    Great affordable Switch Pro controller.
I got this GameSir controller to use exclusively whit the Switch so I can’t comment on performance on other platforms.
First this controller isn’t too heavy, it fits and feels nice in my hands.
The battery life is very good, since I got it I only charged 3 times.
I went on vacation whit and it was great amazing, it was used by my kids at the airport before boarding, during a 4h plane ride and several times during our 3 weeks vacation and only charged for are way back.
Buttons still feel nice like new even with the less than delicate use of my two kids.
Comes with a casing and that’s really fun and it doesn’t lose/drain significant battery when it’s not being used. Built quality feels durable.
Very easy to connect to the switch.
The only con I have is the colour, the Nova(White) colour gets easily dirty especially with 2 kids using it.
Overall great affordable Switch Pro controller and at the current sale price of under 40$ it’s a great value.

    Amazing build quality
Really impressive build quality for the price and the joysticks feel great. Only problem I had was with Mario Kart where the controller kept disconnecting, but a firmware update (1.1 -> 1.3) fixed that.

I love the G7 wired for playing RL on PC. Back buttons give you an edge. I've had no issue with Nova controller playing on the switch so far. build quality is excellent. Bravo gamsir 👊

    Very premium feeling controlle
Right out of the box I really enjoyed the touch and feel of the controller, it is extremely ergonomic.

I like how versatile the controller is where you can connect it to various different platforms including your phone or computer. However, the way to connect the controller is a little bit confusing as there are different steps for different platforms. You will just need to read the really long instruction manual carefully (there is an online PDF version as well).

The added LED is a nice aesthetic touch along with the coloring makes this a really premium controller for an affordable price.

This is a good third-party controller for your consideratio
Overall, I would say this is a very solid third-party option if you’re looking for an extra controller for your Nintendo Switch, or you want a controller for your phone. You can even us this with your PC if you have bluetooth available or wired. This is a good option to consider, especially if you find this on sale or with a coupon. And the case is a bonus if you travel and game too!

Build Quality – Decent. It feels solid but it doesn’t feel as nice as my xbox or nintendo pro controller though.

Buttons and Rumble – Good. The buttons are not as clickly as my xbox or pro controller (I like a little clicky-ness but I recognize that everyone has their preferences for buttons). The Hal Effect joy sticks feel good. The rumble is feels very decent/good, especially in comparison to other third-party controllers. The shoulder buttons are good and flair to catch your fingers.

Usage – Good experience overall. I primarily used this on PC and it was good and comfortable to use. If I played for a while, I would forget that I was playing with the Nova vs my main xbox controller. My only compliant – its in a Nintendo button playout vs Xbox. In my case, my computer recognized the controller as an Xbox controller. So I had to go to setting to change the layout of buttons on the face. Not a big deal as I only a few games on PC but I see it being an issue if you played a lot of games with a controller on PC.

    Feels like an X-Box Controlle
I mainly got this because I saw that it was able to connect with Android devices. I like to play a lot of driving games, but I’ve never liked steering via tilting the phone or buttons on the screen. As a console gamer as well, I am much more used to a controller and a joystick. I was fairly excited to give this a try.
But after some research, I was surprised to learn that a majority of the games out there do not support controllers. The ones that did weren’t really my kind of game. Fortunately, I was still able to get a few games to test this out. This is not a problem with this controller, moreso the way games are developed, and it’s hard not to be a little disappointed.
Connecting to it was fairly straightforward. My phone was able to find and pair to the controller immediately.
This controller is similar to that of an x box controller. The size is just right. The layout of the buttons and joysticks are identical, with the exception that there is a bar in the back, and a few more buttons in the middle. It feels good in the hand. There is some texturing along the back of the two handle sides for additional grip.
Overall, this is a perfectly usable controller. It looks decent, and all the buttons feel robust. I do not have a Switch or any PC games, so I could not test its connectivity or usefulness on those platforms. However, for mobile gaming, it is adequate. The only thing missing would be a mount to place the phone on top of the controller. Currently, I have to prop my phone on the table in order to play games. As this is not a mobile gaming dedicated device, I could understand it not having that mount. But if you are looking for something dedicated for mobile gaming, then there are probably better and cheaper options out there.

    Basically perfec
I’ve wanted a regular controller/pro controller for my switch for a while and I’m very happy with this one.

My only issue with it is the position on the plus and minus buttons are a little high making it a bit less intuitive coming from joycons.

The controller offers a lot of customization and because it’s all on the controller side (you don’t customize it in software) keeping to manual or taking pictures of it is a good idea.

You can cycle between lighting modes, lighting speeds, and brightness. You can set single buttons or macros to the 2 rear buttons. You can enable hair triggers and turbo buttons, and even recalibrate the hall effect joysticks on the controller.

The joysticks feel great, the abxy and dpad are also pretty great. You still get non analog triggers and rear buttons but the switch doesn’t really accept analog triggers anyways.

Although because you can use this on mobile and PC it would have been nice to see analog triggers for racing.

It also comes with a hardshell case for safer transportation. You however need to charge it outside the case unless you drill a hole to plug a usbc cable through the case.
