Immersive and Comfortable Gaming Headse
Yes yes yes, the Logitech G535 Lightspeed Wireless Gaming Headset has enhanced my gaming experience.
The wireless freedom it offers is great, allowing me to move around without any restrictions. The battery life means I can game for days without needing to recharge, which is perfect for those long sessions.
I love the lightweight design, it feels almost weightless on my head, and the suspension headband ensures a comfortable fit. The sound quality is great too. I can easily control my voice chats, and the mic quality is clear, ensuring my teammates can hear me perfectly.
A reliable and comfortable gaming headset, the Logitech G535 is a great choice.
A working wireless headset for my PS5 at las
I’ve tried at least three sets of budget wireless headphones that claim to be PS5 compatible and all of them caused a strange glitch in my gameplay where the sound suddenly becomes like the twanging of a demented banjo player and the controls start shooting wildly to the edges of the screen. At one point I thought it must be the USB hub built into my stand, but nothing stopped it.
This Logitech G535 headset doesn’t do it! They are also comfortable with beautiful clear sound.
Perfect Companion for PS5 Gaming
Pros:
The Logitech G535 is so light and comfortable that I often forget it’s on my head as I hammer away at the controllers during long, marathon sessions on the PS5.
Another nice feature is flip-to-mute. Flipping up, I can turn my mic off quickly, perfect for those little interludes to deal with someone else or take a quick break.
It works perfectly with PS5. Another big plus is USB-C charging, keeping everything looking nice and simple.
Not only is it comfortable to wear, but the sound quality is also top-notch. It’s like, you know, being right amidst all the action, with every clear and vibrant sound detail that brings gaming to life.
Verdict:
The Logitech G535 has taken its place in my PS5 gaming. Lightweight and supremely comfortable during hours of gameplay, seamless PS5 compatibility means a truly hassle-free experience. Added convenience comes with the flip-to-mute mic, and the sound quality is barely considerable. Highly recommend it for a reliable, comfortable, and high-performing headset for your PS5.
Works with ps5 - sound slightly tinned
What I like about these headphones is the fact they’re super easy to use. Simply plug the dongle into your PS5 and turn the headset on and it will automatically connect and recognise it immediately. You can see from my images that the PS5 has recognised them without issue and even displays the correct model number.
I like the fact that you can mute and unmute the mic by raising it. If you don’t want to use it, simply push it up and it will automatically switch off. Reverse it down and it turns on – this can be overridden within your audio settings if you don’t want it on at all.
They’re comfortable to wear and don’t press to the sides and fit snuggly over your ears too.
My only complaint and why I’ve given them four is due to the fact the sound wasn’t the best I’ve heard.
Their slightly tinned and I can hear the odd crackling with certain playback. When using weapons in games there is definitely some distortion that can be heard. Another thing I noticed was the sound was more to the right ear, ordinarily you can use balance within the PS5 to alter this but it was blocked out.
Volume wise, I found them loud enough for gaming but they’re not super loud. I prefer this if I’m honest as I don’t want my ears damaged but other headsets I have go way higher.
They boast 35h playback and I’ve not had to charge them yet with playing an hour or so each day. On that point, I couldn’t find within my PS5 settings anywhere that stated how much power was left. Would have been nice to be able to see levels.
All in all they’re pretty decent but as mentioned, I definitely heard some crackling and distortion when gaming.
Very good value
This is a wireless gaming headset, currently priced at 84.99.
It works very well. As with most Logitech products, this is well designed and solidly built.
Sound quality is really very good for the price, and is well balanced across the frequency spectrum. The headset is very light, and this, combined with the memory foam cups, makes it very comfortable to wear, even for long sessions. Battery life is very good. This is a well-thought-out product.
The mic sound quality is not as good as a dedicated microphone, but the flip-to-mute feature is excellent and works really well.
Although I generally prefer over-ear rather than on-ear headsets, I have been very impressed with this, and it;s hard to beat for the price.
Recommended.
Great Sound!
This is a great pair of headphones. To connect to my PC I just inserted the blue tooth adaptor, switched them on and they connected. So simple.
The sound is excellent. The bass is fantastic while not being over powering. While watching videos the sound is clear, and gaming the musical sound quality is brilliant.
That they are wireless is an excellent bonus, as is the included mic.
All in all a great pair of headphones from a reputable brand.
One of the best sounding no frill headphones( but they are also wireless and have a mic)
Regardless they are for gaming, they have replaced one of my best headphones sound-wise: dt 770pro 80ohm.
The sound is just accurate, without overpowering bass, they have a good soundstage and crisp highs.
Add to that low latency, great battery and the lightness and you have a great great pair of headphones.
The only con i can pick is they dont isolate at all. Feels like an open back.
5stars easily
Exceptional Wireless Headset with Comfort and Quality, but with Minor Drawbacks
I’ve been using this headset for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m quite satisfied with its performance. The headset delivers excellent sound quality, with clear and immersive audio that enhances my gaming experience. The wireless connection is stable, and I haven’t experienced any noticeable lag or dropouts during gameplay.
One of the standout features is how lightweight and comfortable the headset is. Even during long gaming sessions, the on-ear design doesn’t cause discomfort, and the memory foam ear pads add to the comfort level. The “flip to mute” mic is a convenient feature, making it easy to quickly mute yourself during games or calls without fumbling for a button.
However, there are a couple of minor drawbacks. The on-ear design, while comfortable, might not be the best for everyone, especially if you prefer over-ear headphones that fully cover your ears. Additionally, the mic quality is good but not outstanding—sufficient for in-game communication, but it could be better for those who also stream or record content.
Overall, this is a solid choice for gamers looking for a lightweight, comfortable, and reliable wireless headset. It’s not without its minor flaws, but the pros certainly outweigh the cons.
Decent quality from recognised brand
I find that I can’t go wrong with Logitech for PC peripherals, the name has been around for some time and they don’t tend to slap it on tacky products.
This headset lives up to that reputation, it doesn’t have any “fancy” features but what it does have is well built and functions as intended. Based on my experience of Logitech branded peripherals, probably for a very long time. On that note; the first thing I noticed was the use of fabric covers for the ears which on one hand means they can get dirty but they are removable which means they can be washed. I find this much better than the poly-leather effect pads you get on some earphones which inevitably start to flake off over time, that shouldn’t be a problem here.
When it comes to actually wearing them, a large amount of adjustability has been achieved with two very simple mechanisms, each ear slides up and down to give some adjustment and if more is needed, the headband can be repositioned.
Audio quality with the included dongle is clear and lag free with surprisingly good range, I actually managed to get a signal through a solid wall which is something I couldn’t do with other 2.4ghz headsets.
The microphone functions as you would expect with the added bonus of automatically muting the mic when flipped up, an action which is easy to do without worry as the microphone stalk is flexible. Again this bodes well for long life, it is less likely to get snapped off or tangled up.
The other audio control present on the left ear is volume, this is accomplished as a jog wheel which sends volume adjustments back to the host.
Nice quality.
I like these better than the Corsair ones but they’re not perfect either.
Pros, Super light and very comfortable. Decent long lead.
Cons, You need to install a graphic qualizer for FPS games as they’re very bassy.
I do like that you can wash the head strap. That’s a really nice touch.
Comfy to wear for long hours with glasses
Good quality mic, lift to mute feature doesn’t seem solid though, sometimes do not reactivate at first try. Overall max volume is just too low for gaming or music, for comms it’s ok. Worth to mention that analogue volume control, controls system sounds, so when system sound goes through speakers and the headset is used as audio output only for comms app, it does not do anything at all. Tbf, if not the comfort, I’d send it back.
