Henrycares Waterproof Dry Bag 20L 10L 5L, Sack with Phone
Henrycares Waterproof Dry Bag 20L 10L 5L, Sack with Phone Dry Bag and Long Adjustable Shoulder Strap Included, for Traval, Camping, Hiking, Swimming, Boating, Fishing (Black, 20L)

Kept things dry 👍
Purchased this to go paddle boarding. Easy to open and close and can be clipped onto the board. It kept everything nice and dry. I ordered the 10L. Was big enough to fit a change of clothes (shorts/top/underwear), a cropped jumper, small towel, water shoes and a drink. I ordered the white which looked like a solid colour but it is clear and completely see through.. so I hid my spare undies in the middle!
Waterproof and see through!
This product is sturdy and feels good quality.
I love all of the colours! Chose green 5 litre, but would love one in each colour! Waterproof, has not leaked! I have used this as a handbag when I forgot mine, so it is definitely versatile. Perfect size and performs as well as more expensive brands.
Keeps everything dry
Great sized bag for me to take kayaking. I can fit all my essentials in it such as a small cool bag for my packed lunch, a small towel and my phone, keys and any other bits and pieces. An extra bonus is that it comes with an extra waterproof phone case so my phone has even extra protection. The bag feels hard wearing and durable. It is bright orange so it’s easy to find. It would make a great value for money gift for someone who does boasting, kayaking, paddle boarding etc
Good Quality Dry Bag
This dry bag is made from tough PVC and is soft to touch. The buckles snap together easily; there’s a choice of where to clip the carrying strap (side or top). Fill it full of stuff; roll the top over and clip the clips together. Transparent is good for being able to easily locate your stuff. However, perhaps you might want to ensure no important valuables are on show. Either that or go for a different colour.
Value for money dry bag
This is my second dry bag, and there are a few differences from my more expensive one.
Firstly, this bag is semi-transparent, which I hadn’t realised when I bought it. I find it a bit strange that you can see the contents of the bag whilst you are carrying it around. On the other hand it does make finding stuff a little easier. Secondly, the plastic material is a little thinner than with my other bag, though still thick and rugged enough.
Both bags are the fold over top type, which seems to work well. A waterproof mobile phone neck bag is also included for free, which is a nice touch, as it means you can still store your mobile in the bag, even if it has wet clothes in it. There is a cross shoulder strap for carrying.
The stand out feature of this bag though is the cost 9.99 at time of review, which I think is a steal.
Excellent Dry Bag
Review written by my wife:
I really like this dry bag. The 10l version is a great size – big enough to fit plenty in, but still feels relatively compact to carry. I love that I can fit my changing robe in it,
(See picture) which is going to be handy when I’m down at the beach or swimming at my local lido as it will mean I don’t need to worry about my changing robe getting wet if it rains and can keep it close by for a quick change in the winter. The material is waterproof as you’d expect, I got the bright yellow and really like the colour of it. It’s worth noting that the material is see through though so if you were wanting to stick valuables in it you’d want to wrap them up in your clothes/towel etc. On the plus side it make it easy to locate items in the bag. The bag also came with a waterproof phone/valuables case for taking out on the water. I’ve not had chance to try yet, but it looks like it’ll do the job.
This is at the more budget friendly end of the market where dry bags are concerned. It’s not the most basic I have ever seen; it is made from the thick type plastic, but it’s just not the thickest available. The designers have decided, for whatever reason, to make this bag transparent such that the contents could be identified from the outside. This needs to be considered carefully before you buy it.
It is fully waterproof and well finished. It is the fold over type and it comes with a carrying strap. It has no additional pockets of zips although they have thrown in a separate waterproof phone wallet. I would definitely not trust the phone wallet on its own and use it in conjunction with the main bag for extra protection.
My feeling is that this dry bag might have a place inside a larger rucksack to keep your clothes and other essential dry when hiking in wet weather. It might also be used as a casual day bag at a festival if rain is expected. It only has provision for across body wearing and cannot be double strapped to your back.
For the price it is actually fine and if you need a small cheap bag to keep your possessions dry then this could be it.
It looks top-quality, but sadly it's semi-transparent.
This review is for the 10L Green Henrycares Waterproof Dry Bag.
After unboxing the product, it’s pretty obvious the good quality material that was used to manufacture this dry bag. This waterproof dry bag seems pretty well durable and wear-resistant. I think that this bag could be ideal for short excursions under rainy conditions. It could also used to protect your electronic equipments or clothes during camping. The 10L bag provides a decent amount of space for few small items. If you intend to use this bag for long hikings or excursions, you should consider the bigger size available (20L). Although the product is advertised as 100% waterproof, I would advise not to submerge this bag in water as the top is not completely sealed. I think that this waterproof dry bag could be very handy attaching it to my backpack when camping. The strap could be easily attached to any of the external attachment points of a backpack. This would allow you to gain some extra space and capacity when you’re packing for camping. My only complaint so far is the semi-tranparent material. If you’re going to use this product as an external bag, I’m not very pleased to expose the content of my bag before the eyes of strangers.
Good quality dry bag.
Henrycares Waterproof Dry Bag 5L.
I chose this for the grandkids to use on paddle boards but would put there phone etc in the supplied waterproof phone wallet before placing it inside this bag.
This does seem very well made and holds air for 3 days plus so it is very good.
There great for wet days out, walking, hiking or boat trips etc.
This is very good for the occasional user but maybe not so much for the real rough weather or wet situation enthusiast but at this price point it offers great value.
We have the 5L version, which is a good size for essentials.
Does the job of keeping things dry
Useful for putting possessions in if in wet conditions. The 5L size probably wont hold a full 5L as it has to be folded up a couple of times at the top to fully seal it but that is not a big problem, the space is still fairly large. It also comes with a phone pouch to make double sure your phone is secure.
Although it has a strap on it so it can be carried as a sling type bag I would suggest that maybe an alternative is that it is placed inside another bag if you don’t mind that second bag getting wet. In that way it would be less likely to be damaged and thus less likely to leak.
Recommended for its specific job of keeping things dry but not really as an alternative to a backpack etc
Inexpensive with good water resistance
The bag is claimed to be 100% waterproof. The seams and strap mountings do appear to be waterproof. However the neck closure which springs to create the seal is definitely not totally waterproof. To be fair, for a fully waterproof dry bag you would have to pay several times the price. You would also have a much heavier and more durable bag.
This bag is ideal for use in wet locations e.g. beach or river, where they be the risk of significant splashing but not immersion. Similarly the level of water resistance would be adequate for hiking in less than torrential rain.
The bag’s material is thick enough to resist wear and tear without being too heavy. I would rather it hadn’t been transparent. The carabinier clips on the handle are thick and solid. They are quite hard to fix and even harder to remove but equally they are very secure.
I hope you found this review useful.
If you have a question, I always try to respond when Amazon forwards them to me.
Good quality multipurpose Dry Bag
TLDR: Good bag to hold dry items you don’t want to get wet or wet items you don’t want to get other dry items wet. Added bonus of a phone pouch, transparent to stop you rooting around blindly.
I opted for the 10 litre black bag and it is well made with strong seams, it has connectivity points for a shoulder strap (which is provided) so it is easy to carry. Having three separate areas with d rings mean that you not only could use these for strap attachments but you could use these to secure the bag to a rucksack or tie or clip onto a Paddleboard or canoe. It’s big enough to carry quite a bit and small enough to pack in a bigger bag if needed.
The bag is opaque so this means if you need to quickly reach an item in the bag you can locate it before opening which is useful.
Also included with the bag is a waterproof phone pouch which is nice as you can store your phone and operate the touch screen in severely wet situations.
This is obviously to keep dry things dry in the wet, at festivals, hiking, fishing, paddle boarding etc. it would also be fine in the opposite way, keeping wet clothes away from dry clothes in a rucksack or suitcase.
At 14.99 this is competitively priced and good value indeed
What initially drew me to this bag was the different size options. I wanted a small, waterproof and easily carried bag for when I find myself down by the river. I very nearly ordered the 5 litre bag but then thought that I may use the bag as a cabin bag when going on holiday. Having a bit too much storage capacity is better than not having enough, you don’t have to fill the space available.
The bag is waterproof with a welded design which avoids seams that may start to leak. It also includes a waterproof phone case and a good quality strap with durable looking buckles. The strap is reasonably wide but for comfort I would have preferred it to be a little wider still. The bag is quite lightweight, which is good generally but particularly appropriate for air travel where weight limits can be rather meagre.
In use the bag closure system was a little inelegant but it does work and does have the advantage that the height of the bag can be tailored to your needs, or the rules of the airline.
The waterproof phone pouch has a good secure clip closure and a small strap. I think I will probably use this pouch for travel documentation. It is big enough to take a passport and any tickets that I need.
Value wise, at 14.99 for the two bags and despite my reservation regarding the main bag’s closure method, I think that this is a useful and versatile bag and the more I think about it the more I like the idea of being able to dictate the height of the bag. That feature could be very useful.
Great for swimming
Now, I do love swimming and the worst bit is when you finish with your costume and have to stop it from soaking through your gym bag. Wrapping it in a towel doesn’t really cut it to be honest, so this dry bag is going to be fab! It’s huge, enough for a big towel and a costume, maybe two towels and two costumes? The quality is good, it is see through though. I like the added extras like the across body strap and a random phone case which sadly doesn’t fit my phone. Aww, no. I am going to get so much use out of this, I can even see it being an impromptu washing bag on my holidays, which is even better. Love it!
