I’ve been using Head & Shoulders Clinical Therapy for a few weeks, and the results have been excellent. It noticeably reduced my dandruff and relieved my itchy scalp after just a few washes.
The shampoo leaves my hair feeling clean and fresh without making it too dry. A little goes a long way, and it lathers well. The scent is a bit stronger than regular shampoos, but it’s worth it because it works so well.
If you struggle with stubborn dandruff or scalp irritation, I highly recommend giving this shampoo a try. Great value and very effective.
Yes it’s a bit pricey, but it’s a great product and gives excellent results, I can’t really describe the smell, it’s a bit minty but not too much, it’s a really clean smell if that makes sense. Not much is needed to get a good lather so it should last a good while.
This shampoo works really well for dandruff and scalp protection. It feels very effective at cleaning the scalp and helping with itchiness or flaking, so from a results point of view I was impressed.
The downside is the experience of using it. The smell is quite unpleasant, with a mix of clinical, medical, mango and a strong sulphate type scent. The shampoo itself is orange, which also makes it feel more medicinal than luxurious.
Overall, it is not the best shampoo if you want something relaxing, pleasant smelling or premium feeling, but it does seem very effective at doing what it is meant to do.
Found this a few years ago after Selsun Blue was discontinued in the UK. Selenium Sulphide is the only anti-dandruff ingredient that doesn’t irritate me or causes a rash. The menthol in this version (they do another without – I use both) is also a welcome addition. I have never smelt sulfur in the years I have been using it.
It works brilliantly.
It is expensive compared to off the shelf UK products, but worth every penny. A little goes a long way, so a bottle lasts about 5-6 months.
