A Must-Have for Muscle Recovery and Relief
I ordered the 13 Inch Foam Roller for Deep Tissue Muscle Massage and Recovery, and it has been beneficial for my post-workout routine.

The roller is perfect for targeting sore muscles in my back, body, and legs. The deep tissue massage it provides is effective at relieving muscle tension and promoting faster recovery.

The supplied instruction sheet is straightforward and very helpful, especially for beginners who might be new to foam rolling. It’s easy to follow and ensures you get the most out of your foam roller.

Overall, I highly recommend this foam roller to anyone looking to enhance their muscle recovery and reduce tension.

    To big...
I can only use this on my legs, as it’s too big for my back area. The quality is good, durable, and robust. It does help with the pain; I used it for about 2 minutes per leg. So far, so good, so I will continue using it.

    Variably “Ouch”, Always “That’s Better”
This is a well-designed foam roller, comes with a sheet of recommended motions for muscle relaxations, and works a kneading into muscles consistently.

Happy to give my hamstrings a better bit of pressure at the end of the day, and do it all with just gravity, and this roller.

Good roller, comes with some basic workouts
I have used rollers before. They help massage my muscles which for me is my back and legs. You don’t release what aches and pains you have until you start using them.
I weigh about 98kg and I rolled my back on this and it coped fine with my weight. It’s not comfortable but it does the job and you need to use it regularly. It’s not a one off miracle worker. It definitely helps with my stuff muscles in my back, quads and calves. Helps me recover quicker and stay more flexible. Comes with a A4 sheet with about 4 exercises for different areas of your body.

    Sturdy
Roller to help alleviate muscle aches. It is sleek in design and feels very durable. I haven’t been shy about putting all my weight on it and it has held up really well.

It moves easily and does a good job getting at the aching muscles. Definitely good for shortening recovery time after workouts. Items like these kinda are what they are so there’s not much you can expect in terms of storage and design etc that you can’t tell from the pictures and the nature of the product, but I will say it has proven quite sturdy and I have had no issues after a month of use.

    Decent quality rolle
This is a decent quality roller – works wonders for post-gym sessions! My only complaint really is that this doesn’t include a bag or anything to carry it around in. I have seen others with bags at this price so maybe one thing for the manufacturer to think about.

    Great rolle
This is great! Having had a much bigger version of this for years I actually prefer this one.

The size is good and it’s actually a decent level of firmness but with some give.

If you’re new to rollers this is great to get some back or muscle relief. They work on the principal of myofascial release which can reduce muscle tension.

You’ll know when you’ve hit the right spot!

    Really impressed !
Been using these in the gym for a while so had been looking for one for the home.
Fairly standard pressure point design. I find my calves and quads very tight so always needs to stretch and massage them.
Had no issues with this. Providing the right pressure points.
This is very sturdy but still light.
No skimping on quality, this feels real gym-quality. Currently at an absolute bargain price (around 9).
    Very happy with it.

Well made roller, should last a while, good price
I’ve had almost exactly the same roller as this one (black with white tube inside, 13 inch, same shape and material). Got it a few years ago and I decided it’s time to replace it. Eventually the foam gets a bit worn – it’s not indestructible.

This one is made of EVA foam – it’s slightly softer than my old roller. Or perhaps the foam got firmer with time?
This is the most popular shape of a foam roller – one with 3 zones for different intensity. The ‘fingers’ are the most intense, but I got used to them quickly and now prefer them in most exercises. They are a bit more shaped in this roller, to better interact with your body.
It’s great at relieving pressure off muscles and general massage/stretch. There’s a lot of ways you can use it, but the most popular ones got captured in the attached piece of paper. It’s a decent short guide on using this device, if it’s your first time with a roller.

It’s a good replacement for my old roller. The material feels decent quality and the 13 price is well matched to competition. It looks good – I only wish the white tube inside was more ‘white’? It’s sort of creamy and proper white always looks better with black foam. But not a biggie – so happy to recommend.

Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it helpful.

    Good massage rolle
Nice and lightweight. I have used this on the back of my legs to massage after exercising. Instructions included to show different ways to use. This is a shorter one then i am used to but still able to use and work. Good value and I will be recommending

Good size and function but a little hard
Good size and function but a little hard – the surface relief could just do with being a little more soft with a firm tube underneath. Does the job well, especially relieving back tension and resetting vertebrae and pelvis.

Potok 13 Inch Foam Roller for Deep Tissue Massage- You will find out your tender bits quickly!
This review is for the Foam Roller, 13 Inch Muscle Roller for Deep Tissue Muscle Massage and Recovery, Foam Roller for Back, Body, and Legs.

Being a larger busted woman, I often have tightness in my upper back and wanted to find something that would give me a bit of relief at the end of the day. I have seen these recommended for other tight muscles and know a few people who regularly use them, so I decided to try.

I already had the yoga mat, and save it a go to get used to how to use it with my calves. It was painful, but the tolerance quickly went up as I kept rolling. I wasn’t too sure about putting my weight on the roller by attempted to try with on my back, so instead I put it against a wall and did some wall squats. I quickly found out where my trouble spots were- there wasn’t any pain relief in those areas, but I am not acutely aware of where exactly I should pinpoint for professional help. This did relieve some of the tension I carry in the middle of my back due to my large bust, and overall I think did help loosen those muscles.

Also, after a particularly rough night sleeping, I awoke with some very sore hips. I tried the iliotibial band massage, and it really did the trick to get that lingering dull ache to go away. I am glad I had this on hand. I think with longer use I can get the kinks worked out and be a little more confident putting all of my weight on it. I also found having my husband put pressure down and “rolling me like dough” felt phenomenal. I “rolled” him with it as well and he also enjoyed it.

Even though this didn’t alleviate all of the tightness I feel in my back, I can do something easily at home that helps loosen the burden while seeking expert help. Overall, I think it’s pretty great and I will continue to use this.

    one of the best but...
i bought one of these 5 years ago and it’s finally worn out. now i have a replacement
the inner is totally rigid and the outer is very firm but has ‘give’ in it. the various nodule patterns are good for different types of rolling
this is a fairly serious roller and much more ‘painful’ than one of the softer ones similar to what kids learn to swim with.
    not for the feint hearted!

i also use a NMES/TENS sports device for the same passive effects

    Very sturdy foam rolle
I have ongoing issues with my back so picked up this foam roller to help me exercise.

It is very sturdy which is great for my back. The different size ridges touch various muscles and with different pressure, to the point it is painful sometimes. No pain no gain I guess.

Very light which is great thing and comes with illustration of few basic exercises.

Great roller - need a video to see exactly how to use i
I have seen these used for physiotherapy to help relieve muscles and with re-habilitation, needless to say, now I have got my hands on one, I cannot find the video’s and so a demonstration video on the page or maybe a link to one, would be really helpful.

The roller itself is brilliant. It is sturdy but it does have the foam interior so, not rock hard but, hard enough to do a good job, you would not want it to be soft. I have managed, just, a few exercises and, I found it beneficial, the best being using it to massage my lumbar spine whilst leaning against it on a wall, that really did help. I am currently recovering from a foot re-construction and am interested in the exercises for leg muscles and, back as depicted in the instructions, which although relatively clear, I am still struggling to perform correctly – this could be because I am out of condition.

What I do know is that with practice, this is going to be a great little roller to hasten my recovery and for the price and future benefits, well worth buying.

    Firm and compac
There are a lot of these to choose from but this is genuinely a good one. At 32.5cm long and 13cm in Diameter it will fit in a good sized back pack and easily in a sports duffle. It is hollow so you can save space by stuffing things inside it. It weighs 819 grams so it is no light weight.

This is a really firm roller with dense foam that really pushes back into your muscles. I like to roll back and forth on the front of my thighs which get a bit fatigued after running uphill.

If you need a good firm and compact roller this will do the job and at a good price too.

    Good foam roller for muscles
I’ve been using this black foam roller massager primarily for post-workout muscle relaxation.

    Pros:
    * It’s incredibly easy to use for back rolling, providing quick relief after intense exercise.
    * The design feels durable and sturdy, ensuring it can withstand frequent use.

    Cons:
    * The padding may feel a bit thin and hard in some areas, which might not be comfortable for everyone.

In conclusion, despite the slight discomfort from the thin padding, this foam roller massager is a great addition to my massage routine.
