Case is good quality and leaves all your ports and battery compartment accessible, while offering good protection in a slim form factor. Great for protecting your X100VI when setting it down and adds very little to the camera form factor. Mines even came with a red shutter button for some reason even though it's not part of the kit. The shoulder strap, however, was not for me so I switched it out for a peak design instead.

The SmallRig Half Leather Case for the Fujifilm X100 arrived neatly packed in a printed cardboard box bearing the SmallRig branding.
The package includes one half leather case and one shoulder strap.
This case is designed specifically for the X100 and once installed, it doesn’t interfere with the camera’s screen, buttons, battery compartment, focus mode, or card slot allowing all normal operations to be carried out.
The case is crafted from wear-resistant genuine leather over an aluminium frame, giving your camera a stylish, retro look while protecting and shielding your camera from scratches and bumps.
The case features a bottom locking screw with a built-in 1/4″-20 thread, so you can still mount your camera on a tripod without having to remove the case.

Beautiful Case Specifically for the SMALLRIG X100VI
I ordered this case for the SMALLRIG X100VI I inherited from my mother.
On the positive side, it’s a joy to insert this lovely camera into an appropriate case at last. I love the retro look and feel like Inspector Poirot.
On the negative side those older leather cases were manufactured to leave the top of the camera exposed, so I’m paranoid now about scratches, etc. Also, the camera has a tendency to ‘tip’ when it’s around my neck, and I cannot seem to cure that.
A beautiful quality case specifically made for the SMALLRIG X100VI, so don’t try to use it, apart from the straps, for a different model.

L’tui en cuir est superbe, du vrai cuit de qualit , protge bien l’appareil des chocs et de l’usure et n’empche en rien l’accs et l’utilisation des boutons et l’cran de l’appareil.

Un demi étui bien vintage
Comme avec tous les produits Smallrig que j’ai pu avoir entre les mains, l’ingnierie est irrprochable, et il y a un souci de qualit vident. La demie coque est impeccable pour protger le bas de l’appareil des chocs, mmes minimalistes, qui mis bout bout finissent par user le mtal au cours de la vie de l’onreux X100 VI (ou X-saucisse;-)
Il serait tentant d’enlever une demie toile pour le bouton dclencheur qu’on perdra probablement au bout de 10 minutes et surtout pour la sangle la longueur fixe qui s’avre ( mon avis) peu pratique sur le terrain, mais ce sont de petits parasites sans consquence par rapport la demi-coque elle-mme.
J’apprcie particulirement la couleur verte de l’objet, trs chouette.

Eine gute Bekannte wartet schon hnderingend auf ihre Fuji X100VI. Ich bin kein Bewohner des Planeten Fuji, also hab ich keine Ahnung, ob das Teil noch gar nicht verfgbar ist oder nur Lieferschwierigkeiten ihre Geduld so lange auf die Probe stellen — ich werde ihr die Wartezeit noch unertrglicher machen, indem ich ihr dieses hbsche Leather Case von SmallRig berlasse. Sie kann sich ja in der Zwischenzeit ihre neue Kamera gedanklich 3-dimensional reinprojizieren. Boshaft — ich wei
Das Teil passt mM nach perfekt zu dieser Designerkamera; meines Wissens ist die Fuji fixed-lens, also nicht gerade der Prototyp fr ein Gert, das den engagierten Hobbyfotografen anzieht. Ein one-size-fits-all Gelegenheitsfotograf freut sich sicher, wenn er sein Vorzeigeteil durch das Umwickeln mit Tierhaut noch ein wenig aufhbschen kann.

The retro style of the leather case looks great and gives my camera a classic, stylish appearance. The leather feels high quality and is nicely stitched. The aluminium frame adds a bit of sturdiness without being bulky. The case fits the camera snugly, with cutouts for all the important buttons and dials. I can still access everything I need without taking the case off. The included shoulder strap makes carrying the camera around my neck comfortable. However, this is a half case, so it only protects the bottom and part of the back of the camera. The top and front are exposed. While it might prevent minor scratches, I wouldn’t trust it for any serious bumps or drops.

The case is quality. It really makes me feel the camera is secure whilst I’m using it. The look with the aluminium frame makes it seem very durable. Worth noting it’s made specifically for the FUJIFILM X100VI, but it is really a nice case.
Nice quality leather half case for X100VI
I did not use the strap that comes with this, because I already have PD anchors on my camera.
But the case itself is really decent, and will stay attached to my X100VI for the foreseeable future now.
The battery door bit stays put, and opens easily when needed. The case is held firmly attached by the tripod mount thread.
It’s a good case. I’m pleased with it. And of course yes it fits the X1000VI perfectly.
Stylish leather case
This case protects your Fujifilm X100VI camera.
Its retro design paired with the aluminium alloy frame gave it a vintage yet sturdy feel. Plus, the included shoulder strap made it convenient to carry around during photo shoots or outings.
However, while I loved the aesthetics and convenience, I’m not sure it adequately protects my camera from scratches and minor bumps because it only covers half of its body.
Overall, this case kit is a good choice for adding a touch of style to your camera setup, but I don’t think it will provide complete protection.
Quality Made Case
I bought a used camera for $1000. I got the SMALLRIG X100VI Half Leather Case Kit with Shoulder Strap for it. The case is really good quality. I like the SmallRig logo on the leather corner. It makes me feel my camera is safe when I’m taking pictures. The old-fashioned look and the strong aluminium frame make it stylish and durable. It’s made specifically for the FUJIFILM X100VI. This black leather case not only makes my camera look better but also protects it well
