27 years building PC's, these are genuinely exceptionally fast drives.
Being a Chinese brand and although I have great confidence in many Chinese brands, when it comes to PC hardware I tend to stay with folks who’ve been building XYZ for decades but there was such a price difference for me with these drives and I had a voucher so I grabbed the 1Tb drive for storage.
The damned thing is faster than my Crucial P1 and my My Sabrent pcie gen 4, and has impressed me so much its been moved to being my gaming drive and the comparatively slow poke P1 is relegated to storage duty.
7.5gb a second read rate is not a lie.
As for drive transfer rates… between this drive and my sabrent its ungodly. 2.2gb a second moving data from my sabrent to my Fanxiang drive, just nuts.
All I can say to the likes of Seagate, Crucial, Sabrent, and any western brand is that they better compete better on pricing as the Chinese are here and they are now able to offer a quality of product matching their own at least in terms of capability. Longevity is the question but with it being a solid state drive I don’t expect it to die any time soon. 2 months so far, still good.

This was a purchase for a relative.
Had previously bought one from another source but wasn’t compatible.
This purchase was compatible for a ps5 and has so far worked perfectly after installation and formatting.

Great SSD Storage at a Competitive Price
Bought this for my PS5 to expand game storage capacity as the PS5 console storage is easily gobbled up by modern games. This SSD card is compatible with the PS5 and is easy to install. It has above the required data transfer speed, and comes at a great price for 1TB of extended storage. Highly recommended.
It Works Well
This SSD comes in professional looking packaging. You will probably need a magnifying glass or very good glasses to read the instructions though. I installed it in an external case and it fitted easily without any issues. There are two screws and a screwdriver provided to fix it into place (You should only need one). There is a heat sink attached to the SSD and I found no need to use another.
Once in the drive and connected it was recognised by a laptop with no problems. I did not feel any real heat from the device within the drive case even after copying several GB of files. It is very fast, how fast I have not measured.
One thing I would recommend is that you might want to use this for non critical files as I always use a top brand name to store critical files that I cannot afford to loose. That said this drive appears to be working flawlessly and I use it to back up my photos etc from another drive.

Easy to install, I have a heatsink for it built into my motherboard so the temperatures are fine from what I can see, it also has a drastic improvement over a regular Sata Ssd and it’s visible.

This SSD is a great choice if you need a fast and reliable one. Read and write speed it good, so it’s suitable for different needs. including gaming. Games load quickly and so do other applications and programs. No issues with temperature so far. It might be more advanced than what casual users need, but it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for decent storage performance.

Good SSD
This review is for a 500GB Fanxiang NVMe SSD. It arrived in boxed retail packaging. Included was the drive, a screwdriver and a screw.
First things first, you will need to initialise this drive. Your PC will not recogise it at first, you have to go in to your Partition software for your OS. Then it should pick it up, partition and format it. Then it is good to go.
I have tested this through USB3. I have not been able to connect it directly to a motherboard because my laptop only has one slot for an NVMe. After connecting and initialising it, I ran a CrystalDiskInfo and CrystalDiskMark test on it. I have included the results as images for you to examine.
The drive is extremely fast over USB3. It took about 3 seconds to transfer 2GB of files to this drive. It would no doubt perform even better when connected to a motherboard. As far as reliability goes, it’s far too early to test for that. But I have ran in to no issues with this drive. Having had issues with previous drives from Fanxiang, this seems they have made improvements since.
As long as you maintain a regular backup schedule (I cannot stress the importance of this, with any storage, regardless of brand or type), I believe this SSD should be a good, affordable option for your PC.
