Airtight floral wipes holders
I’ve been looking for something air-tight and convenient to keep baby wipes and cleaning wipes in. These 2 floral wipe holders do the job of being airtight really well – hopefully they will help to prevent wipes from drying out and being thrown away. They are very pretty, dressing up mundane wipes into something much more pleasant to look at; mine are lighter and more pastel than I expected, which I prefer – one pale blue with white flowers, and one cream with light pink blue and yellow flowers, a very summery design. There’s a carabiner-style clip attached, for quick & easy attachment to a bag or car caddy, for on-the-go use. The attachment for the clip is completely sealed around the edges – it does not let air into the pouch at all. The closure at the top of the holder is press-to-close (or ‘press & slide’). I’ve tried them with different types of wipes and found it varies a little as to what you can fit in there – the bottom of the holder is pleated but not the size, so that they fit a 40 pack of wipes easily, but a larger pack would need to be opened to at least release some air, if not a couple of wipes also, before fitting into the pouch – or bundles of wipes could be put in here from any size packet. Another great use would be for discrete/more pleasant packaging of hygiene and body cleansing wipes, for example for travelling or for a hospital stay. My only dilemma now is that I didn’t realise how many different types of wipes I had, so could now do with another set!
