Works in full overhead sunshine bes
I tested this in our soon-to-be bird bath early evening when the sun had started lowering on the west side.

It was more of a random spurt when the sun wasn’t full on the solar ring but when I tilted it towards the full sun, it had a really good flow so I think this is better in full sunny gardens.

It comes with different heads so the water comes out in different patterns.

For 7 it’s a nice little water feature but you might want something more powerful for a full on bird bath or , if you don’t have full sun in your garde

    Looks nice
The movement of water keeps our bird bath water from becoming stagnant and looks really nice from a distance. We have a concrete bird bath so the suction cups on the fountain are pretty much useless. You do need to check the filter on a regular basis if you get a lot of debris, like leaves, etc…, in your fountain to make sure it is not clogged. I like the interchangeable heads which allow you to decide what your fountain stream looks like. This has no battery so it only functions when it gets direct sunlight.

    Works great!
This birdbath solar water fountain started working the second I pulled it out of the box. It has easily exchangeable fountain tips for different sprays of water. it doesn’t work very well on super windy days because the water gets blown out of the birdbath, but that has nothing to do with the fountain. You just have to remove it on those days or watch it and make sure it doesn’t run dry from the water spaying out of your birdbath. I’m very happy with this purchase and have shown it to several people who are going to order one for their yards as well.
