This is a very nice made bit of kit, perfect for pilates and other fitness activities.
Arrived folded up in a crinkly plastic bag, all you have to do is inflate it for use.
Simple yet effective aid.

Visit priced at 5 quid, and actually all you get is a rubber ball that is flat packed in a plastic bag, and inside the plastic bag you will find a plastic plug already inserted, and is silly plastic straw and their advice is to put this to your mouth and blow. However if you have a balloon pump or a normal pump of any sorts, you might find this easier. If this was any more expensive I would expect at least a manual plastic pump, however at this price point I will accept that it does not come with one. It took me one breath to blow up the whole thing, and a second breath to give it some more pressure, and a third breath to make it extremely tense. However I found it very difficult to keep the air inside while trying to put the plug back in, and actually this was half of the reason that this took me so long to blow up properly. Again however this would be easier with a electric pump, so if you’ve got one of these you can bypass it problem
