I actually used these kinds of bands frequently in a workout class, often using them for resistive side-stepping or around the knees while squatting. These bands are top quality and range in strength from what I would say is very easy (light grey) to fairly difficult (black). Anyone not used to these should start with the light grey option first.

Apart from where the material joint stitching is, there’s no part of the band that’s uncomfortable. You can easily use these with just shorts.

I’ve had resistance bands on my to do list for some time now. As these are my first bands I’ve little to compare them to. I had been looking at silicon rubber bands, but instead took these. Why?

These are certainly shorter than the silicon bands I’ve been looking at. That may mean some exercises won’t be possible, but for me, that’s not an issue, since I don’t have a repertoire.

What I like about these bands is that they are really comfortable to use. The bands are both strong, and don’t slip. The three resistances do mean that I can select an appropriate grade for the task, or work through the grades in time.

The supplied mesh bag means I can keep the bands tidy when not in use… which to be honest… is most of the time.

I wish this had one additional band. A low resistance band.
But I can’t knock any points off for that, especially since the bands received are brilliant.

I’m used to the rubber bands. The reason I went for these fabric ones, is that the rubber bands over time begin to crack and chip – Eventually snapping completely.

I don’t feel that these will succumb to the same fate as the rubber ones. At least not via the same mechanical stresses.

    Very happy in that regard.

Another reason I feel these are fantastic, is that they’re a lot more comfortable to hold. I think because it’s fabric, it just feels better to use.

    Absolutely recommend.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersLove these resistance bands. I’ve used the really stretchy latex ones before but these are next level for performance and comfort. They look cool too, way better than the pink/purple ones.

They come in a handy mesh bash. Don’t buy the cheap ones if you want the best results.

it’s Smart Fabric Resistance Sculpting Bands are much stronger than latex bands. Due to their high quality & durability, they offer better support and grip, so you will find they don’t roll or slip like the rubber resistance bands do.
On the inside of the bands, there are non-slip strips which prevent slippage and keep the bands in place even during intense workouts.
For stretching, this set of 3 (Heavy, Medium and Light) Fabric Resistance Sculpting Bands are perfect as they allow for a deeper stretch and help me get into positions that I normally wouldn’t be able to do. They have a great amount of resistance when performing leg exercises.
If I want to combine dumbbells with bands I use the medium resistance band. Hopefully I’ll work my way up to the heavy doing lateral lunges soon.
They come in a black mesh drawstring bag to pack them away when they’re not needed or to take with you to the gym, workout class or even on holiday. Included in the packaging is a gratitude card from the manufacturer which is a really nice touch.
    Excellent bands. Great quality. Affordable.
    I highly recommend.

Golden Review Award: 2 From Our UsersI bought these bands because they looked great quality and I love the neutral colours. I’m delighted now they’ve arrived. The quality is fantastic and much better than those cheap bright latex ones. These have a really premium soft feel to them too when they’re on your legs. I think they’ll last forever but if I needed another set I would 100% buy these again.

These are currently my favourite set of resistance bands to work my thigh muscles as I have had chronic issues for quite some time. The bands are thicker than the usual rubber ones meaning more even distribution of pressure and the fabric material feels more comfortable on the skin, particularly as these do not feel cold on skin contact like the rubber ones do.

The bands are graded according to colour, so the lightest grey is the easiest to stretch whilst the black band is the hardest/heaviest band. If you also have hairy legs and arms, the fabric material is less likely to tug and cause pain. As these bands are stitched together (unlike rubber ones), there is going to be a bulkier section where the logo resides so this may annoy some but for me it was perfectly fine just to rotate so this section isn’t in contact.

If you are particularly sweaty or likely to throw these around in the gym, these might be more difficult to clean than rubber and the listing does not mention anything about cleaning instructions unfortunately. Hopefully this seller can update with how these can be cleaned.

However, considering the quality of this set, 13.49 is very reasonable value indeed.
