I’ve put these on my fridge freezer and cupboards much too early. Poor little granddaughter can’t even crawl yet! But, there is method in my madness. By the time she is able to get into the fridge and cupboards we will be using the locks as a matter of habit. I’ve never used safety locks before, when my kids were growing up I didn’t think about it. And, to be fair, I don’t think I really need the locks because I can’t imagine a time when my granddaughter will be here unsupervised. But, as the saying goes, it’s better to be safe than sorry. The locks are easy to use – hoping they’re not so easy she works them out too quickly. I cleaned where I was going to stick them with isopropyl alcohol before sticking them and they adhered well. I have a friend who has used these to stop her (much too clever) dog from getting into the cupboards. Happy to recommend them, anything to avert disasters.

This works as expected, though I was hoping to use this as a sliding door lock in a van. However, it’s a bit rattly for that, it doesn’t hold a perfect fit or “snap” in.
Freezer saver!
I have a stand alone fridge freezer which my child (since they started walking) has decided they can open… the bottom freezer compartment anyway. So I needed something to prevent this, my freezer sits close to a wall so fitting it was a bit tight but its easy enough to do and easy enough to access to open it when I need to, with the thumb switch, as opposed to a curious toddler! It hides away quite neatly so hopefully they don’t work it out! There are several colour choices to (hopefully) match your dcor in the kitchen but these were not going to be in plain sight for me so the white/green ones were fine. Seem to be doing the job for now, hopefully they will for quite some time. A nice product, good value if you need to secure more than one cupboard or door as well, very much worth a try!
Perfect!
These locks are very easy to set up and feel stable and secure once applied. The design makes it difficult for children to open. I also like that they keep cupboard doors completely closed. This is an easy recommendation for anyone needing reliable childproofing!
Simple to use
These are easy to use – anyone can fit them.
Once on it stops little people opening the fridge and touching the contents or as my granddaughter seems to like – emptying the milk on the floor!
You soon get used to opening up yourself using these.

Good safety device but sadly not perfect for our needs
I have had a many of these drawer type locks and I think these ones are more solid and easier to open for an adult as this can be opened and closed using one hand. A child would find it harder to open these locks but not impossible but this can be said about all the other safety locks that I have got. They would need to be strong as the spring in the leaver is quite strong.
I really needed it to lock the fridge/freezer as this was something that I now need as the kids have discovered the fridge and it’s door that can open.
The problem is that our fridge door is not square to the side of the fridge but rather at an angle. This means that the lock cannot correctly sit and attach to the door and the fridge side.
This is not an issue with the product itself but with the application that I am trying to use it. I was hoping that there was a bit more play in this lock to allow some angle but sadly this was not enough and the sticky fixings were placed under stress and failed.
For drawers this is perfect was both surfaces are at the same level for the sticky base to attach and not be under stress.
Simple and safe
Not only do they prevent unwanted hands from pilfering the goodies, but they also ensure the door remains closed if the seal is dodgy, simple one hand operation and really unobtrusive.
Airydar 5 pack Fridge locks
So the description states this is a:-
Airydar 5 pack Fridge locks, child safety cupboard locks. No tools or drilling needed, baby safety locks for kitchen cabinets, appliances, wardrobes, fridge and oven ~ Grey.
We already have similar but needed more.
These are really good not just for child proofing but also for pets.
As my aunty has a little Houdini dog, who can somehow get into the kitchen cupboards and draws.
Well no more thanks to these, we applied them before going away for the weekend, so they had more than enough time to adhere.
Glad to say they have done the job and no longer have to clean up after the dog’s amd stops the kids getting in where they shouldn’t.

Fridge locks
I’m not sure how suitable they are for keeping kids out of the fridge – they don’t have a lock at all, just a catch with a pull back clip, which I think kids are going to figure out pretty quickly from watching their parents use it, but they are perfect for using in a camper to stop the fridge and other doors from opening while on the move, so they’re perfect for me as my fridge door lock has broken and I don’t want to replace the whole fridge when it still works fine apart from the door lock.
Easy to install
Super simple to install and easy to use! Perfect for keeping little ones out of cupboards!!
The sticky pads are strong and the plastic is high quality!
Good value for money, would recommend
Easy and effective
Easy to place, simple and effective. Great value as you get so many in the pack. We only needed one for a freezer that pops open because the seal is broken but great for if you have little ones pesting in the kitchen. Would buy again.
Effective, Easy to Use, and Tool Free Child Safety Locks.
I recently purchased the Airydar 5 Pack Fridge Locks, and they have been a game changer for ensuring child safety in my home. These locks are incredibly effective in securing kitchen cabinets, appliances, wardrobes, fridges, and ovens, giving me peace of mind.
The quality of the locks is excellent. They are sturdy and durable, providing reliable protection. What I appreciate most is the ease of use no tools or drilling are needed for installation. Simply peel and stick the locks in place, and they hold firmly.
For the price, these safety locks offer great value for money. They come in a pack of five, which is perfect for covering multiple areas around the house. The grey color blends well with various home decors.
I highly recommend the Airydar Fridge Locks to any parent looking for a hassle free and effective solution to keep their little ones safe from potential hazards.
Brilliant and strudy
I have a baby on the way and an inquisitive autistic son, I’ve placed this on the Fridge and freezer and they have been perfect to stop my son from getting in to them.
They are easy to fit, just peel the cover of the 3m backing and push on to the surface you want the to attach to, the clasp they needs to be pulled back to release is sturdy and stiff, but not so much that it is a real pain to release for an adult.
They also don’t look really unsightly and cheap like the usual one that get fitted, to stop the little ones. Love them.
Easy to use
Handy set of 5 locks to keep little fingers out. They are easy to install and a simple action is all that’s needed to open them. I think that kids (not toddlers) would easily be able to open these but they can be put higher out of their reach. They’re perfect for my requirements and work well.
