I got this for our granddaughter who has recently turned 18 months and she absolutely loved it, a great educational toy that children can interact with, along with the flashing lights- keeps them entertained for hours!

I was so impressed with this. It had so many activities to learn and play. Bright colourful lights and fun music. There are different activities to select and different ways to interact. This is an engaging toy that will have little ones engaged while learning. It has light-up buttons that make it exciting for young learners to explore and thus interact with.
I love the fact that it exposes them to over 100 words and introduces them to 44 phonetic sounds. This has been a fantastic way for toddlers to start noticing letters and their corresponding sounds, hence very resourceful for early education.
The four different modes provide variation that won’t allow my great-nephew to get bored as quickly. Keep interest is longer; win-win on both sides.
The toy is well-built, able to handle the occasional drop or bump. Also, it is safe for little hands to play with, which gives me peace of mind.
Verdict:
I got this for my great-nephew, and he loves it! It’s so much fun, interactive, and interesting for him to study phonics and vocabulary. I am so impressed with the learning benefits and really loving how engaged this is keeping him.
This is the second toy I’ve got from this brand and I’m very happy, they make them with very good quality,easy to hold by little hands,with many things to teach children and also to have fun. I got this for my son who liked it very much from the first moment he saw it, he started to learn many new words with this, which are also accompanied by pictures. Got this for my baby daughter to play with as she grows. Hoping she will learn along the way. The toy is built very sturdy, as it should, as children are clumsy.
The program has a lot of activities and word to go through. All are fun and easy to follow. Simply select what type of activity and then select the theme.
Having used Leapfrog for many years for our now adult children, I knew picking this for my nephew would be a good choice, he is totally engrossed with it.

We have bought LeapFrog products for all our children over the years. The brand has help aid development particulate in reading and listening skills. We have bought a number of things, from the pen reader – which still works, to the Leapfrog Glob Map, which is highly engaging and a brilliant tool to master awareness on the world view, people, culture, flags, countries, continents etc.
This Spin & Learn toy is a clever little on-the-go educational toy which helps the little one practise pronunciations whilst working on spelling, phonics and learning of nouns. There is also a vocabulary builder which helps learn new words.
There are four modes to choose from:
Word explore – a makeshift glossary of sorts;
Fun Sounds – Sound effects;
Sound Detective – find phonics for the beginning of the words on the spin wheel;
Sound blender – spellings in the form of phonics – how words are made.
The sound quality of the lady’s voice is legible English native. The sound is a bit muffled. The clarity could have been better. Your little one may struggle to grasp what is being said in a busy place such s a restaurant, or a shopping centre. Because listening is key to answering her questions, this may prove frustrating for some.
It is a wonderful educational toy which helps boost pronunciation, word recognition and spellings and phonics. The clever method of enabling youngsters to master phonics will help with language awareness as they move through their early school life.
