
Used one from another company previously but this seems to be much better quality, very little lag.
Very simple initial set up
Have always been somewhat sceptical in using these dongles as unsure they delivered a good experience. This in particular works really well, is very small and there are no wires dangling down. Connects as soon as I turn on my car, no fuss and no need to plug in the phone anymore! Also it was a good price when compared to other alternatives at Amazon. So far it has been a great experience.
