Great value (at the time)
This is an average performing drive that I bought to give a new lease of life to an old desktop PC. The drive came with securing screw which was most useful.
I have given the drive 5 stars based on the price I paid for it, which was just before the inflated prices we see now.
Affordable SSD for any projects you might want!
Bought this SSD for Raspberry Pi 5 project for a NUT server, also used a POE and NVME hat, this SSD worked out of the box with the Raspberry Pi 5 without any issues. It is an affordable SSD for any projects you might need!
However, this SSD is DRAMLess which isn’t the greatest however, it is fine for most basic things.

Die Lexar 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD hat mich absolut berzeugt! Ich nutze sie in meinem NAS-System fr HomeAssistant und bisher luft alles super stabil. Die angegebenen Lesegeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 3500MB/s und Schreibgeschwindigkeiten von 1300MB/s merkt man deutlich — Boot- und Ladezeiten sind extrem kurz.
Die Installation war unkompliziert, und die SSD wird sofort erkannt. Auerdem ist die Wrmeentwicklung moderat, sodass mein NAS auch bei Dauerbetrieb stabil bleibt. Die 3D-NAND-Flash-Technologie sorgt fr Langlebigkeit und Zuverlssigkeit, was gerade bei einem stndig laufenden System wichtig ist.
Fazit: Wer eine leistungsstarke, zuverlssige SSD fr NAS oder HomeAssistant sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!

A trusted brand that I have used for many years. This is a very fast SSD M2 drive that is easy to install and worked very well as a boot drive for my rebuilt PC. Highly recommended and a fair price.
Excellent SSD, facile installer, reconnu immdiatement, rapide et temprature matrise
Un excellent disque SSD, fourni avec sa vis de fixation, facile installer il est immdiatement reconnu par le systme (passer par la gestion des disques) et un offre un fonctionnement trs satisfaisant, rapide et ne chauffe pas exagrment.
Worked first time
Had read about issues with GeekPi Raspberry Pi hats, but worked first time with zero problems. Is fast and reliable on my set up running multiple containers and virtual machines.
Good value perfect little boot drive.
Perfect boot drive from my elitedesk G3, I normally go fro Kingsec but it was out of stock on this occasion. Nevertheless I didn’t get disapointed the driver got detected straight away, the capacity was also correctly detected, some people reported that they are getting hot but it’s the nature of this drive and you can get heat-sink if you feel they get too hot, personally I nver had an issue and this is used on an always-on mini pc. Good value and I hope it’lllast as long as my Kingspec ones.

Acquistato come SSD di sistema per una build secondaria, il Lexar NM620 da 256GB si dimostrato veloce, stabile e perfetto per l’uso quotidiano, con un eccellente rapporto qualit/prezzo.
In lettura si avvicina ai 3.000–3.300 MB/s reali, vicinissimo ai 3.500 dichiarati
In scrittura sequenziale si assesta attorno ai 1.100–1.200 MB/s, perfettamente coerente con le specifiche
Velocit random molto buone: tempi di avvio rapidi, reattivit costante

Nessun DRAM cache (non un problema per uso leggero). Il Lexar NM620 da 256GB uno degli SSD NVMe Gen3 pi bilanciati nella sua fascia: veloce quanto basta, compatto e affidabile, perfetto per dare nuova vita a un PC secondario o come disco di sistema su una build budget.
Per chi ha bisogno di avvii rapidi, buon multitasking e solidit a lungo termine, un’ottima scelta.
