Added comfort... are they worth it?
As a keen console gamer I’m always looking out for accessories to enhance my gaming experience. One area where I’ve always had trouble is that I find that the input required during gaming too sensitive and extending the thumbsticks can give you a little bit more control when aiming. In this set you receive all the bits to attach a couple of thumbstick extensions which fit seamlessly onto your existing controller.
Attachment was fairly straightforward and the thumbsticks themselves feel pretty comfortable.
The top of the sticks have small markers which theoretically indicate up down left right ETC however I would have preferred a small central button which would have kept my thumb located centrally to the thumbstick.
At nearly 28 quid these are quite expensive, very expensive in fact so i would think carefully before purchase.
Great thumbstick grips for added control
These were very easy to attach to my PS5 controller & also easy to remove if you need to.
They have really helped with the comfort of the controller & I feel I have much more control whilst playing.

Pricey for what they are
This seems quite expensive for two small plastic covers that go over the joysticks thumb controllers. However, they did fit easily and snugly and although it took a bit of getting used to, we liked the extra control it gave.
They come in a box with a velvety pouch which unfortunately just ends up in the bin as there just isn’t any use for it once they’re fitted – perhaps that is aimed at making them giftable. Although they’re a good idea, the current price of 27.50 is a little pricey to justify purchasing these for our other controllers.

Wow. An absolute game changer! Literally! I’ve been playing for a while and I never find the grips on the controller’s comfortable or grippy enough. They always slide out my thumbs which leads to some annoying in game moments!!
Since getting these grips my game has changed so much for the better. I couldn’t be without these now and the great quality makes me feel confident that they will last!

These adapters fit tightly onto thumbstick controls and give you extra grip so that you can control movements much more easily. They do take a little getting used to but they do help for those many repetitive movements. The tqctile feel of these adapters helps concentrate the mind and enable you to be a bit more responsive.
The fitting of these is relatively easy. They do change the way you hold the controller but its a case of trial and error to work out the best way to use these.
I’ll happily use anything to improve my game play but for some, the cost of these may outweigh their usefulness.
