Does the job
A decent jaw exerciser kit that’s put together well and appears to be quite durable.
It’s easy to set up and easy to use, cool design and performs well.
The price is reasonable and it’s worth trying
Effective jaw exercise
I’d never used a jaw trainer before, so it has taken a little getting used to. One has to be careful not to overdo it initially and to increase the exercising over time but I’m glad to say that I am now doing it regularly and can definitely notice an improvement in my jawline. Recommended.

The BOLT RUSH Jaw Exerciser is a fantastic product! Comes with 3 different strength “balls” and is really easy to use.
Been doing it for about a month and my jaw is feeling stronger, but given my current “plumpness” it’s hard to tell if my jawline is looking better, but I imagine if I stay at it I’ll start to show results.
It is certainly good exercise for the jaw
These three devices are supplied in a nice box that can be used for storage. Fitting the bite guards into the resistance blocks is easy, and each block has a small cord (plus one spare) so that it can be strung around the neck and avoid falling to the floor if you accidentally let go.
There are three levels of resistance. The instruction leaflet says to try for 3-5 sets of 2-4 minutes biting down on the device. This is tougher than it looks. I started with the lowest resistance and struggled to manage 2 minutes before my jaw was too tired. These devices aren’t something you’ll grow out of overnight – there is plenty of longevity in this system.
Everything stows away in the box, which itself fixes with a magnetic clasp. The box is sturdy and the fastening mechanism is secure. It’s a nice design touch that you have somewhere to store everything without worrying about various parts going astray. I’m looking forward to my progress with this system.

This BOLT RUSH Jaw Exerciser is good quality and packaged really well. Would make a nice gift too. You get 3 Levels of Resistance exercisers and it Includes 12 x Biting Strips and 4 x Neck Straps. It did make me gag to start but I slowly got used to it. I’m still on the beginner exerciser which still requires some pressure to hold down so having the 3 levels is great. All packs away nicely back in the box with a magnetic seal and they look great.

It may be too early to determine whether these are having any effect yet but the presentation is spot on. They arrived in a well designed box and each exerciser has its own case which is ideal for hygiene reasons. The set comes with 12 biting strips and the 4 neck straps are also a handy addition.
