Great quality, great value
One of the lowest priced headsets in the market, but in my experience every bit as good as much pricier items. I use it for radio interviews, mic quality is excellent , room echo largely eliminated. Don’t yet know about longevity as I’ve only had it for a few weeks, but so far so good.
Noise cancellation is really work
I was worked at home for everyday with my husband, we both need to take meeting in different calls at the same room. I bought a lot of headphone which mention with noice cancellations and customer comment also said work, but finally I try and found it it not work.
But this phone is amazing and really work in noise cancellation, my colleague cannot hear any sound from my husband even he seat next to me and have another meeting.
It is super good and I am buying one more for my husband.
Great value comfortable headse
I bought one for work during initial lockdown early 2020 and have used it a lot. I find the noise cancellation makes long calls less tiring as there is less reverb and the office noise is much reduced.
The ear pads are comfortable and have worn it most of the day without any problem.
Would prefer a swivel boom mic on it and wireless if I was being picky but these models are much more expensive and it’s really not a problem.
Very pleased with the quality and the price point and have bought more for colleagues.
Very comfortable, reasonable quality & good sound
This headset is very adjustable. The earpads are soft and I’ve found the headset to be comfortable and fairly unobtrusive over long periods of use.
The quality is fine, all reasonable quality plastic parts and after a month or so of use everything works as originally intended and I’m not the most caring user, wrapping the cable round the headset every day before stuffing unprotected back in my laptop bag.
Calls are very clear and everyone seems to have no problem hearing me. The stereo sound is reasonable at this price point. Sat in a near empty office for much of the day, if I’m not on a video call I’ll often listen to Spotify using these and the sound quality for listening to music us more than acceptable if not for the audiophile purists out there.
The only negative I can really think of is the interaction with Microsoft Teams. The remote on my previous headset worked Teams much better e.g. if I pressed the mute button on the headphone remote if would show as muted on my screen. Whilst the mute on the remote for this headset works and cuts of the sound, the microphone icon on Teams will still indicate that my microphone is open and vice versa so a couple of fiddly moments of not being sure if my mic was on or not. Similarly, I can’t end a call using the remote on this headset. Volume buttons all work fine though. These are relatively minor inconveniences, hence the loss of a star, but otherwise more than happy so far and would purchase again.
It works really well but came with wrong USB po
These earphones and microphone work really well and are vey flexible and comfortable with adjustable strap. My only minor gripe was they came with a USB port and so I had to buy a further adapter for my applemac. When ordering it said that it fitted all machines but there was no choice to tick which port you needed and so I thought it would come with both. It would be helpful to make this clearer on the ordering screen.
Very good headse
Very good quality headset the sound quality was excellent and the noise cancelling seemed to work although there wasn’t a lot of noise were I was using them. Having a volume control was a bonus as you were able to set it to a comfortable level made using a mobile phone for work much easier. Would highly recommend this headset.
Just what I was looking fo
I work for a care company in an office setting and from home, and have to attend many different meetings online. I was using normal in ear head phones and kept being disturb whilst in the office as others couldn’t quite see my headphones were in. I purchase this headset to help with this
Appearance: professional appearance, not to bulky and just the right size. Head piece is adjustable to fit my head comfortable. The ear pieces are nicely padded and comfortable, especially for them long meetings.
Volume control: very easy to use, as it is a simple wheel up and down motion to control how loud the sound comes through to my ears.
Sound Quality: crystal clear sound, can hear those speaking very clearly and my colleagues can hear me clearly as well. Very simple small Jack connection. Which allows me to connect to my mobile as well as my laptop. It also come with a smaller Jack connector if required
Noise cancellation: cancels out any background noice I have to help others hear me more clearly.
This product was just what I was looking for and I would recommend this to anyone working in a office and call centre setting or at home which I mostly do throughout the week.
Good value headphones with microphone
I am very happy with this headset. There is a lot of adjustment for the headphones. I have a large head and find the on ear phones very comfortable compared with the in-ear ones I was using. There was enough adjustment so that there is no pressure on the top of the head.
The sound is good for speech but for other sounds (I use them for online bellringing) they are clear but are a bit bass heavy. However, very happy with this set which will mainly be used for online meetings. Good value for the price.
I do a lot of online meetings and find headphones with a speaker easier to use than the laptop speaker system and allow for a more confidential call. My last pair of headphones had given up the ghost and the USB was not connecting properly. Looked on Amazon saw these on special offer with all I need included so I ordered them.
The quality of the sound is excellent and the volume button is easy to operate as it is larger than my previous headphones. The microphone is very flexible and curves inward so it can be placed near the mouth. The cushioned pads are quite small and although they are comfortable the headset does not feel as secure. I’m happy with the headset, I wouldn’t say it’s the best on the market but by no means the worst either.
I am working remotely from home at the moment and was looking for a set of headphones that would work with my Samsung A21s mobile phone. They are very nice and comfortable to wear , look really good as well.Only problem I would say I have is sometimes they do not connect to my mobile when plugging them in. once the connection has been made sufficiently the sound is excellent , very clear and precise, they seem to cut out all background noises.
Would definitely recommend these even though it was just for playing music through.

I bought this to use with my work’s Android phone. I can’t use in-ear headphones but do spend a lit of time on teh phone so the cost of this is well worth it for me.
The only reason I’ve dropped them a star is that they’re not quite as comfortable as my Plantronics C725 headset that use for my laptop (USB only). That has a wider, thinner ear pad than this one.
However, sets with a 3.5mm jack are less easy to find and these do the job very well. Sound quality is excellent and the inline volume control easy to use. I’d buy again.
I needed a headset for working from home that would allow me to block out the noise from my family in the background and allow me to speak to colleagues and clients with confidence that they would hear me clearly and that I could hear them clearly too. I tried 4 or 5 different brands before finding this set and am really pleased with them. The headband is so pliable I can shape it to exactly how I want it. It is comfortable to wear and once the microphone is in the right position I have no issues. The wire is a good length too. I would recommend this headset.
