Great for using phone as sat nav
I recently used this car phone holder and found it really effective. The adhesive base sticks well to the dashboard, even on uneven surfaces. The metal arm is sturdy and folds neatly, which is great for saving space. The magnetic strength is impressive; my phone stays securely in place, and I appreciate that it works with both MagSafe and non-MagSafe phones. Overall, it’s a solid choice for keeping your phone accessible while driving.

Easy to install with the pre attached adhesive. The magnets is really strong, can hold magsafe iPhones or you can attach a metal ring (which one is included). Feels good quality and it will last a lot longer than the cheap plastic ones. It’s at a decent price of 19.99, but when any offers pop up, buy this as it’ll be a good investment. It can be compatible to any branded phones as they have a ring to turn a non magsafe phone into a magsafe phone.

I got this to house my iPhone on the dash in my van, it’s small enough to fit between the instrument cluster, and head unit, good quality for the price.

This is a great car mount and works really well in my car. I stuck it on a slightly spongy surface, but it still works fine.
The features I liked about this best were:
+ Good quality 3M adhesive mount, with instructions provided on how to stick it
+ Mount can turn 360 degrees for flexible positioning
+ Opening section is sturdy and has strong friction so it wont slip down
+ Clear instructions to hold the base when opening out the mount, so as not to pull the adhesive off the base
+ Spare adhesive circle in case the stickiness goes wrong
+ One metal ring provided to use for a non-magsafe phone
The things I didn’t like about this item were:

Easy to use and good looking
After wrestling with many different car phone holders, I found this one. This mobile phone holder is precisely what I have been searching for! It can be used as dash mounted or window mounted and doesn’t block a vent or use a cup holder – all unacceptable to me. You need a flat surface to mount it. It mounts to the dash with a double-sided 3M tape. Follow the instructions to have a proper adhesion. Clean the surface before installing and press& hold it in place for 30-60 seconds so that a proper bonding take place. It’s recommended to use only after 24 hrs. A spare adhesive tape is also provided in case you need to reposition the holder at a later time.
The Magsafe attachment is strong and holds my iPhone 15 in place without any issues in either landscape or portrait orientation. For non-Magsafe compatible or Android phones, a spare magnetic ring is provided which can be attached to your phone (the ring is provided with a sticky pad on one side) or just placed between the phone and its cover (if the phone has one). It is so easy to mount the phone on to the magnet. While taking off the phone, try not to pull it straight out from the holder, rather slide it sideways so that not too much force is applied on to the bracket. The magnet is so strong, if you regularly take the phone off by pulling, then it could damage the brackets bonding with the dash.
Its foldable design makes it convenient for using at various angles or rotated to suit the driver vision. If/when the sun reflects on the screen the phone can be quickly rotated to be able to see navigation/ exits/ turns quickly. It suits any luxury cars.
I put it at the centre of the dash of my Merc. It doesn’t block any of my road vision at all. I can keep my phone horizontal or vertical. I like it better there than in my line of sight with the road or fooling with it in the drink cup area or air vents. I suddenly have no more hatred for my phone holder system, and am not tightening it, or fooling with it, and it just plays or whatever – I don’t even have to reach or look to the side for anything. It’s great.

A good, solid phone mount for your ca
This phone mount comes in a kit that contains the phone holder, a surface cleaning wipe, a mag safe ring, two adhesive pads, and an instruction card.
The phone mount arm has a good range of motion, and is nice and stiff so you can be confident it won’t flop all over the place whilst you’re driving. The mag safe ring in the kit allows you to convert you phone case to a mag safe phone case should you need to. It’s an adhesive ring that fits on the back of your phone or its case and allows use of the mount.
The phone holder itself sticks to its mount point using an adhesive pad. This does make it slightly less flexible than those that use a sucker to stick down because once it’s in place, it’s there. That said, it does give you a more solid connection than perhaps many of the sucker based ones. You get a spare pad in case you need to move it later.
This is a well designed phone holder and will keep your phone safe and secure during use whilst giving you enough flexibility to position it at the perfect angle.
A great looking car mount that is sturdy but still very light and has great manoeuvrability
I have purchased other phone accessories from YOSH so I had no hesitation in purchasing this as I knew it would be a quality built product, and again, they haven’t let me down. The headline says it all. This does look very nice and has been designed really well. It’s made on a zinc alloy material which really durable and light at the same time.
There are a few outstanding features about this that I will try and explain as to why they are outstanding. Firstly the magnets they have used in this are Neodymium magnets, which are the strongest raw material magnets you can get. Still, there are varying strengths even within these magnets, and they are graded with an N number followed by two digits. So the higher the number the stronger the magnet. Until recently N52 was the highest grade of magnet you could get. Now they have a newer and even stronger grade, and that is N55. It is this grade that is being used in this car mount, and you just aren’t going to get anything stronger than this at the moment. So if a strong hold is one of your main criteria for buying then this is definitely the one to go for.
One of the other outstanding features is the design of the base. they have made it a bit bigger, but that is for a perfectly good reason. The larger size gives the base a lot more stability and improved stickiness as you are sticking down a larger area. Plus you can now put this on surfaces that aren’t completely flat without it coming off as this has a two-way bendable design with a metal folding arm, so you can literally shift it’s centre of gravity by rotating it and angling it to your desired position without it putting extra pull on the base.
My personal favourite feature on this is that you can fold it completely flat when not in use so that it doesn’t look like an eye sore when not in use and doesn’t impact your vision in any way. This really is one of the best design on the market and you would be hard pushed to find a better one – depending on what your needs are of course.

Needing a new mount for our recently purchased vehicle I will admit I was a little skeptical about the new wave of car mounts like this with the magsafe rings. I don’t own an iphone so I had no idea what this was all about at first and had been used to the older type cradles which clamp tightly either side of the handset, of course those have their negatives of obscuring or sometimes accidentally pressing the volume buttons which can be a real pain so decided to give this a go.
So glad I did as it has proved to be fantastic, used it to hold my phone while I used the satnav for a couple of very long journeys already and it’s rock solid. If like me you don’t own an iphone, no problem as included in the box is a magsafe ring, simple to fit on the back of your phone and I chose to stick it to one of my phone cases so I don’t need it on there all the time, I have two cases so can switch out when I need to. My phone(a Oneplus12) has quite a large camera area preventing me from fitting the ring central, and with the case I had to fit it even lower, but still it is held 100% securely, and that is also true if I rotate the phone to horizontal position.
Our dashboard is slightly dimply textured and also not on a perfect level, but still it was easy to fit and is held super securely, very much like how the whole mount can rotate once fixed, didn’t expect that so was super careful to check correct angle before securing, heheh there was no need clearly.
Also love how net it looks folded down when not in use, nice and out the way.
Currently priced at 17.99, I consider it fantastic value at that price, you really can’t go wrong.
Oh and it even comes with a spare 3m base sticker should you ever need to remove(change of vehicle etc.).

Used Yoshi for years!
I have used Yoshi for years, usually stick to the magnets on the vents but decided to use the dash board phone holder as my wife prefers them. All the previous ones fall off the car vents or are not strong enough to hold the weight of the phone, Yoshi phone holders are durable, strong and easy to install. We’ll worth the money!
Very strong magne
Great little phone holder! Very useful and fits nicely on the dashboard.
I would have liked the base of the unit to be a little smaller so I can put it on top of my media player. However it’s not an issue and a larger base means better stability of course.
Love the hinge mechanism so I have the option to adjust the phone angle. You can also rotate the unit so it’s very adaptable.
Overall I’m impressed with this product and it’s so much better than big chunky objects with suction cups that fall off.
I would recommend this to anyone who uses a phone holder in the car.
Super affordable, very reliable and easy to use
I have used Yoshi phone products now for 5 years, I have multiple of their magnetic car vent phone holders both for other cars and for tablets, they are super easy to use/install and very effective. Where most other phone holders will lose their stick and/or fall off, these are handy in that they have a firm grip, are aesthetically pleasing while also being easy to apply, so much so that I have taken them abroad when travelling and hiring cars.
It’s no surprise that their Magsafe foldable car phone holder holds the same benefits, only with the foldable phone holder you can swivel and move the phone around as you please, whereas with the car vent holder you cannot.
Either way these are Two great options for anyone to use and get to grips with. I Will now have to order one of these foldable mounts for my wife’s car thanks Yoshi
Looks good, bends well, holds phone really well, but no charging capability

The magsafe element is really nice and holds my iPhone 15 Pro max well, the hinges work well and see no issues with that. I didnt test the sticker mount on my car as I have limited space to mount. The base turns at well so you can mount then twist to the desired angle.
I would much prefer to mount my phone on something solid, dashboards are often dimpled which essentially gives less surface area to stick to, also cleaning them up after removal can be a pain. But have no reason to think that this with its 3M stick pad wont work well.
If this doesnt bother you then it could be perfect for you.
Included in the kit are magsafe rings to turn a non magsafe phone into one, also there is alcohol wipes and a spare sticker pad.
