My little one absolutely adores this busy board, especially the different dinosaur designs and the convenient sling bag that she can carry around effortlessly. Lovely busy board
This is a lovely busy board, there’s a lot of blue but it’s still suitable for girls and boys. There’s so much for little ones to fiddle and play with, it even keeps older ones entertained! It’s a dinosaur theme with poppers, zips, clips, dials and Velcro, the middle pages even zip out and everything fastens together into a briefcase that’s easy to carry and transport. Perfect for keeping little ones entertained when travelling, at 14.99 I think it’s a great price and I would recommend to others.

This busy board has a lot going on, and is easily transportable. This makes it ideal for travelling with young children, when they’re bored of a page just flip it and you’ve bought your self a little more time. Each element is well made, with no noticeable hazards that I could tell for young children.

The board can be folded up neatly (perfect for storage or travelling) and has a sturdy handle.

I do rate Montessori toys very highly, they are usually of a very good quality with lots to interest children, giving them lots of play time and chance to practice many life skills in dexterity and understanding how things work.
There are several pages within this sensory book, lots for a parent to discuss and explain, and lots for children to follow guidance and try it all out for themselves.
The bright and colourful pages engage the attention and there are so many different items per page testing lots of skills and keeping a child occupied.
It is lightweight and easy for a child to carry around with them. A very good quality item, lots of play without requiring batteries, and is suitable for all younger ages.

This busy book has 6 very bright and colourful boards/pages (excluding the outer covers) and a carry handle, and is secured by a button and elastic loop. The front cover has a picture of a lovely mermaid swimming with a dolphin and other marine creatures, the back cover has the letters of the alphabet each with a picture of an animal, e.g. A for Alligator. The inner busy boards cover a range of activities, e.g. different types of fasteners (e.g. buckles, laces, buttons), time/date/weather, jigsaw, shapes, colours, and puzzles. The centre busy boards can be unzipped from the covers to be played with separately.
The item description states that this busy board is suitable for “1 2 3 4 year olds” and, quote, “Note: Children under 3 years old should be used under adult supervision” — both of these statements contradict the warning on the bag which is “WARNING: Choking Hazard Small parts not for children under 3 years or any individuals who have a tendency to place inedible objects in their mouths.” A child will have a lot of fun with this busy book, it will keep them entertained and engaged for quite a while — with appropriate adult help and supervision. The price at the time of writing is 19.99, this includes a 13% discount — and, there is also a voucher for a 40% discount available. Only with the additional 40% discount is the price reasonable when compared to busy boards of this quality, i.e. good but nothing special.

A really nice busy board that has plenty of things to do on it on every side.
Each activity is varied and is great for sensory play.
Checking all the sections, I couldn’t see anything that could be deemed as a health and safety risk.
Nothing was damaged, and nothing as a choke hazard.
I have checked some busy boards before that felt a lot thinner and cheaper, so I quite like this.

Gave this to the littl’un yesterday and she hasn’t put it down. She’s fascinated by pretty much all of it. There is a huge range and variety of things to keep her interested – shoelaces, buckles, straps, clocks, all sorts. All of it is educational and the bag is so easy to just take with you. She hasn’t put it down, like I said. Even takes it with her in the car. Don’t know how long she will want to play with it long term but for now it’s certainly got her attention (she’s just turned 2). Great price for a well made and well thought out educational toy!
Lovely toy
This is a genuinely lovely toy for young children. Each ‘page’ has lots of fun of things for then to play with that will help them to develop fine skills and help teach them colours, numbers or the alphabet, etc. This is also good for travelling as there’s lots of bits to play with and means they hopefully won’t get bored too quickly.
I’m not giving it 5 stars as the material inside and out is felt. I do think that considering the age group this is aimed at, that the outside of the toy would have been better had it been made with a wipe clean material.
