Great workout machine
The first thing I noticed was how well-built this machine is. It is sturdy with a weight limit of 350lbs providing security in any vigorous workouts. And in this case, the folding pattern is an impressive bonus if you plan to install the trainer at home and need a compact machine. It takes minimal space when folded, and is easy to move around. It has magnetic resistance system for smooth and quiet rowing workout. Adjustable Resistance — I was actually impressed with the number of resistance levels they offered. It can be an easy workout for beginners or with some cranking it up to advanced levels. This rowing action is incredibly smooth, there are no jerks to the system and it therefore makes for a comfortable experience even for longer periods of use.
Great Full Body Workou
This is a great way to exercise for a full body workout. It’s handy if your at home working and on your break, you can simply lay it flat ( as it stands upright for storage ) and burn some calories.
It’s very easy to build up and it is very easy to use. The feet on the bottom give plenty of grip to stop it sliding on a hard floor when you are working out.
The small cover that screws on the back of the track that the seat runs on can be a bit hard to attach. You might have to scrape a bit of plastic off to get the screws to fit into the holes but once there in there fine.

Works well - involved satisfying assembly
For the most part, all of the parts, screws and bolts are supplied in a logical and plain to use order with relatively clear instructions. The required tools for assembly are supplied, and it was an involved but satisfying assembly process, if you follow the instructions.
What wasn’t clear was that the two screws that secure the back cover of the slide rail are not loose, and have to be unscrewed from the rail itself, and I was unable to find the four screws that connect the console to the frame. Two elastic bands are doing that job. I haven’t tried their customer service yet.
I’ve been using this for two days now, and it does feel like a sturdy machine. My last rower had a different resistance mechanism and overheated and softened the metal it was attached to, and then tore.
I’ve tried the different settings and it would seem that there are settings for most of the exercise minded of the casual rowers to the more serious amateur rowers and fitness fanatics.
I’m enjoying my new rower, and I have more confidence that this one will last. The console displays a few things like calories expended, distance covered and such, but also allows you to place your phone or tablet over it securely to watch videos or make calls.
There was an invitation on this review to discuss ease of folding. It doesn’t fold, but it stands on its end, that is upright, with stability.

Impressive and great add on to home exercise..
My wife always wanted a rowing machine as she prefers a full body workout and it’s my First time using one. Having a treadmill which is working well decided to get the rowing Machine as an add-on. I am glad I did. Delivery was fast and well packaged, Easy to understand instructions.it took me about minutes to assemble it without and difficulty. Able to make it stand vertically so Doesn’t occupy too much space.
The machine appears study and the seat is comfortable, Slowly building up the resistance and duration. Definitely a whole body workout. I am happy with the purchase and looking forward to using it regularly.
Ideal for small room
I have this in my office and it’s perfect. It can be stored upright to save space and isnt as long as a single bed so isn’t too intrusive in a small room and easily portable.
Building it was fine for one person. The instructions cover everything and all the tools you need are included as well as the batteries. It’s much more modern than my previous rowing machine and there is no noise of anything rotating inside. The grip is ideal for me and the tracker can be adjusted so it isn’t cycling through all the stats, I prefer just seeing the row count.
In my eyes this is the best way to get a full body workout on a lunch break while working from home and this machine is ideal for comfort and performance.
