I like that there are 2 roomy mesh pockets at the sides which is easily accessible for storing knick knacks or a water bottle. The shoulder straps are well cushioned and are angled for a comfortable fit, There are plenty of clips and a waist band if you need for extra weight support. The zippers work well and have some good length pulls which are great for larger hands. This bag is suitable for carrying school files or shopping but, not really sturdier enough for heavy hiking.
