Sturdy and reliable VR case
Transporting my VR gear is hassle-free with this sturdy carrying case. The hard shell offers robust protection, and the internal compartments keep everything well-organized. There’s ample space for all my accessories, including the Elite Strap and controllers. The case’s durability gives me peace of mind, although the initial setup required a bit of adjustment to fit everything perfectly.
Protection for Your VR Gea
This case has been a fantastic addition to my VR setup. I’m always on the move, and this case gives me peace of mind knowing my Meta Quest 3 is well-protected, even when it gets tossed around a bit in the trunk.
The hard shell exterior feels durable and is surprisingly resistant to scuffs and water, which is great for those unexpected spills. Inside, the compartments are perfectly sized for the headset, controllers, and even the Elite Strap. Everything stays snug and organised,
The handle is strong and comfortable, this case does its job beautifully. It’s both stylish and practical, making it a great choice for all VR gear owners.
My favourite carry case for Quest 3 so fa
This is the one!
I’ve tried a few but this one is the perfect balance between practical and not too bulky.
It fits my Quest 3 with a bobovr style rear battery pack head strap. The insert in the case holds the controllers and headset really well. There is also room on the other side for a battery pack if I really feel like I am going to need a long session out away from teh home. Which to be honest isnt really a need but its nice to kwow the option is there. I use rechargeable batteries for the controllers so I keep a spare set in the case as well
The exterior is made of a fairly stiff material so it offers a decent amount of protection and all amterials used and fit and finish are of a very high quality compared to some other cases i have tested in the past.
I genuinely feel like I wont have any need to try out any more carry cases after this one. (I have three others lying unused now)
4.0 out of 5 stars Good quality but a bit small if you have a battery pack
I’m giving this case 4 stars because whilst it is well made, I do find it too small. It won’t fit my quest with a bobovr M3 pro but does fit my friends who has a Noiposi battery pack…just. If you don’t have an additional battery pack then I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this case as it offers good protection with nice zips and shaped inserts for your controllers. However if you run a battery pack and custom controller straps you may need to look at other options.
5.0 out of 5 stars Worth protecting your device.
ANMIEL Hard Carrying Case for Meta Quest 3, Compatible with Meta Quest 3 VR Headset:
This looks like a re-mould of the carry cases I have received for other products. The quality is good and the design of the insides will protect your device without a doubt.
The outside design in just as attractive and this might be the first version I have seen of these that has a shoulder carry strap
Fits Kiwi Comfort Battery Headstrap… just!
This case is very space efficient and I can just about squeeze the kiwi battery strap into its very small footprint. The case fits the full headset, strap and controllers neatly and the little zip up pocket is big enough for the shoulder strap, charging cable, cleaning cloth but not much more. There is a small cutout for the charging brick too. It is semi rigid – I wouldn’t want to throw it about but for storing in my house and taking to friends houses every now and then it’s perfect.
Overall, offers good protection, feels well built and good value for money compared to the official case which wouldn’t even fit my strap.
I’ve included photos of the slight bulge in the case with the Kiwi strap and a comparison between this case and the official quest 2 case to give an idea of its size
Functional VR Headset Case
I recently got this carrying case for my VR headset and have found it quite practical. The hard shell design provides solid protection for my headset and controllers, and the compartments keep everything well-organized. It’s not the most stylish case, but it does the job of safeguarding my gear effectively. While the build quality could be a bit more refined, it’s sturdy enough for travel and everyday use. Overall, it’s a reliable option for those who need a functional case to keep their VR equipment safe and organized, though it might not offer the highest level of sophistication.
5.0 out of 5 stars Ultimate Protection and Portability
Pros:
Custom Fit: Specifically designed to fit the Meta Quest 3 VR headset, controllers, and accessories, ensuring all components are securely stored and well-protected.
Durable Protection: The hard shell exterior provides strong protection against drops, bumps, and impacts, keeping your VR equipment safe during transport.
Spacious Interior: Offers ample space to store not just the headset and controllers but also additional accessories like the Battery Elite Strap, cables, and other small items.
Portable Design: Compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry your Meta Quest 3 wherever you go, whether for travel or storage.
Stylish Appearance: The sleek grey design gives the case a modern and professional look, suitable for any environment.
Organized Storage: The interior is designed with compartments to keep all items neatly organized, preventing them from moving around or getting damaged.
Cons:
Bulkiness: Although protective, the hard shell design can add bulk, making the case larger and less convenient to fit into smaller bags or spaces.
Limited Accessory Space: While it can hold some accessories, those with a lot of extra gear may find the space insufficient for all their needs.
Higher Price Point: Hard cases tend to be more expensive than soft cases or pouches, which may be a consideration for budget-conscious buyers.
No Shoulder Strap: Depending on the model, the lack of a shoulder strap could make it less comfortable to carry for extended periods, especially when traveling long distances.
Good product, slightly more expensive/bigger, but worth it.
The market for Quest 3 carrying cases is still a little immature, so there aren’t a huge amount of choices. The ANMIEL is bigger than some (not all) cases, and slightly more expensive, but for this you get a well moulded, well stitched and versatile case. It’s a good middle-range product.
It will hold the unit and controllers very well, and the design also allows for 3rd party head sets to fit in – albeit a little more tightly. Other designs like the Nepagz for instance won’t allow for this.
The shape is boxy compared to other options, but for the price mark, it’s combines not being too big (other products are bigger), with a good secure moulding, and versatility.
4.0 out of 5 stars Great and snug fitted case!
Keeps your quest headset safe and secure and feels very well-made. The zipper is smooth and everything fits perfectly inside the case as it should. I did also try the OG quest but that did not fit, just thought I would at least test it out if anyone else was curious about that. Great way to store your quest though if you need to bring it somewhere or just when you are finished using it for the day/night.
Would recommend, no doubt!
5.0 out of 5 stars lovely design, good quality
The ANMIEL Hard Carrying Case for the Meta Quest 3 is an excellent accessory for protecting and transporting your VR headset and accessories. Its sleek grey design is both stylish and functional, offering a hard shell exterior that provides solid protection. The case is compatible with the Meta Quest 3 VR headset, controller grips, battery elite strap, controllers, and other accessories, ensuring everything fits neatly and securely.
I’ve found the case to be of good quality, with a durable build that gives me confidence when taking my VR setup on the go. The interior is well-organized, keeping all components in place and preventing any damage during transit. Overall, this carrying case combines a lovely design with practical quality, making it a must-have for any Meta Quest 3 owner.
4.0 out of 5 stars Well-organized storage
Finding a reliable carrying case has been a game-changer. This one provides excellent protection with its hard shell and organized compartments. The material feels sturdy and resistant to daily wear. Carrying options with a handle and shoulder strap add convenience. While it doesn’t include the VR machine, it’s perfect for keeping my device and accessories safe and secure.
5.0 out of 5 stars A Decent Case and a Snug Fi
This ANMIEL Quest 3 carrying case is quite reasonable. It has a hard, but slightly flexible, shell and my Quest 3 and strap do fit in there snugly. There is a handle on the outside of the case as well as a shoulder strap. On the inside there is an elasticated strap which I initially thought was supposed to go around the headset to hold it in place, and wondered why it was such an effort to get my headset under the strap (see image) until I looked back at the store page and realised it was only to hold the controllers in place … doh!
Speaking of the controllers, I do like the moulded slot for them and they do sit very nicely in there even with them in the covers. There is also a moulded slot for a charging plug. In addition there is space for a few smallish accessories in the top section (you probably won’t get much in there as the headset will push it up) and a zip pocket where you can store your USB cable or other small items.
I do have another case for my Quest 3 but with the attention to detail I do think this one is better. A worthwhile purchase if you plan on travelling with your headset.
4.0 out of 5 stars Harder than I expected
The lining inside was a lot harder than I expected but I guess that is good for impact protection. Maybe not so good for scratch protection though.
It is well moulded to fit the Meta Quest 3. It could be used for other headsets as well.
Reasonable value for money. Possibly a tad pricey for the quality but worth the investment to protect your meta quest while travelling.
4.0 out of 5 stars carry-on bag
The ANMIEL Hard Carrying Case is a hard carrying case for the Meta Quest 3, designed to provide users with a safe and convenient storage and carrying solution. Below is a detailed review of the product:
Customisation: The product is designed specifically for Meta Quest 3, which can perfectly fit the headset and its accessories to ensure that the device is not damaged during carrying.
Material: It adopts a hard shell, which effectively resists external impact and extrusion and provides all-round protection for the headset. At the same time, the surface of the shell may be made of non-slip and wear-resistant materials to increase stability during use.
Portability: compact design, easy to carry to various occasions, whether travelling or daily use can be easily dealt with.
Compartmentalised design: The interior may have multiple compartments and pockets for storing accessories such as the headset, controller, charging cable, etc. separately, ensuring that items are placed in an orderly manner to avoid confusion.
Sufficient space: Considering the size of Meta Quest 3 and its accessories, ANMIEL Hard Carrying Case provides enough space to ensure that all items can fit in easily.
The interior may be equipped with soft protective pads to further protect the head unit from scratches and bumps.
The use of high quality zips ensures that the bag is sealed against dust and moisture.
Equipped with comfortable carry handles and detachable straps to meet users’ different carrying needs.
4.0 out of 5 stars Better value than the meta versio
I am able to fit all of my Meta 3 standard kit into this with no problem (elite strap, controllers, charging lead and a couple bits like cleaning cloth). It’s compact and well made.
I don’t know how well third party straps would fit into this, but this is designed to fit the Meta quest original parts exactly and compactly. It’s got a nice hard shell and soft inside, so no doubt it can protect my quest from drops bumps and other mishaps, not that I really travel with it, but it’s a delicate piece of kit so obviously want it protected as much as possible, even if it’s stored in my closet.
I don’t see any issues with the craftsmanship, this is on the same standard of what you’d buy from Meta, but better designed for compactness and a little nice looking. I prefer this over the original.
