Decent Performance, But Cheap Plastic Finish
While it performs well, I was a bit disappointed by the quality of the finish. The plastic casing looks and feels cheap, which takes away from the overall impression of the product. Despite that, the inflator itself works as advertised. The 5200mAh battery is powerful enough to inflate my car tyres quickly, and the digital display is easy to read and use.
It comes with four nozzles, making it versatile for different uses like cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and sports equipment. The LED light is a useful addition for low-light situations, and the automatic shut-off when reaching the desired PSI is a convenient feature.
If you’re looking for a functional tyre inflator, this does the job, but the plasticky finish makes it feel a bit cheap for the price. If durability and aesthetics are important to you, this might not meet your expectations. However, in terms of performance, it delivers well.
Excellent for Tyre Maintenance
I recently upgraded to the VFMFM Cordless Tyre Inflator, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. This handheld air compressor is fantastic. The cordless design makes checking tyre pressures very straightforward, and the 150PSI capability ensures quick and efficient inflation. The auto shut-off feature makes inflating tyres incredibly simple and worry-free. The LED light is a handy feature for night-time use, and the four nozzles make it versatile for cars, motorcycles, and bicycles. The 5200mAh rechargeable battery lasts impressively long. Highly recommended for anyone looking to simplify their tyre maintenance routine
So easy to use, you'll be able to check tyre pressures much more regularly
I replaced my old cigarette lighter operated pump with a rechargeable model very similar to this one from VFMFM some months ago and it has made the task of checking pressures and topping up almost effortless, so I highly recommend using one of these cordless pumps. This one works brilliantly too, after fully charging the battery I was able to move around the four wheels on my car and check the pressures in just a couple of minutes, one tyre needed a slight top up from 2.1 to 2.2 bar which only took about 10 or 20 seconds. The pump is reasonably quiet too, certainly much quieter than my old wired pump. The 5200mAh battery is quite generous and in my experience with these pumps a full charge will enable all four tyres to be re-inflated from quite low pressure or just topped up a dozen times, but I recharge the battery regularly anyway just to ensure peak performance.
Set and Forget , LED light and a good connector.
First impressions are good, the build quality is solid, the valve connection is tight and you can set the PSI on the display easily enough to ensure accuracy.
Charges with a unique USB to 9V cable. The cable omits a red light while charging and goes green when fully charged.
Worth keeping that in your car as MAH batteries tend to slowly lose charge over time and last thing you want to do is grab the unit to find no power.
It has a pistol like grip for turning the inflator on, it’s very noisy as they all tend to be. I do like that there’s an LED light for helping to connect it in the dark and the screen is backlit too.
Overall a good device, a car boot essential. One that’s always better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it.
Handy, small but powerful inflato
I have had a few flat tyres in the past couple of years and have at one point been stuck on the motorway for 9 hours due to a flat. I got a pump to help in these situations but the one I got first was just too big. it was not massive, I have a hatchback SUV vehicle which has limited room under the boot area and the old pump would not fit in there. So I had to carry it in the main hatchback area at the rear but it just became a bit of a pain having to move it about every time you put anything else in the boot area. Then I got this little pump and it is perfect it fits under the back area no problems it can be used without a power source and can pump up my tyres without any problems
It has emergency lights for nighttime problems and can inflate your tyres faster than normal pumps.
It has an LED screen to show you the tyre pressure you select the pressure you want attach it to the valve of the tyre and turn it on and up the tyre goes very simple. You can choose PSI or Bar and you can select tyres for car motorcycles bikes or even a ball. It will inflate to the required pressure then turn itself off once it reaches it.
the battery can be charged using the USB -c Cable provided.
All in all this is a great little bit of kit that can be hidden away in your boot and saviour when needed… highly recommended
It does the job
Pros
– it definitely inflated stuff
– reasonable level of quality
– rechargeable (just remember to keep it charged every 3 months!)
– clips on well and comes off easily
– can use for multiple things
Cons
– bit of a generic shape and feel generally
– battery life probably won’t be great over the years
You see quite a lot of these around generally. I have my own personal one thats around this price that I favour over this one though. It’s a bit generic in its shape and feeling of material quality but it is branded so it ticks that box. At least someone’s willing to put their brand on it.
It does it’s job. Can’t fault it there. It’s a bit on the noisy side but they all are when it’s some compact. Have to fit so much in at a reasonable price that some places shortcuts are made and noise is one of them. But can’t fault it. At least you can hear if it’s working while you walk away from it.
Not a fan of the shape generally but it’ll do. Feels a bit gimmicky.
Only just scrapes a 4 star but I’d wait for a lower price than the standard twenty five.
Goodbye Flat Tyres, Hello Brunch!
Is there anything worse than noticing a flat tyre when you’re already scrambling to get to brunch?
Seriously, imagine you’re in a hurry, and the moment you try to inflate that tyre with a plug-in inflator, it sucks the battery dry instead. Ugh! But thankfully, the VFMFM Cordless Tyre Inflator with its built-in rechargeable battery is here to turn those “flat” moments around!
First off, the convenience factor is unbeatable! This little wonder is incredibly compact, so it fits easily in my car without taking up all that important storage space. On top of that, it’s super lightweight and easy to handle, and it features a bright LED display and a built-in light that’s so handy for emergency situations!
One feature I absolutely love is the adjustable pressure function. Set your desired pressure and it does the rest – no need to mess with it! It automatically stops when it hits the target pressure, which is great when you find yourself racing to meet friends.
That said, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t wish the battery lasted a bit longer. When I’m inflating all four tyres for my SUV before towing my caravan, I sometimes worry if it’ll make it through the last one. As a precaution, I’ve bought a second inflator, but having a backup isn’t much of a hassle, especially since it’s so compact!
The only other minor issue is the length of the hose. A bit longer would be nice; when the tyre valve is positioned higher, I find myself holding the pump awkwardly. But honestly, this is a small concern as opposed to its many benefits!
To wrap it all up, while the VFMFM Cordless Tyre Inflator could enhance its battery life and hose length, its stellar design and features make it a solid option for anyone wanting to avoid brunch delays!
Handy cordless tyre inflato
I wanted a cordless rechargeable tyre inflator and this VFMFM one caught my attention. I like the pistol style inflator shape and the unit feels rugged and easy to use. I like the end part, that slips over the tyre valve head, and locks in place with a quick flip of the lever. What got me mind boggled was I couldn’t figure out a power ON button? Eventually, it was the “R” button, which was also the button to cycle through PSI, Bar and other measures.
I charged it to full and commenced to pump up a tyre that had 6 psi in it. It was slow and took about 15 seconds to reach each psi. I stopped at 25 psi. Then pumped a different tyre which has 16 psi and stopped at 30 psi. The pump had used up one segment of battery power. I thought this was reasonable, considering it was cordless. The pump didn’t get red hot during the usage, which was good. Disconnecting the valve clamp was easy and my favourite feature. Some folks may struggle with the screw on type and worry about crossthreading their valves. Hence this snap on type, is faster and less faffing about, when pumping the tyres outside, when it’s cold and or raining.
It comes with valve adapters for pumping other things.
During usage, there is a small LED light, which helps to see things at night.
This is a decent tyre inflator and useful for topping up.
The price is also good.
Four stars is as much as I’ll award, which is still excellent.
