I have had this keyboard and mouse for only a short time and I absolutely love the product but whilst I was using the keyboard it as just gone off completely with no response? I have tried unplugging and also tried charging it and nothing seems to happen? I’m really gutted as I absolutely love this keyboard and mouse and the design on it but it now has broken please help!
I believe I have only had this for roughly a couple of months so ideally this shouldn’t have happened at all! I have trouble shooted everything and nothing seems to work!
Update: I have since emailed the company directly and they are sending a replacement.

Compact and functional.
This is compact and functional little keyboard, I like it.
What I would like would be a battery monitoring widget for the mouse and keyboard. Something that sits in the status bar on my ( Linux computer ) and gives me a visual indication of the mouse and keyboard battery status.
Otherwise, I’d buy this again. Assuming the battery doesn’t die, so far no suggestion that’s going to happen yet.

This key board and mouse not only looks cool with its LED light up components, it is very easy to link to the Games console.
It’s battery life allows for hours of gaming and is easy to charge and takes no time at all to do so.
I would totally recommend this product.
Great keyboard and mouse
This was bought due to a specific requirement, I needed a compact sized keyboard and mouse, I needed to be able to carry them around with a tablet in a case, it needed to have a single USB dongle controlling both mouse and keyboard. It was going to be used with a windows based tablet with only 1 USB port, I needed something back lit.
As soon as I plugged it in it worked, no issues, I don’t know why other reviews are saying the keyboard is mushy, for me it feels totally adequate, I’m actually quite impressed with quality of keyboard, the battery life is long, I use this set daily and for a few hours, it lasts all week and is then charged on days off, battery life for either mouse or keyboard hasn’t been an issue. Backlight is solid RGB, I’d prefer to be able to change the colour of it to a single colour but not a deal breaker by any means.
