    Superb
This is super well designed, I have another yoga mat but it takes up so much space that it’s a pain to transport around so this is the perfect solution. It folds up really nicely meaning taking it around is a breeze!

Normally there’s a trade off with portability and quality but not in this case. It’s super well made, thick, soft and durable. I couldn’t be happier!

    Easy to store and clea
Exercise sessions have been much more comfortable since I started using this tri-folding mat. The thick padding provides excellent support, making it perfect for yoga, pilates, and other floor exercises. The non-slip surface ensures safety, and the foldable design allows for easy storage and transport. Cleaning the mat is a breeze, maintaining hygiene effortlessly. It’s a versatile and practical addition to any home gym setup, enhancing the overall workout experience.

Soft, comfortable and easy to use
The You vs You gym mat is a great thing for a home gym, it’s a three section folding mat so can be stored easily in cupboards or under the bed, the price is fair and reasonable and it’s very comfortable mat that makes exercising easier. Price isn’t too bad either.

    Excellent produc
I’ve used a York exercise mats for many years but found their black plastic covers always split fairly quickly and eventually require replacement. At the most recent failure I decided to try the you vs you version instead and so far, after a few weeks usage, it remains intact and feels likely to survive much longer than the York ones. It is slightly firmer to use, which I prefer. An excellent product!

    Sturdy ma
This is a great mat for exercising on. It’s very sturdy and folds for transport/storage. One of the side effects of being so sturdy is the weight. It could be on the heavy side for some.

    Mixed bag
On one hand, this mat is super thick and supportive, great for floor work, ab or core exercises, or tumbling if you have hard floors at home. It’s lightweight, folds tidily, and easy to carry. Made well and good quality.

On the other hand, this isn’t the kind of mat you can roll into a bag or strap on the back of a bike. The concertina of the mat means one section is attached differently, and it’s possible to catch a toe if you aren’t careful. The material is also very slippery if you perspire.

For my requirements, this works pretty well, but it isn’t suitable for everything in the way that my regular foam mat is.

Perfect yoga mat for all workouts!
The comfort and stability it provides are unmatched, making my yoga sessions more enjoyable and safe. I’ve used this mat for yoga, pilates, and even some light martial arts training. The polyurethane surface is non-slip and easy to clean, which minimises the risk of slips and injuries. It’s also great for cool-downs and stretching, providing a firm yet comfortable base. The three-panel design is fantastic for easy storage and transportation. The handles make it convenient to carry around, and the mat folds down to a compact size when not in use. It’s perfect for both home use and taking classes. The cushioning is excellent, offering a solid and safe base for all kinds of exercises. The sturdy design ensures it can withstand rigorous workouts, providing peace of mind that any accidental tumbles are cushioned safely.

Overall, this mat has been a great investment for my fitness routine. Highly recommended!

Good-quality mat with excellent comfort and stability
From the moment I unfolded the mat, I could tell it was designed with both comfort and stability in mind. The 5cm thickness provides a cushioned surface that protects my joints during high-impact exercises. The thick foam provides exceptional support, making it ideal for yoga, pilates, and even gymnastics. The polyurethane surface is non-slip, significantly reducing my risk of slipping, especially during more intense workouts.

The polyurethane surface is incredibly easy to clean. A quick wipe-down with a damp cloth removes sweat and dirt, keeping the mat hygienic. The three-panel design with built-in handles is fantastic. It folds up neatly, making storage a breeze and transportation effortless. The mat feels robust and well-made.

While the folding design is convenient, the mat is still a bit bulky when folded. If space is a premium in your home, finding a spot to store it might be a minor inconvenience. There was a slight chemical odor when I first unpacked the mat. However, this dissipated after a couple of days of airing out.

Overall, it’s a versatile, high-quality mat that provides excellent comfort and stability for various exercises. Recommended.

    General exercise mat.
This mat is of very good quality and it is thicker than many others available out there.
The foam inside absorbs shock very well and I have no problem doing rougher landings and with a little bit of awareness, I feel confident that I will not hurt myself.
Needless to say, that the mat copes well with my wife’s exercises as well which are not as demanding as mine and she also is pleased with it.
The cover cleans easily and regardless what type of liquid you might spill on it (we have also had coffee spilled over it) with a simple wipe down it will come right off.
The fact that it folds in three makes it easy to store and transport, and it also comes with handles which makes transporting even easier.
I find this to be an all purpose exercise math, suitable for light and more difficult exercises which I can trust in terms of cushioning any potential falls but also to offer a soft area to lay on when exercising.

Versatile Gym Mat and Perfect For Tumbling, Sleeping or Sitting etc
This is a great mat for practicing handstands, headstands and tumbles. It’s great for gymnastics and exercise. You can also do Yoga on it though whether you would want to cart this around to classes is another matter entirely (personally it’s not something I will be doing) as it’s a bit too chunky for that.

It’s a good size for home use though and perfect for creating a safe, cushioned area for various workouts and practice sessions. It’s very thick and while firm is very comfortable to use. It’s also very light. I thought it was going to be heavy but there’s really no weight to it at all. It has two strong handles making it easy to carry round with you.

It’s also very versatile. Not only does it make a good gym mat but it can also be folded into a chair for the garden or you can use it as a pull out bed for visitors or as a camp bed.

I really like it anyway. It’s well made and I don’t even mind the bubble-gum pink colour. Highly recommended.

    HANDY, PORTABLE, MULTI USE MAT
OK, so what any yogini will immediately notice is that this is not a standard yoga mat (which are very thin and rollable), so when doing your daily practice, you will notice that it has it’s limitations. You have to be careful when a standing pose takes one foot off it, and you might need a towel or a prop when doing floor movements, but it definitely doesn’t slip, is super padded (great if you have bony knees and a bony ass 😉 ) and whilst sizeable, is NOT heavy. It’s also very thick, so if you’re short of a blow up mattress, someone might even be able to sleep on it! In sum, it could never take the place of my usual yoga mat, but I will definitely find use for it when doing floor exercises, pilates, etc, so I recommend it fully.

Fab thick mat and conveniently folds away
I really wanted a thicker exercise mat as so many are very thin these days and this one was just perfect. I like that it has folding panels so you can store it away easily. it has a good weight so that it stays in place when exercising on it, however this may also make it less portable if you need to take it to a yoga studio. I use mine at home. I love that it is also a good large size so you can lie down on it too. The foam inside feels dense and durable and the outer covering feels strong too, and I hope it will stand the test of time. I am so pleased with this mat!

    Not A Yoga Ma
I ordered the You vs You Yoga Mat in mixed pink colours. I would call this a gym mat rather than a yoga mat. It doesn’t have a non-slip textured surface like a yoga mat does and it is much thicker than a yoga mat. You wouldn’t be able to carry it very easily to a yoga class as it is thick and folds rather than rolls up. It works much better as a gym mat for use at home. It makes quite a firm surface to exercise on and looks really nice in the 3 shades of pink. Each of the 3 parts has a zip and inside each is a hard solid white foam-like square. It looks exactly like in the pictures and I can recommend it as a gym mat.

Good if you want a large, firm mat.
I wasn’t quite prepared for the large box that arrived, containing this mat. It is nice though, and I could probably use it to sleep on if I wanted to – it’s big enough with firm padding, so I’d not feel the floor beneath it.
The mat is constructed as 3 separate vinyl compartments sewn together, each containing what appears to be a large white Styrofoam pad. There is a zip opening in each cover, though I couldn’t work out how I’d get the pad out of it, as the pad is stiff and firm, and I wouldn’t want to break it.
Note that each of the 3 compartments is a different shade of green.

Thickly padded training mat - perfect for home training
This mat is different to what I imagined and much more prominent. It is made up of three segments, and, in my perspective, it is lightweight. Nevertheless, I firmly believe this mat is more adequate for home training, as it is voluminous and not something you would want to transport. Otherwise, it is thick and brilliant for my living room, where I train. I used to get very sore palms and knees, but now I have supportive padding. Due to its size and shape, it is not easy to store the mat; I place it under the sofa because its bright pink is visible anywhere else. Therefore, I am happy to recommend the mat for home training; however, if you need one for the gym, this might not be it!

Strong and lightweight mats providing good cushioning against hard floors
I find these exercise mats to be excellent in many ways. Firstly, their standout feature is their lightweight design. I weighed the whole set using my portable scales and they came in at just 1.84kg, which is incredibly light. This is largely due to the polyurethane foam inserts, which provide both durability and resistance. Despite their light weight, these mats offer a stable surface for exercising, while also providing excellent cushioning and protection from hard floors.

Each section of the mat features a zip, presumably for easy removal. However, I found it extremely difficult to extract the inserts, as they are larger than the zip openings. I’m not entirely sure why this feature is included, especially considering that the mats can be easily cleaned by wiping them with a cloth.

One thing to consider is the size of the mats if you plan on traveling with them. They measure 60cm by 60cm, which isn’t overly large but may still require some space in your car.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with these mats and highly recommend them for anyone in need of a comfortable and versatile exercise surface.

    Firm foam ma
The product dimension is clearly stated in the product description but when it arrived, I was still surprised by the size of it. Even when folded up, it is a large bulky item. Will have to find some place to store this when not in use. That said it is good quality. The foam blocks zipped inside the wipe clean covers are made of some kind of plastic are quiet firm with a degree of sponginess and resilience.
