Three weeks noticeable difference !!!!
I started off with the level 1 and have gradually moved up just by training in the time I have. ‘Before bed’ use it ‘while on a computer’ any time where it isn’t distracting. Now about a month later not only have I seen physical improvements but I’m on level 4 and going back to level 1 feels like preschool. Great Product
