Good quality and well designed.
The console is much more stable on this stand. Cooling is vastly improved. Charging of controllers in also much easier.

Stand, charging station and cooling system
Good looking solution and a great idea. The stand clips on the to PS5 case. The charger screws into the base and then has a cable connecting to the USB C on the front of the PS5 for power – so you lose this port. The fans simply slot onto the back of the PS5 and plugs into the USB A port on the back with it then replicated on the outside of the fan unit so you have not lost another port. The fans have an on/off switch so you can avoid the slight fan noise if they are not require.
For me there are two issues that I need to investigate more – the charger is held in by only one screw so swivels when you push the controller on to charge. It charges fine with one controller but not with two.
Good solution assuming I can fix this (probably user error!).

Really excellent piece of equipment, keeps everything for the PS5 neat and tidy, and keeps the console itself cool. Also has charging stations for the controllers.

Better with this stand
I’ve never been a great admirer of the new PS5 design, especially with it being stood up. Not sure if it was something to keep it cool, or maybe make it look cool, but since this stand has been introduced, it brings back the nostalgic orientation of how PlayStation should sit, horizontal, like most consoles.
Good design where you don’t have any cables trailing that would need to be plugged into a power source or the back of the console, as the unit takes the power directly from the mounting itself, supporting a pass-through, so you’re not losing a port with this.
I can’t comment or say if the cooling has worked as never suffered any over heating issues, but I’m reassured that this will keep the console cooler in the warmer months coming up soon.
Charging the controllers is much easier with this new stand now. Only one point of concern to raise, if any, is that it will take a little more space than before so that’s one to check.
Good to keep your PS5 cool whilst charging your controllers
I ordered this to go on a PS5 Slim as I was finding the original design of the PS5 a little bit wobbly and I also wanted to charge my controllers easily. All the parts are easy to fit and seem pretty well made too.
The stand helps to make the console much more stable on the shelf. It also sits taller so it allows air to flow under the console better as well. The fan has three settings – On, Auto or Off. Unless it’s really hot, I will simply keep this on Auto which means that it will only turn the fan on when the temperature reaches 36 degrees C. There are some cool lights on the fan but I’m not sure if you can turn them off. They might get distracting but I haven’t noticed a problem yet.
The fan carriage design is clever that you can easily access all your rear ports and you don’t lose a port either when you insert the usb plug that runs the fan as it has a USB outlet on the fan carriage itself. Great thinking. It all feels pretty durable and well made too.
The charging station is okay but a little bit bulky and not so stable. The screw that fits in the bottom of the station and attaches to the metal plate is tiny and could do with being a bit bigger. Otherwise it’s okay. It seems to charge well enough and has some lights to let you know when the controller is charged or still in charging mode. You can turn these lights off. The controllers are perched a bit precariously but I suspect will be fine unless one of our cats decides to knock them off.
Overall I like this fan, stand and charger set. The stand helps keep the PS5 Slim more sure-footed and allows more air underneath, whilst the fan keeps the PS5 cool. The charging station is the weakest part of this set but it’s in no way bad, just a little less stable. I still recommend it though – 5 stars.

Great set that really enhances my new console. This stand secured the PS5 to ensure it is safe and prevent accidental knocks. The cooling fans for great and are powered by the ps5 usb socket and do help to keep the console cooler when in use for an extended period of time. The RBG lights looks amazing and are a real feature.
The best part is the integrated chargers for the controllers. They work great and ensure that you don’t misplace them also. They charge fast and ensure you alsways have your charger ready for when required. Overall a great set and a must have for you new console!

Brilliant PS5 Slim Docking and Charging Station!!
First of all i do have a cheaper one of these and up to now has worked great and still does, When i saw this up for reviewing i was pleased i got the chance as i can see which one is better for the price!
This one in my eyes is worth the extra, as the temp control mode is brilliant and i also love the customRGB Lights fitted, They look so cool!
Talk about cool, this is a great cooling station and no more of the overheating which these are prone too!
The charging on here is stated as rapid and can charge two controllers in 3 hours!! I tested this and they did charge very quick and was really impressed!
I really do like this and it is worth paying that bit extra for the features and quality!

The kit provides
– two feet with silicon pads to hold the PS5 horizontally
– a back cooling kit with 3 fans with RGB – powered by the PS5, switch for auto operation or manual
– side charging dock for two controllers – powered by a short USB lead to the left side of the PS5
You do need to enable the original USB ports for power passthrough when the PS5 is off for the controller charging dock to work. The fan also uses the PS5 power supply via USB, but then the fan mounting has a USB output for other peripherals.

Great horizontal stand
If you are concerned about dry spots with liquid metal I would always go for a horizontal stand rather that a vertical one. The stand itself supports well, the fan is easily clipped on and powered by the usb socket on the back of the PS5. The fan has a separate switch button so can be turned off is required. The fan is very quiet and provides a small amount of flow away from the PS5, this is usually enough to lower temps a degree or so. Clip on. Charging time is reasonable but will depend on battery in the controller. Overall a good horizontal stand.
