Done the job first time
Car was stand-still for a while so battery was dead. This started the car on first attempt, saving the hassle of using a second car to jump start. Sturdy, well built product!
Registration of warranty prompts review
I have not used the product on the car as yet, but the item has arrived quickly in good condition with clear instructions and as stated. Registering the warranty however does prompt to leave a review.
Got me out of trouble
I came to start my car and the battery was dead. The car was only 26 months old! Called out the AA and they informed me the battery needed replacing. Long story short – garage told me they couldn’t fit it in under warranty for a week. So I ordered this and it got my engine started without drama. For the price it’s a marvel.

Good ergonomic size, looks and power specifications.
4 star only as I have not had the need to use the device at this point, however, this item is a good size with ideal power capacity and storage specifications; a brilliant touch with a multi coloured flashing disco effect strobe and a normal constant white light and dual speed, fast and slow strobe light effect available, very handy
Bought for purposes of my motorbike group tours in Europe and across UK but also for the camper van weekend and longer breaks with friends and family.

Excellent Buture jump starte
I have just purchased the Buture BR 500 portable jump starter ,it comes with full instruction booklet, USB cable , connection leads and the jump start unit.
I have used this unit 6 times now and every time it has started our cars at the first attempt.
Our 2 litre diesel car was needing a new battery & when I connected the Buture BR 500 it started straight away first time. My wife left her lights on & the battery went flat & again the Buture came to our rescue by starting her car.
I have purchased two other jump starters from other companies but I had to return them as they did not have enough power to start our cars.
I purchased the jump starters from other companies because they claimed to start petrol cars up to 9 litre petrol and diesel cars up to 7 litre , they failed to even turn the car over so I purchased from Buture.
Buture is a very compact unit but extremely powerful , it has saved us call out fees and having to connect long jump leads.

I’m already the happy owner of the iButure battery starter and tyre inflater, but this more compact model seemed ideal for our second car.
I didn’t want to leave a review until I’d actually tested it to see if it worked as well as the model above (and I certainly didn’t want my wife “going into battle with an untested gun”), so we ran the battery out (knowing we could always restart it with our other model), and gave this one its day in court.
I’m delighted to report that it worked perfectly, first time and I’m happy in the knowledge that should the worst happen and her car’s battery fail, she can always restart it at the touch of a button with this little dynamo in the glove box.
Build quality is up to the usual iButure high standard, and the torch and battery pack features are an additional reassurance. As a matter of fact, the battery pack feature was a life saver on my original model recently when my mains electricity went out and it took nearly forty hours to get it back on again. Our recharged phones were our lifeline. A brand you can trust!

I received this item in good time after I ordered it on Amazon.co.uk. The price was 71.99 which was on the higher end of price range for similar products to jump-start your motor car, motor bike, campervan or out board motor boat. The advert says that it will start a 9l petrol engine vehicle which is way more than I needed it to thanks to its 3000 amp capacity. I have not used this to jump-start a fully flat battery as yet but I have used another model from this brand and it did a great job. I have taken some photos of the product for your reference and attatched them to this review. The product does feel solid in hand and comes with a usb C charging cable to charge phones with USB C type ports and to charge this device. If you want peace of mind that you have a capable battery booster if you vehicle’s battery is on it’s way out or you are someone who might leave your car lights on and drain your cars battery then this item may be right for you. Just remember to keep topping it up as per the manufacturer’s instructions. Enjoy, and good luck.

Worked well first time on a flat 2L diesel (dead SORNed vehicle).
The included LED / Torch is interesting, it works, and has the usual modes, plus an emergency warning mode that flashes red and blue alternately.
The manual suggests charging it every three to six months, which indicates it’s older lithium battery technology rather than the safer lithium iron phosphate batteries (LiFePo4) which don’t self discharge as much and generally accept lower and higher temperature ranges. Range listed as -20c to 60c.
Also insists to keep out of direct sunlight or hot areas (not so realistic for being in or used around a vehicle).
Also do NOT knock or drop (bit unrealistic the knocking – maybe specify a drop height before considering device defective on safety grounds?)

This is the review of the Buture Car battery started model BR500 .
It’s great to have a battery starter with plenty of power and with safety protection
built in.Plus just leave it the car all ready for when it might be needed.
It came partially charged but after a few hours plugged in with USB supplied cable it was fully charged as indicated by the four blue led lights.
It has a useful light at the end that can be used as a torch on darker evenings or at night.
I used it straight away as I left the interior light on my old car overnight and had a flat battery.
You have to connect the supplied plus and minus crocodile leads to your batter then the lead into the specified port on the unit. It can only go in one position so you can’t get it wrong.
The leads aren’t the longest but adequate to connect to most size batteries I would imagine.
You have to wait for the lights to flash green and red alternately and then you’re all connected correctly and ready to start your engine just ad normal.
My car engine started straight away so you can disconnect it and it’s ready for next time.
You can also use it as a big power bank for charging up Phones, ipads and any other devices using the two USB outputs.
The usb C port is only for charging it up with the supplied cable.
All in all I wouldn’t be without one in the car as it only needs to help you or a friend out once and it would pay for itself.
I recommend this product to anyone who doesn’t want to be left stranded on just that
one occasion.
Nifty little device
I recently bought this nifty device to store in my car. My car is a diesel that has a 1.6-litre engine. I recently had a dead battery and this device brought it back to life. The leads have a strong grip and good contact with the battery head. The leads are also well protected from causing a short circuit. The connection of the leads also enters the device in one direction so that you don’t reverse the polarity. If connected the wrong way round, it will start beeping and won’t work.
It also acts as a power bank, which can charge my phone if required with both USB C and A (normal) outputs.
It charges very fast also.
It also has a good torch as well as a red and blue strobe light that can come in handy in an emergency.
It is compact enough to fit in the glove compartment of the car
Overall, I am very happy with it.
This car jump starter is top notch. Everything thing about it is robust, including the jump leads. Ive previously bought the older model and i still use it to this day, and ive bought this one to keep in my other car.
The jump starter leads are brilliant, they have a strong grip and are big enough to clamp onto any car battery ive come across. However they are also small enough to keep stashed away in the the car without taking up huge amounts of space.
The jump starter charges quickly and reliably and has enough power stored in it to start my 3 litre pick up truck on the odd occation its died on me.
Its also fantastic to take away with us to charge multiple gadgets for the kids. It also has multiple USB ports so the kids can charge simultaneously without any arguments.

Second Buture jump starter I’ve bought and they’re absolutely amazing. I operate a fleet of 20 commercial vehicles and I carry this with me everywhere. I’ve jump started 7.5T HGVs with this tiny pack that takes up next to no room and can jump start multiple vehicles before it needs charging. This version is even lighter than the previous version and feels of a higher quality.
There are even more functions, there’s a red and blue strobe function for warning other motorists that you are broken down. The fast charging is excellent. Especially when you think about the situations that could become very dangerous without a charged phone, carrying one device in your vehicle that can jump start, charge and alert other motorists to a hazard is an excellent bit of kit and everyone should have one.
I bought this as an upgrade as it has longer cables and acts as a fast charge power bank. Superb value for money and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I bought this in the past as a gift to someone and never had any complain about it.
Now I bought it for myself as I need it.
It has a safety features, for example, if you connect it the wrong way round, it will start beeping and won’t work.
A decent torch and of course a powerbank.
Powerbank has two usb slots, 1 gives you 15w of fast charging and 2 gives you 8w normal charging.
Also, the powerbank charges at 15w fast charging via usb C.
My car battery isn’t very week but if I don’t drive for a few days then it struggles a bit. So being a DIY and having loads of tools, this is something I was missing and something I need to for one off cases.
I recommend this product.

Great bit of kit!
Great piece of kit. We use these in work to jump start big diesel vans so bought one for home. Really nice quality feel to It. Built in torch is really handy for lighting the engine compartment to attach jump leads. Jump starting is really simple and safe and the unit holds enough charge to start 3 or 4 cars. Only needs charging every 6 months, I keep mine in a holdall in the boot but it is easily small enough to fit in the glove box. Not used the feature but it has USB connections so that it can be used to charge other devices such as smart phones.
Overall very happy with this purchase and would recommend over other boosters which have failed me in the past. You only have to use it once to realise how much inconvenience it has saved you having to wait around and pay for breakdown services.
Bought this for my car that had a dead battery. Managed to jump start the car with no problems. This is a great product to have in case of emergency as you can start the car without the need of a second car. It comes in quite handy with extra usb for charging and a powerful flashlight. The starter looks very well made and very happy with my purchase!
