ice simple piece of equipment for a reasonable price. used a few times and works well though i find myself spinning in circles more because i cant find a good rhythm! though i still get the twist in with the hand ropes. my kids have also had few funny moments spinning but dont like the feet areas (raised areas for ‘massage’) as they found it uncomfy. delivery was quick and well packaged.
Great product I use it every day for 10 mins can really feel the benefit and also gives my arms a work out I would definitely recommend it is very sturdy and compact enough to store away thankyou

I bought the waist twisting disc to get rid of unwanted love handles and get a bit trimmer round my waist (trying to get a 1950’s style hour glass figure!!) and it’s brilliant. Easy to use and I can just do this in front of the TV. I don’t even notice I’m doing it after a bit, plus the bobbly bits give me a nice foot massage too 🙂 happy days. It’s so good my partner also wanted one so I ordered another so we can twist together:)
