There bamboo cotton buds are very good quality compared to the many other brands I’ve tried, the bamboo stick part seems very durable and doesn’t bend or break as some that I’ve used.
The bud has a good amount of cotton on it to soak up liquid beauty products or to use for cleaning.
The packaging is also 100% recyclable and does not have any plastic wrappings so for me this is 10/10 all around, the price is also average when comparing to similar products.

Well made cotton buds with seemingly first class eco credentials. In use i found they worked well, no issue with snapping or the ends coming loose.

I thought they would be far more expensive
I haven’t used cotton buds since the ban on plastic ones, and I was really surprised by how much better these are — no idea why someone didn’t think to use bamboo long ago! I’m also surprised by the price as I thought they would be far more expensive. It’s a great idea to divide the buds between two packs, so you can either have them in different rooms, or just keep one packed away. Great cotton buds.
Good quality cotton buds
The cotton buds are really good quality and come in packets of 100pcs which is really handy. I keep them in a glass jar in the bathroom cabinet, which is enough to keep them dry.
Easy to use, regular size, they don’t fall apart in pieces and are a sustainable alternative to the traditional ones! Unlike some others I’ve tried, the cotton on the ends is very uniform and well-attached. There is a good amount of cotton on each end which is soft and there isn’t much chance of the stick poking through and harming you.
Not just for cosmetic purposes I also use these for cleaning an airbrush and other crafting purposes. A bit on the pricier side though, I have bought cheaper cotton buds.
Rigid shafts - Excelle
Hadn’t seen these before but love them. Basically they are similar to other cotton buds but have a rigid shaft, which is a big improvement. These are so much better than the paper shaft ones. I use a lot for various purposes including crafts and find the the paper ones just bend too easily which is very frustrating, these are strong and the cotton tips are perfectly soft. I’m definitely converted and will be buying more.
Bamboo Cotton Buds 2x 100
We use a lot of cotton buds. My wife uses them for doing her make up and use them to drying her ears after a shower while I use them soaked in hot water to clear out the wax build up in my ears. The ones made of paper really annoy me because they have very little stability in the shaft which bend almost immediately losing rigidity. These bamboo shafted ones are much stronger and maintain rigidity throughout use. I really like them for that reason.
