To understand how to put it togethe
Received the system but had to watch an online video on how to put it together, after that it all went well. Easy to programme the timer with a few clicks .
Very impressed
We bought this to water the plants in the greenhouse and it’s perfect. It was easy to set up thanks to the u tube video and the solar powered pump sucks up the water from a bucket. This system will keep the plants watered for 2-3 days as we have it set for 10 mins per day. Finally, it’s much quicker filling up the bucket than watering every plant.
No more help from the neighbours
I have a greenhouse full of cucumbers,tomatoes and I often go on vacation, so this watering system is a real lifesaver for us, because the system can drip feed 10 pots! You don’t need to ask someone for help.
It is also possible to set different watering intervals, which is very useful.
Installation require logical attention, but it is not that difficult.
Brilliant machine
When ordering this I was worried regarding some reviews I shouldn’t have been really easy to set up and connected to my water barrel and works a treat waters 10mins everyday you can change the setting but this is perfect for my green house whilst I’m on holiday trust me you won’t be disappointed when you purchase

This is fantastic little product that really works! Helped us out in our two weeks away. We always thought irrigation systems would be tricky but all you need to do is study the instructions carefully, have a sharp pair of scissors, a suitable container for the water and you are away! Highly recommended!
Really impressed, great value
Very happy with this product. I scanned the QR code supplied for instructions, but to be honest YouTube was more helpful.
Took a while to set up, but probably because I have so many little hanging planters. But works perfectly.
I was originally having to soak them everyday in an old washing up bowl. I can now forget them!
Ok I need to hide some of the pipes but that’s a minor job.
My panel is lower than some of the pots but it still waters them.
Gives added security when I forget to wate
This is really good for someone like me, as every year I lose plants through forgetting to water them. It’s easy to set up, the solar control panel sits on my water butt and I’ve fed the tube through into the greenhouse through a small gap. It takes a bit of experimenting with which setting to use to get the amount of water right, but once you do it’s great. Really good value for money.
Great seller response
Day 1, I found it easy to set up and seemed to be working fine. By day 5 the hinge on the solar bit had broken. It still works, but I can’t move it in the way it’s supposed to be used hence my mediocre score.
Update: the seller contacted me and offered me a refund or to send me a new one, I opted for the new one, so will hope that this one doesn’t break! However, I have to say I was impressed how the seller dealt with the situation, which is why I’ve upped my review to 4 stars.

I have been using it for a few weeks and it has worked perfectly since I installed it. The installation was easy and it works as promised. All the parts look good quality.

Great tool for watering plants whilst on holiday
Like the fact that it’s solar powered and can drip feed 10 pots.
Good that you can select between watering daily, three day or seven day and for 1, 5, 10 or 15 minutes depending on how often you set to run.
Took a little while to work out the installation but sort of logical.
We’ve installed this to feed from a water butt so plenty of water available whilst away and saves having to ask neighbours to come in and water for us.

Bought this system as we were going on holiday for 9 days and could not rely on others to water the tomatoes. It worked fantastically and tomatoes have thrived whilst away. System very easy to set up and use and reasonably priced too.
Excellent product, easy to set up and it works. Have used it in greenhouse water butt and it gives my tomatoes 10 minutes watering at 5pm every day.
No problem when I went away for a week, just kept on going.
Fully recommend for the price, it’s a no brainer!
Effective in same level or downhill
I’ve purchased two of these for different areas of my garden.
I panic about DIY but this was a doddle. Literally submerge the filter in the waterbutt.
It waters my tree fern like clockwork everyday for the time I want. I haven’t owned this during the winter period so cannot comment how well it works during this time.
The second one waters my acers in containers. Again works like clockwork but the water doesn’t reach the next outlet if the outlet is uphill and therefore doesn’t water any after that one. You’ve to think through how you place it.
Perfect setup
Bought this system for home greenhouse after installing a different brand that needed batteries at our allotment, this system was a quarter of the cost and does the job equally well, this was really easy to setup and now been in use for about a month and it’s faultless. Well worth the purchase as it makes watering so much easier.
Amazing for greenhouse
The irrigation system was easy to set up. It comes with good length for the piping. I am able to leave this in the greenhouse for a few days and the plants are watered on defined intervals. I only wish it had an option to set up watering for twice a day for those hot summer days. It does help avoid over/ under watering

Reall like this item, really easy to set up works well, ideal for greenhouse. My only negative criticism is that the timer can only come on once a day. Would have had five stars if it wasn’t for that.

Could use a more powerful pump
TRJZWA Solar Irrigation System Kit,2024 New Flip Cover Solar Drip Irrigation System certainly delivers water to some plants, however it is definitely not powerful enough to water much more than 5 separate planters which is why I say it would benefit from a more powerful pump to deliver the water to more planters.
As can be seen from the picture I have the solar part set up on a wall, with water coming from the bucket below, it is set up to water seeds planted inside the 3.6m long grow tunnel due to it not being very powerful I have had to order an additional competitors solar irrigation system in order to get all of the seeds watered.
The connectors supplied I found can snap inside the connecting pipe when you are trying to connect the tubing up to the connectors it is a bit difficult to be extra gentle with these as obviously you do want the pipe to stay connected to the connectors and do have to use some force when connecting the pipes and connectors together to avoid leaks.
On the plus side I have had no problems at all with it charging up and keeping working even on very dull days. Just a pity about the distance it can deliver water.
Edit: After being contacted by the supplier and with some trial and error of my own, with re-routing / re-configuration (reducing how many routes or how far water has to go along the pipe) of some of the joiners and pipes I now have this watering 7 separate planters. Whilst I am not yet able to get to ten this is an improvement and because of this and how reliably it waters the planters I increase my star rating by 1 star up to 4 stars as a resul
Hassle free installation and worth the value
After a week of using the Solar Irrigation System, I’m pleased with its performance. Installation was straightforward, and the system reliably irrigated my garden, meeting my water needs efficiently. The energy efficiency of the solar panels impressed me, providing ample power for the system’s operation. Additionally, I appreciated the water conservation aspect compared to traditional methods. Despite some minor environmental challenges, the system proved durable. Overall, my experience with the Solar Irrigation System has been positive, making it a worthwhile investment for sustainable and efficient irrigation.
My old irrigation watering system that cost twice the price had given up after 8 years, so it was time to replace it with something new and to replace all the water pipes etc.
I bought this because its compact size and timing features, also because it’s waterproof so ideal as a replacement.
This came with a new set of piping and drippers and was really easy to setup, the drippers are different to my old ones as these drips directly into the plant rather than on top of it. I think this way because the other system only ever dripped in a single location and was not ideal.
I inserted the inlet into my water butt about 2 meters away and have not had any water flow issues when it comes to reaching all the plants. I have set it to return excess water back to the water butt and it’s working well. Setting up the timer was so much easier than my old one, in fact, it was much better as it had a load more options, great for the winter and summer months!
This is highly recommended and a great replacement.
