Ideal for video work
I bought some of these for a couple of D5100’s that I use for video work.. it’s SO much more convienient to have a constant power supply and not be reliant on having to swap out the little EN-EL14 batteries every 30 mins or so.
No issues whatsoever, wish I’d bought them years ago instead of more batteries.
It works fine
The Dummy Battery replacement works fine for my Canon EOS camera. No issues so far.
Easy to install.
The “User Manual” is hilarious however. It’s super tiny, and the manual has nothing to do with the Product sold. Don’t let this put you off, the product itself is fine

I’ve used this a few times now, typically over four hour long shoots and it works perfectly, very happy and it has a wonderfully long set of cables which is very useful
Works a treat! Perfect for using my DSLR as a webcam
I needed a way to have my camera always on to use it as a webcam. This was a critical part, and worked a treat. It’s got a nice long cable, so had lots of slack to route it around my desk.
