Perfect!
I have a busy house and a job full of calls and meetings. These headphones are great for me as I can have the privacy I need. Delivery was prompt and the quality of the headphones are great. It comes with 2 extra attachments which is inclusive of different laptop brands. Overall this is exactly what I was looking for and I’m really happy with the quality.
Out of all the headset I tried this is the most comfortable one, it's not super tight around my head. It's light weight and the ear part turns so you can turn it away from your ear without taking it off. I wear them roughly 8 hours a day and I wear glasses, I would say after maybe 5 hours or so I do have to take it off so my ear doesn't hurt.

I needed good quality, comfortable headphones with a mic for business phone calls on my cell that I don't want to use ear buds for, but want to be basically hands-free with my phone. I also use them for webinars so I have some privacy while either on Zoom or on a webinar. They are very comfortable, have excellent sound, are very easy to put on and take off. Everything I was looking for.

I use these with my Samsung J3 phone. They are used when I anticipate being on hold for an extended amount of time and wish to stay busy during that period. These work well for that. I can hear perfectly with this. I sometimes feel that the ear pieces may fall off but that is my fault for not buying the over the ear style. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase.

Solid binaural headset for MP3 players, phones, computers
I wanted this headset to listen to my Sansa MP3 player and am very happy with it. Build quality is excellent, it’s a solid piece of equipment. All features as displayed on the web site are there and work.
The cable has adequate length, is quite capable to hold the set when it falls off my head, and the flexible reinforcement between cable and headset and cable and plug is solid. The cable clip goes on my shirt and takes strain off the cable connections on both ends.
When using the set with my MP3 player I don’t need the mic, so I like how the boom folds up to be parallel to the headband and out of the way. It stays where I put it. When in the car, I wrap the cable around the rearview mirror and it holds the MP3 player. Five hours of continuous wear happens quite often and the set is comfortable. Since it is an on-the-ear design I can still hear the traffic (sirens, etc.). Not sure if the heat would consider it distracted driving.
There is tension on the head band so some may find it too tight. I wore it over sunglasses and was fine, no discomfort from pressure points. Adjustment to get the ear pieces over the ears is easy and flexible.
I tried the set on my cell (Samsung Galaxy S8) as well, and it works nicely. Call answer button works as expected, and so does the volume control.
Included in the package was a 4-inch adapter with 3.5 mm (f) on one end and 2.5 mm (m) on the other.
This allows me to use the set with my Plantronics CT-14 portable home phone set. Works way better than the original monaural Plantronics headset, which is prone to break the cable where it attaches to the ear piece.
I now own two sets and use one permanently on my Plantronics (this one I bought with 2.5 mm plug to avoid the adapter) and the other in the car for the MP3 and the cell. Well worth the investment.
I have used this headset with my Motorola cell phone and my laptop and it performed excellent with both. It has very clear audio. The size is adjustable which makes it very comfortable to wear. I would definitely recommend this headset to others.

Very comfortable
Wonderful headset that I can use on my wireless Panasonic phone with the included 2.5 mm adaptor. So convenient when on long calls or on hold. Especially useful these days when wait times are long.
Headset is light and comfortable. Has inline volume dial and can press button to hang up call.
Use on my iPhone and iPad that still have the 3.5 mm jacks. Prefer headset instead of earphones. Also use on my newer laptop that has a single 3.5 mm headset jack.
See below for the last review and why I changed the product rating from 4 stars to 3 stars.
Recent Review: I am changing the product rating again. This time, from 3 stars to 5 stars. Why? Something very unexpected happen. The company, Wantek, contacted me. They were apologetic about my experience, informed me that since I was still within the two years of the purchase date, Wantek would replace the headset.
True to their word, within a week of the email from Wantek, I received a replacement headset. These are difficult times (unlike some of us have ever seen). Far too many companies are price gouging (supply chain issues notwithstanding) and customer service seems to be of little importance. It was a refreshing surprise to have Wantek take the initiative, reach out, and immediately resolve my issue.
Given the high quality customer service I experienced, a 5 star rating is well deserved. Any company that will stand by their product and/or service should be recognized and applauded. I appreciate Wantek for the effort extended to make these right and to ensure that I was pleased.
If you are considering buying this headset, I hope knowing that Wantek will provide the product support and customer service needed helps in making you feel confident about making the purchase. For the record: No! THIS IS NOT A PAID ENDORSEMENT OF FAKE AMAZON REVIEW. 🙂
Last Review: Originally gave this product 4 stars but changed it to 3 stars. Purchased the item in 2020. Product support ended in 2021. Product no longer working properly in 2022. So…product not working as it should and there is no support.
Phone headset was fine while it was working. However, should the true test of quality be based on what happens when it stops? Is it too much to ask that customer support be provided longer than a year? I don’t recall being given the option to purchase a product warranty.
Final words of advice: The lifespan of this product is about 1.5 years, after which you are on your own. Is it worth the money to buy? Well, that depends. If you are okay with 1.5 years of use, sure. If you would like a product to stand up over time (how much varies from consumer to consumer), purchase a phone headset with a warranty included.
I hate headphones with a passion. They create issues with my ears, and I wear them as little as possible. That said, I was doing a great deal of hands-on training recently and I couldn’t shout into a speaker phone the whole time.
My trainees LOVED my getting these headphones. They all said that the microphone was incredibly clear, like I was right in their ears, and a few asked me for the link so they could buy them too.
The ear part is… well… better than most I’ve used but my own problems with head phones are my own problems and shouldn’t influence the review. As long as I’m ABLE to wear them, they’re great. Sound is incredibly clear. The padding is comfortable and the band doesn’t pinch my head.
These are NOT noise canceling headphones. You’ll still hear the neighbor’s lawn mower and the thumpy car driving by. But you’ll hear the people talking at you really well.
The only thing that isn’t fabulous (other than my own ears) is the button on the wire. At first, I thought it was a mute button. It’s not. It’s a hang up button. I disconnected a few entire training sessions when I got these and tried to mute myself. It’s also right at the height to get pinched between my chair arm and the keyboard tray, so it gets bumped a lot and let me tell you my new boss does not appreciate my blaming the tech for hanging up on her quite as often as I do. (I used the handy clip to loop it up. Now I have no excuse for hanging up on her.)
All in all, I would recommend these with no reservations (and have!). Just be careful of that button.
