Excellent for ‘connected’ vehicles
I’ve taken to using these sims in my car infotainment system over the manufacturer supplied pay monthly sim. It works great, is reasonably priced and you can roam all over Europe with no issues so having up to date traffic info etc while on road trips is never an issue.
Generally fine both in the UK and Europe I get much better coverage than with the original SIM.
Good Value for WiFi abroad.
Have used these Data only sims for many year and never had a problem getting WiFi away from home. (Mobile signal dependant). Great value and 24Gb sim can be used for 2 years from date of activation. This is my third Data only sim.
Perfect for a secondary device
I purchased this for a portable tablet that is used 90% of the time on WiFi. It gives you 24 gb of data that can be used for up to 24 months, nominally 1gb a month, but it isn’t capped at this just the total of 24gb
Works perfectly.
I put this data SIM in my tp-link portable mi-fi unit and was surprised how quickly it found and connected to the Internet. It took only several seconds rather than several minutes. Some pocket wi-fi units (mi-fi) seem to take forever to find a signal and then connect. Am most pleased with my purchase.
Broadband connection in middle of nowhere for your phone or tablet good for camping off the grid, lasts for up to two years depending on how much data you use.
