A GREAT CAMERA BAG FOR THE BEGINNERS
Using a small and light compact camera, or a mirrorless model with a single lens?
This small bag would be your choice . The bag is perfect for storing most camera brands out there including Canon, Sony, Panasonic, Pentax and Nikon SLR cameras.
The strap is removable, there’s a grab handle on the top. It brings great convenience to pack in backpack or tote bag.
Good space for camera and other essentials
The bag sent to me had the name label ‘G-raphy’, but seems identical in every other way.
SLR type cameras are a bit of an encumbrance compared to mobile phone cameras. The SLR doesn’t fit comfortably in a waist-bag and you don’t always want it hanging around your neck – especially if you also need other essentials that would normally be kept in pockets. This bag has a wide base, allowing the camera to fit without distorting the bag shape. I chose this bag, after a lot of careful measuring, because it accommodates a fair number of other goodies in addition, and yet is not embarassingly large. It can be hand-held or shoulder-slung (using the easily detatchable strap). The number of pockets, and their size, are all convenient.
For me, on a normal day out, it contains:
Main compartment: SLR camera, 2 spare camera batteries, spectacles case (nice height available for it to be upright).
Inside lid: Wallet (zipped so it doesn’t fall out).
Front zipped pocket: Kindle paperwhite reader, mobile phone (ultra size). You would think the pocket size was tailor-made for these.
Side zipped pocket: Earphones for mobile phone.
Other side zipped pocket: Small wallet. Could be keys for house and car.
Altogether it is an extremely practical bag for SLR camera and other essentials, saving over-filling of pockets, but not too large. It is water resistant if you happen to be caught in the rain.
Good quality but smaller than I though
Size is a bit smaller than I thought for a dslr type camera, but, reasonable quality. However, item was placed in a thin clear plastic bag and label stuck on outside, should have been wrapped/package properly. It is clear that other heavier items had probably been stacked on top of it in transit, needed to be handled properly in order to bring back into shape.
Schöne mittelgroße Kameratasche
Die Tasche ist gut verarbeitet und erfllt voll und ganz meine Wnsche. Das Material ist weich und geschmeidig, macht aber trotzdem einen stabiIen Eindruck. Ich wollte fr meine Reisen eine Tasche, in die ich neben der Kamera (Lumix TZ300) auch Reisepass, Geldbrse und Handy hineinbekomme. In den Auentaschen ist auch noch Platz fr 2 Ersatzakkus und die Speicherkarten.
String and nicely finished
Nice strong and well-padded bag. I’m using it for a Panasonic FZ1000 II bridge camera which fit snugly but is still easily and quickly removed. Both the main compartment and the front compartment have additional pockets, and there are two side pockets. Personally, I would have preferred that the top zip opened up from the front of the bag rather than from the rear, but that is not a big issue.
Compact with lots of space
Build with quality materials.
Lots of padding around except side pockets.
Lanyard hooks and loops are made of metal so no worries about breaking it.
It’s compact in size but I can fit my mirrorless Canon camera with larger lens and additional battery, DJI pocket, powerbank and headtorch.. what else would you need for casual use.
