    They do the job
These are fairly standard tie down straps. They are very useful to have and can be very versatile. So far we’ve only used them for containing / compressing a bedding bundle when going camping (my wife isn’t a fan of sleeping bags).

They seem nice and solid. I can’t comment on the stated strength as I’ve only used them for a lightweight purpose so far. These often have a tapered end to make it easier to feed the strap through the buckle, but these ones are squared; it wasn’t a major problem though. Is it stands, I have no major qualms with them.

This pair of 2.5m tie down straps is selling for 5.99 at the time of this review. That seems like an okay price to me, but the packs with more in are definitely better value for money.

Good to secure bulky or awkward items for storage or transport.
Typical example of an application is to keep folding garden chairs held firmly folded for handling and storage in the off season. Or furling a caravan or tent awning. Finally securing a folded and rolled tent or gazebo to get it back into a storage bag or box.
Nice straps with an all-metal buckle and thick 25mm webbing. When engaged the clamp will resist a good yank on the strap trying to pull it back through the buckle. Easy to open though by pressing the sprung jaw open.
Note these don’t have a ratchet function so tightening is just by pulling the webbing through the buckle. Construction is probably too light to use them to secure loads onto roof bars or a carrier for a long journey, unless they are used in conjunction with another clamping method.

Good strong straps with strong buckle but not ratche
I got these straps to address a long-standing problem I had with my guest Futon Mattress. I roll it up and put it away when not in use and it is very heavy (~20KG/44lb) and unwieldy when rolled up. A real struggle to move about.

The 25mm/1″ wide straps are very strong and the stitching is good.

The product description says ‘ratchet’ but it doesn’t have a ratchet, it’s a galvanised steel friction buckle. That said, it’s easy enough to apply a decent tension and the ‘sprung toothed grip face’ of the buckle design ensures a really good grip that doesn’t slip loose. You can also pull hard to get things tight and the sprung buckle just latches onto the webbing strap as soon as you release the tension.

With the 2.4m/8ft length, I was able to roll up the Futon mattress nice and tight, loop the strap over twice in a crossover pattern and still have reach to lock in the strap tail and cinch the mattress even tighter. An excellent result which now means the rolled-up mattress now resembles a firm cylinder that’s much easier to move about and stow (see pics).

The strap ends are heat cut/sealed and squared off, which can make them a bit fiddly to feed into the buckle — a diagonal cut would have made them easier to use, but that’s easy enough to rectify with a hot knife…

The 2-pack is reasonable value but the 4-pack is even better value for several quid more

    Pros :

    Strong
    Good stitching
    Good length at 2.4m/8ft
    Good buckle design
Reasonable value, even better value for 4-pack

    Cons:

    Not ratchet as described
Squared strap ends can be fiddly to feed into buckle

    Superb durability
I used these straps to hold together some heavy sandbags against my boxing bag. They are really simple to use with you just needing to wrap them round, pull tight and clasp them in. They feel really secure and I would expect the durablility they have given they are made of high strength polyester fibre. I can’t see these failing, ever, and if they do I’ll update this review.
Of course, my experience is only based on my use of the straps, they are really able to be used for anything and different uses may stress the bands in varying ways – so be aware of this when picking these up.

    Secure Your Load with Confidence
    Pros:

    High Load Capacity:
Each strap has a load capacity of 250kg, making them strong and reliable for securing heavy loads such as motorcycles, cars, and trailers.

    Adjustable Length:
The straps are 25mm wide and 2.5m long, providing ample length for a variety of applications and the ability to adjust the tension as needed.

    Durable Materials:
Made from high-quality, durable materials that can withstand heavy use and harsh conditions, ensuring long-lasting performance.

    Claw Buckle:
Equipped with a claw buckle that provides a secure grip and easy tension adjustment, ensuring that the load stays firmly in place.

    Versatile Use:
Suitable for multiple uses, including securing items on motorcycles, cars, trailers, and even for household applications like moving furniture or securing garden equipment.

    Compact and Lightweight:
The straps are compact and lightweight, making them easy to store and transport when not in use.

    Easy to Use:
Simple design and easy-to-use claw buckle mechanism allow for quick and secure fastening, even for those who are not experienced with tie-down straps.

    Cost-Effective:
Provides a cost-effective solution for securing heavy loads, reducing the need for more expensive or complex securing systems.

    Cons:

    Limited Length:
At 2.5m, the length might be insufficient for some larger items or more complex securing needs, potentially requiring additional straps.

    Potential for Wear:
With heavy use, the straps and buckles might show signs of wear and tear, which could reduce their effectiveness over time.

    Claw Buckle Operation:
While the claw buckle is secure, some users might find it less convenient or more difficult to operate compared to ratchet-style buckles.

    Not for Ultra-Heavy Loads:
While 250kg is a substantial capacity, these straps might not be suitable for ultra-heavy loads or industrial applications requiring higher load capacities.

    Color Limitation:
Available in black, which might not be preferred by all users who may want different colors for coding or visibility purposes.

    Environmental Factors:
Continuous exposure to harsh weather conditions, such as extreme sun or rain, could degrade the materials over time, reducing the straps’ lifespan.

    Manual Effort:
Adjusting the tension manually might require more effort compared to automatic or ratchet straps, which could be a drawback for some users.

    Compatibility:
While versatile, the straps might not be compatible with all types of tie-down points or hooks, potentially limiting their use in certain scenarios.

Overall, the IAZZCO 2 x 250KG Tie Down Straps offer a robust and versatile solution for securing heavy loads with ease. However, potential users should consider the length, manual operation, and specific application needs to ensure these straps meet their requirements.

    Strong effective tie down straps
These are strong and effective tie down straps that can be used for all sorts of things, like securing bicycles to bike racks, etc. The straps and the buckles both seem to be well made and durable and possibly higher quality than some others I have.

They are easier to use that the ratchet type with levers although the ratchet type with levers are potentially stronger.

That said, these straps are extremely strong and so unless you really need very high load straps they are probably cheaper and easier to use than alternatives. These are rated 250kg, which I have not tested but can believe.

At 5.99 for 2 the price is ok and you can get them cheaper if you buy a higher quantity.

Do what they are supposed to
A simple item that does what it needs to do — it holds things in place. The webbing is fairly thin and the edges are a little abrasive to the touch. There is only just enough width in the buckle to pass the strap through. The buckle is spring loaded, which I like, but it is nowhere as neatly finished as shown in the image listings, however it feels very strong. For 3 each I’m happy with them.

Quick in use and seem strong.
I often wait to write reviews, just in case some surprise comes up with a new item.
No need here. These just do the job as described. Simple adjustment- slip the strap through the slot and pull tight. The spring-loaded, toothed clamp grips the strap tight. Note- these aren’t ratcheting straps, you only get as much tension as you yourself can pull onto them.
The metal in the clamps does feel a bit lightweight compared to some heavy duty straps I also have, so maybe not going to last forever but they cost peanuts. Perfectly good for stopping stuff sliding around the back of our estate car, and I’ve got one holding shut the lid of a garden storage bin.
Handy to have lying in the back of the car, especially at this price.

    Good for the price
These straps are not accurately listed, they are tie down straps, they are not ratchet straps, since there is no ratcheting component. The strap is heavy grade and feels OK, the ends are cut straight, not at an angle, which is a shame as they are easier to insert when tapered, hence these can be a bit fiddly to get into the clamp.

The head unit is cast, but are lighter than straps I’ve already got from other vendors. I’m not sure what sort of metal they are made of. They appear to be plated and I guess these will be the part that fails first under load.

As to holding strength, the rotating clamp part bites very well onto the strap and you can pull through in the usual manner.

    Tough, strong and well priced
A pair of tie down straps that are 25mm wide and 2.5m long. These are thick straps that feel tough, durable and man enough for the job. The finish of these straps is very good and the double stitching seems secure and look neat.

These straps are rated to 250Kg although I am not sure about this as they are thinner than other tie down straps I own that are rated to just 200Kg. I don’t use tie down straps on anything that requires a 100Kg rating, let alone a 200Kg rating so these straps are more than tough enough for my needs.

The metal clips/ratchet system is very well made and once they bite they are more than good enough to securely stay in place with no slipping.

At 5.99 (at the time of review) these tie down straps are very well priced and, considering the overall build quality and strength, very good value for money.

Disclaimer: I am privileged enough to be part of the Amazon Vine program and as such I have the opportunity request products that I would find useful/potentially buy to road test in exchange for an honest review. I am not paid for this and all of my reviews are unbiased and based on my own experience.

    IAZZCO - 250KG Tie Down Straps 25MM X 2.5M (2 Pack)
I tend to use ratchet straps when securing things to my roof bars, but when quickly moving things around on trolleys etc, ratchets can be a bit of a faff so these little buckled straps looked to be idea for quick jobs.

These are essentially 25mm wide webbing straps that are approximately 2.5m in length and have a spring loaded metal buckle on one end that has a fine toothed cam that bites down onto the webbing after you have wrapped it around the object you wish to secure and then passed it through the buckle and pulled it tight.

    2 x Tie Down Straps

    ***** Conclusion *****

Overall, I’m pretty pleased with these handy tie down straps from IAZZCO.
They are really quick and easy to use and the fine toothed buckle is actually really quite secure — I expected it to slip a bit but have been pleasantly surprised.
The product detail says they can hold 250kg — they may well do so, although i think I’ll stick to ratchet straps for heavier items and things I want to strap to the roof of my car as you couldn’t physically pull these straps as tight by hand. But for quickly securing items to trolleys etc, these are a really good option and at 5.99 or just under 3 each, I think these are great value for money.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersGood strong straps.
These two straps, rated to take up to 250Kg are a good length and made with good strong components. The polyester material should be easy maintenance and very durable.

By passing the belt through from the back of the buckle you can pull on the free end to tighten things up and the belt will not slip back until the sprung lever of the buckle is depressed to move the teeth away from the belt to release it. It is a very effective locking mechanism.

I think that 5.99 for a pair of good functional belts, each of 2.5 metres is a good deal. These types of belts are invaluable when you need to move something in a trailer and have to be sure that it is secure.
