Easy to use straight out of the box.
The door does feel quite flimsy and you have to close it with 2 hands to stop it flexing.
The middle basket is height adjustable which can be useful on the odd occasion.
It uis an odd layout on the middle basket and we still haven’t figured out the best way to load it yet.
Bottom basket has shorter supports than previous dishwasher so some crockery tends to lean more meaning that they don’t always get a proper wash due to touching.
Still good value for money and the way the door opens at the end of cycle helps drying too.

Great value slimline dishwasher, that looks good, easy to install, easy to use and washes everything clean every time even when the load has been stood for several days.
Adjust the top shelf, no tools needed and you can wash your large dinner plates no problem, cups/bowls on the top shelf, space saving cutlery tray at the top which takes some getting used to with having the lay the cutlery out but works a treat.
Now on my 3rd Hisense product a dishwasher, oven and Laser TV and very pleased with every purchase. Great value slimline dishwasher!

I recently upgraded to the Hisense HS523E15WUK Slimline, and I’m genuinely impressed. Its slim profile fits perfectly into my compact kitchen, giving it a modern and uncluttered look. I love how the sleek design doesn’t compromise on performance—it’s efficient and reliable, making my daily routine a breeze.

Even though it’s connected to the hot water tap, I’ve noticed no difference in energy usage or time compared to my previous setup. It performs just as well without any additional energy drain, which is a great plus. The appliance has seamlessly integrated into my space, and the high-quality finish adds a touch of elegance to my home. Overall, I’m thrilled with this choice and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, space-saving solution.

I purchased this because of the colour, energy rating and price. It is lovely and a lot quieter than my last one. Easy to plumb in and performance great even with discount supermarket tabs.

    Great Machine But…

Check the body of the Machine very closely.
The outer packaging was unmarked, but the Machines Metal casing had damage to one side and to the door.
    At least 7 Dents.

So it was damaged before it was packaged.

Amazon offered a replacement right away without any problems, but its a real pai

This is the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever had, it’s perfect for my needs. There’s one niggle & very annoying, there’s a piece clips along the bottom in front of the feet, it won’t stay on never has. I’ve tried gluing it but it’s difficult to glue the pegs that slide into the holes for it to align & clip on. Small problem but infuriating. Otherwise 5 if it had stayed i

I bought this dishwasher to replace my old Bosch when it stopped working. I’m not too pleased that the eco wash doesn’t clean all the crockery and takes 3 hours. My son has had several attempts to get the base panel to stay in place but it just falls off. The plate racks etc are a bit flimsy. Maybe with time and more use I’ll get to like it. It still beats washing

Golden Review Award: 7 From Our UsersThe dishwasher was delivered in its own box, it even had wooden supports in the box, so arrived mint. Very easy to install too. The programs on the quicker settings are a tad too Eco friendly though, leaving residue in cup bases on the top shelf. It does wash very well though, especially on the 2hr cycle. This machine replaced a Bosch dishwasher, that was great until it was continually breaking down.. For the price of a few spares for the Bosch machine. I was able to purchase this. Overall I am very happy with it, lots of programs, very quiet and looks good too… Great buy.

Golden Review Award: 12 From Our UsersIt really is very surprising how much will fit inside this dishwasher. The top separate cutlery tray makes a huge difference and avoids a basket taking up valuable space. Have used it on universal and eco cycles. Both give excellent cleaning. The machine is very quiet, simple to install, if you have basic knowledge, and a standard length waste pipe. If siting other than next to sink or other drainage , an extension maybe needed.
Program length is acceptable, although the economy one, at just less than 4 hours seems a little long. I prefer the universal setting, gives excellent results on plates, cutlery and normally soiled pans in the same wash.
We find it ideal for us, being just the two of us, and would probably only have to run 3 or 4 cycles per week.
Removal of filter can be a little tricky, but with a few times doing it, no problem.
An excellent buy, great price, great looking

Golden Review Award: 15 From Our UsersMy old dishwasher gave up the ghost and departed to the scrap heap in the sky.
After a bit of research we settled on this dishwasher, it cleans really well and has a number of useful programmes.
Considering this is a lower cost dishwasher it’s a pretty good machine with a decent build quality.
The LED display is easy to read and the controls are fairly straight forward.
As with pretty much every dishwasher I found it was quite easy to install and fits in a standard kitchen undertop “gap”.
I think the value for money is excellent with this unit and it’s a lot quieter than my old one.

However, as you would expect there are a few minor issues that come with lower cost.

The advert did state an LED light inside, but this model doesn’t have one.
Maybe it’s me but I really can’t see the need for one anyway.

The upper racks can be a little temperamental.
The side areas have little shelves, like the ones that hold smaller cups or glasses in place.
However, they don’t tend to stay in place so I don’t bother using them.

The course filter is a little small, make sure you give it a good clean to avoid it blocking otherwise it could cause an error during the cycle.
Cleaning is super easy so it shouldn’t be a problem.

It has a hot water feed which is great, unless like us you have a combi boiler.
It is more efficient to use the cold feed and let the dishwasher heat it up, otherwise it’s dragging a huge amount of water through before it heats up.

Despite those small issues, this is a decent dishwasher that is certainly worth the money.
It will clean all your washing up in a quiet efficient manner and let out a burst of beeps at the end to tell you it’s finished.

Didnt notice it was a flat tray at top for cutlery which is pretty annoying as its hard to put big knives and cooking utensils in, also the front has a really big bit that sticks down for some reason so it interferes with what you put on the middle/top drawer.
After a few weeks the washing tablet compartment started to not open so I just throw it in the bottom! Would have liked a wash between the 30 minute and the hour and 30 minute one as there are multiple long washes.
If its light wear plates and cup then 30 is fine, if Ive got pans and such then the 1.30 does a perfectly fine job of washing most stuff.
Doesn’t do bowls (on top/middle shelf) too great if you stack them even half covering.
    Doesn’t completely dry some stuff!
