Such a good buy, highly recommend Never leave reviews but I was so impressed with the speed the phone arrived in, the quality of the phone (perfect), plus charged, new charger and case included.
Bought to replace old broken handse Good phone and battery life. No headphone jack was a bit of a bummer but easy sorted with Bluetooth headphohes or an adapter Charges fast and was in really good condition.
Bargain! I absolutely love my new phone – 200 for a refurbished – excellent phone is such a bargain. Mine came in perfect condition and runs like a dream. The camera quality is unbelievably impressive. Highly recommend this seller.
You don't need a dual sim carrier. To be honest my old S20 wasn’t that great with the face recognition or fingerprint reader, so I got used to not having it. I haven’t needed to set it up on this phone. I also didn’t need the whole “stylish curved glass” thing. The improvement on the S21 are: the camera works more reliably, and the back isn’t made of glass that cracks like the S20 (oh yes it does.) There are reduced charging options to preserve the battery.
I was concerned that without an external Micro SD card socket I would run out of memory. However this comes with shedloads of internal memory so I don’t meed to external card.
But what if you want to dual sim? You still can. The feature that no one talks about is the “esim”. Its a configurable sim card that’s build into you phone. I didn’t know I had one until I needed to use a local sim for data. That means that you can sign up for a foreign country and have a sim without needing a physical delivery. Sweet.
Amazing value for money, just like new! Just waoo! Firstly, I made the order on a Sunday wiht a delivery date on the following Thursday, the phone arrived on the next day 🙂 The phone looked like new, no visible issue, not even a tiny scratch, and the power and speed, OMG! I moved from a Samsung S6 which was about 7 years old to the S21, so big gap, but this has changed my life, I am so happy with this purchase and will defo use the same vendor next time I need to get a new phone. good for the wallet, and the environment!
So far so grea I’m always nervous when buying refurbished electronics, but I’ve been using it for a few days and also run a diagnostic app on it to see if anything was an issue. The quality of the phone so far has been amazing and I haven’t detected any issues.
Also, the delivery was super quick and I’m super happy with the value that I got for the price… thank you!
Battery life let's it dow S21 is light years ahead of my old phone so very please. However, the battery life is disappointing. 20 hours is the most I’ve achieved before needing to charge. If this is normal then I think I read the wrong phone specification before buying.
Good value Good phone for the money. Like new , no scratches at all. Sometimes takes forever to charge but I’m not sure if it’s my charger or the phone. Battery life not great but there again could be amount if apps I’ve on it. All in all I would buy used again as I can’t justify the price of new phones
S21 5g , 1st impressions Went for good condition phone….usually go for excellent, phone had marks on the edges, but screen and cameras were excellent, so pretty much as expected for good condition
Phone functioning well so far….works fast and the cameras are very high quality, not used all pro functions, but the auto point and shoot produce very good results, happy with the phone so far.
In love with my new phone I’m absolutely loving this phone. It has your typical Android setup and layout so nothing revolutionary here, but it feels different in the hand than some other Samsung phones. It’s less plasticky. The design is great, I wasn’t sure about the lilac color initially because all my devices have always been white, but the phone looks absolutely gorgeous. It’s also just big enough and light so it doesn’t feel like a brick. (My previous Samsung was the opposite and I kept dropping it.)
As for functionality, the two things that stand out are the camera and the internet speed. The quality of pictures is amazing – they are very clear, and the colors are very natural. Videos are also surprisingly sharp even when the camera’s moving. The internet hardware gives me the best speed I can get, I have fibre and my router usually goes up to around 130 Mbps, and I got 135 on the phone. On my previous Samsung I would only get about 30 Mbps, and I’ve just returned another Samsung to Amazon that managed a whopping 5bps.
Battery life is also very good. The phone I bought is a refurbished one with battery health at 80% but it still lasts a good 24 hours or more. I don’t make a lot of calls but I watch a lot of YouTube and spend quite a bit of time on social media every day. At first, when the phone is installing updates and downloading programs, it seems to eat up a lot of power, but after the setup it goes back to normal. A new phone will definitely last even longer.
The only thing I wasn’t happy about is the fact that there is no headphone jack and I use headphones with my phone a lot. But I bought a little adapter for the jack for a few quid and that solved the problem.
Such a good buy, highly recommend
