Good produc
I like using this machine, especially when I haven’t had time to put an hour into going to the gym! I definitely feel my muscles being worked. I also like the handles are attached and sturdy. Would have been 5 stars if the foot area was a little bit bigger.
Twist And Tone
This little device is ideal for me, I have limited mobility so walking’s not ideal, this I can manage , simply stand on the foot area, this massages your feet and pressure point to keep you cardio fit it it massages them as you swivel.
Take the resistance bands and pull tight then swivel left and right and it really works your legs and hips and waist.
I managed 10 minutes first go and more each day ,but as i said I have issues with osteo but this is great to help make my bones more flexible and you can really feel it has worked after it .
Simple idea effective for keeping fit and portable very good indeed .
spin disc
ice simple piece of equipment for a reasonable price. used a few times and works well though i find myself spinning in circles more because i cant find a good rhythm! though i still get the twist in with the hand ropes. my kids have also had few funny moments spinning but dont like the feet areas (raised areas for ‘massage’) as they found it uncomfy. delivery was quick and well packaged.
Interesting concept and fun to use
This is fun to use. The plate twists at the speed that you control. I’m not sure if it will actually trim your waist but it certainly gets you moving when otherwise you wouldn’t have. The handgrips and cord are great to help you get your arms moving and assist with balance. Overall a great little fitness gadget.
Easy storage
This product really works can feel it working the muscles almost straight away small enough to take any where well made, compact for easy storage.So glad I purchased its fantastic!

Great product I use it every day for 10 mins can really feel the benefit and also gives my arms a work out I would definitely recommend it is very sturdy and compact enough to store away thankyou

I bought the waist twisting disc to get rid of unwanted love handles and get a bit trimmer round my waist (trying to get a 1950’s style hour glass figure!!) and it’s brilliant. Easy to use and I can just do this in front of the TV. I don’t even notice I’m doing it after a bit, plus the bobbly bits give me a nice foot massage too 🙂 happy days. It’s so good my partner also wanted one so I ordered another so we can twist together:)
