Fun For Kids Of All Ages
I can imagine quite a few grown-up kids buying this set for themselves, and this clever Lego/Nintendo collaboration brings back nostalgic childhood memories on two fronts.

The idea of combining lego pieces with interactive electronic modules is a great one, and the kit allows a user to move Mario and the figures around physically, and have them interact and produce sounds as they would in the screen game. Additional sets can be purchased to expand the game, and play interactively. It’s a lot of fun!

The set requires AAA batteries which are not included, so I recommend making sure you have spare. I used rechargeables and they worked fine.

There are several other sets with different character themes in the Lego Super Mario series, which are highly collectable, and whilst children will love playing with them now, I can see adults buying them as a collection too. One day, they’ll probably be valuable.

    Great Lego se
The LEGO Super Mario Adventures with Bowser Jr.’s Clown Car is a fun and interactive set for kids aged 6 and up. The set features an interactive Mario figure that reacts with sound and light, enhancing the play experience. The inclusion of Yoshi and Bowser Jr.’s Clown Car adds to the excitement, making it a great gift for young Nintendo fans. The build is straightforward and engaging, with plenty of opportunities for imaginative play. While it’s a bit on the pricier side, the combination of classic LEGO fun with Super Mario’s world makes it well worth it.

Excellent tie in, great play value
Really well done Super Mario tie in. The design and general look and feel is great—seems better in real life than the pics. I’m cautious about introducing electronics in LEGO for kids, but I shouldn’t have worried. This is handled with taste and skill. The sounds effects are authentic, with the volume and cadence just right. As with all LEGO, the play value is off the charts. The pieces can be combined in endless ways, whixh encourages all kinds of interaction.

LEGO Super Mario Adventures with Interactive Mario, Bowser Jr.’s Clown Car Vehicle Set, with Yoshi Toy, Nintendo Gift for 6 Plus Year Old Boys, Girls and Gamers

My nephew really enjoyed doing this lego super Mario kit he really liked that you got to have an interactive super Mario figure that when you put batteries inside will make noises and when you build the different parts of this build you put the Mario on them and it will make different sounds and faces.
You can get the other sets in this set that are interactive and you can then play the game on your phone with both of the interactive characters so your kids can play together.
My nephew said he still had fun on his own but he would definitely like to get a second so he can play with his siblings together and not fight over who plays with what.
The lego set was easy to build for his age of 7 and I would definitely recommend

Pricey, but lego is so much fu
As with anything Lego, this is expensive. It is however good fun to build and enjoyable to spend time making. This was simple to follow and looked fantastic once assembled. I am a big Lego fan so I was really happy with this and its perfect for video game/Mario fans!

Great addition to the Lego family I have a small amount of and perfect present for the many Lego lovers out there!!

Usual Lego quality. Get what you pay fo
Yes, I think it’s quite pricey for what you get but this is really aimed at the Mario/Nintendo fans who collect these sorts of items.
It states 6+ on the box but I have been building/playing with my newly turned 2 year old – supervision is a must due to the tiny parts.
It doesn’t come with batteries – something to note but doesn’t bother me and always have stock of Amazon basics rechargeable batteries on hand!
We have quite a few Lego kits now and this is the first ‘Interactive’ one I’ve even seen or used and is quite unique.
As always the bags are labelled up clearly and the instructions are clear to follow.
It’s nice to see Nintendo collaborating with Lego, and I can re-live my N64 childhood with my daughter.
Though I imagine it to get quite expensive when you get hooked 🙂 I will likely wait until she is a little older to expand the set.
Also consider the “Starter Course” set available on Amazon.

    A nice lego ki
This is a great Lego kit that has many interesting parts. The face on Mario has moving eyes with great expressions. A small colour screen displays many icon graphics, and he makes many sounds depending on what piece of Lego he is standing on. An interesting idea and the interactive element are a great bonus to the Lego experience. This is more than just a box of Lego. I can’t wait to look at the other kits in the range.

    Great starter se
I got this a gift for my nephew – he’s Mario mad and was really excited to try this out. He’s 8 so had no issues putting this set together – as always with Lego, the instructions are superb and everything fits perfectly . There are so many little extras that you don’t really see on the pictures until you start building it – lots of mini cute pieces that just make it feel more fun.
The Mario itself takes 2 batteries and can interact with quite a few pieces along the way and the volume isn’t too loud either so the kids can play with it for hours without it driving you mad. (The repetitive might, but not the volume).
The only problem is he now wants the rest of the sets to make the full range and I agree that it would be better to have more sets to make it more interesting for longer – he compared it to levelling up to more difficult levels on the game…
A great set, but be warned it could cost a lot more for the extra sets!

Nice interactive game from 2 big names!
Excellent interactive lego game paired up with the one and only Mario!!
Its a great fun game set that builds up on any lego collection, also for the Nintendo fan.
This 280 piece set provides hours of fun and my grandson and grandaughter both loveit.
Price seems bit high but then you are getting a someday collectors piece!
    I would easily recommend it…

    Pricey But Stackable Se
Firstly this is a pricey set, which is why I have to knock a star off. At over 20p a piece, you are being targeted for your love of Mario, or you’ve got other builds in the set, and want to have a massive AR play group.
It is fun with the above in mind, but you don’t get a lot for your money. I would wait for a discount, which these sets inevitably succumb to, in which case it becomes a far more attractive purchase.
