Good image, buy a micro SD card
It’s a good value door camera, you do need to purchase a micro SD card or pay the monthly subscription, after a few weeks of use I’ve found that it doesn’t always notify me of someone appearing and sometimes it lags a bit by the time you’ve clicked on the notification and gone live you can miss who it was, I feel this could be improved with a app update or firmware update. But the image quality is good and the voice change is great if you’re a woman you can sound like a bloke or a one of the chipmunks .
Battery life is good.
For the price you can’t complain as the price outweighs the negatives when you compare it to the top brand ones that I feel are far to expensive for what they are and you still have to pay a subscriptio
A great video doorbell that’s so easy to set up. I took it out of the box charged it up and then used the app to set the device all done and dusted in a few minutes with no problems.
I love that it has local storage if you instal an SD Card, there is nothing more to pay for unlike some of the others who treat their customers as a cash cow. Battery life seems good especially as my house is very close to the pavement and so even with the sensitivity turned right down it still gets triggered by anyone walking by, so as it is always being triggered the battery charge is lasting well.
Day and night vision are great and as I have a PIR light next to my door I don’t need to enable night vision so all my night time captures are in colour. Great camera that also comes with its own chime unit so everything in the box as required. It would be nice if I could send images via Wi-Fi Direct to my NAS for storage but to be fair this unit does everything I need it to do without a subscription (although that is optional if you want it) and does not cost a fortune as other certain units do. I’ve been using the AOSU Video Doorbell SE (V8E2CA11) for a while now, and overall I’m very impressed. The build quality is solid, it looks great on the door, and the alerts are quick—you get notified almost instantly when someone is at the door or motion is detected. The video recordings are clear and detailed, better than I expected for the price.
One of the best things about this doorbell is that you don’t need a subscription for the standard features. Most big brands lock you into monthly fees just to access recordings, so it’s refreshing that AOSU offers good functionality at a lower upfront cost.
A couple of things to improve: I wish there were stronger anti-tamper measures. If someone were to pull the doorbell off or remove the SD card, you could lose your recordings. There is an optional cloud storage option, but it’s available only through a paid plan. A more secure mounting mechanism or built-in theft alert would make this product even better.
Overall, though, for the price and the features you get, this is an excellent doorbell and great value for money. I’m very happy with the purchase.
This is one of several video doorbells we’ve tried and its by far the best! Ok, its a bit bulky which us why I’ve given it 4* along with its video card storage being on the doorbell itself but thats pretty standard unless you pay more I think. Bonus of this method is no subscription fees. It was very easy to install with clear instructions in the pamphlet and on the excellent app. The picture is crystal clear, the sound excellent and, up to now, not one false alarm unlike all the others we tried. You can make various adjustments to sensitivity, sound, detection zones etc and its all easy. The internal sounder works fine and the response time to phones is good. The only negative is that the memory card for the videos is stored in the bell itself so if someone takes the bell, which is very easy, then your recordings are gone too. But overall its a top class product and highly recommended.

solide Verarbeitung, weites Sichtfeld, Diebstahlschutz ausbaufhig
Als Nutzer verschiedner AOSU Kameras wollte ich nun auch die Video Trklingel fr mich entdecken. Geliefert wird sie kompakt mit allem was fr den Betrieb und die Installation ntig ist.
Der Lieferumfang:
– die Videotrklingel mit einer Montageplatte
– ein Ladekabel
– Montagematerial bestehend aus Dbeln, Schrauben
– ein Trgong
– eine Bedienungsanleitung
Die Video Trklingel macht beim Auspacken einen soliden Eindruck.
Die Verarbeitung ist durchgehend gut. Allerdings ist die Klingel auch ziemlich gro im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern auf dem Markt., offenbar aber aufgrund der verbauten Komponenten und des leistungsstarken Akkus wohl anders nicht mglich.
Leider verfgt die Video Trklingel ber keine Mglichkeit einer festen Verkabelung um sie ber einen Klingeltrafo mit Strom zu versorgen wie andere Modelle. Man ist also zwangslufig auf das Nachladen des internen Akkus angewiesen, wobei der Akku lt. AOSU bis zu 120 Tage halten soll. Das hngt aber wohl ganz entscheidend von der Nutzung der Klingel ab. Hat man hufig Auslsungen von der Klingel und auch Live-Zugriffe, dann wird die Klingel wohl nicht ganz so lang durchhalten. Widrige Auentemperaturen oder Witterungen begegnet die Klingel mit IP65 Zertifizierung.
Die Klingel ist durch die Verschraubung an der Befestigungsplatte frs erste gegen schnellen Diebstahl geschtzt. Allerdings wird die Klingel auch nur in die Halteplaste eingerastet. Man kann sie recht leicht entfernen. Eine andere Sicherung gibt es leider nicht. Eine einfache Sicherungsschraube am Gehuse wrde da ggf. schon mal helfen, ansonsten ist ggf. die Kamera samt interner Speicherkarte (die man separat erwerben muss) gestohlen. Wenn man keine kostenpflichtige Cloudspeicherung nutzt so ist man am Ende ggf. ohne Aufnahme. Man kann sich dann maximal den Alarmscreenshot schicken lassen. Damit wre die Kamera also nicht so diebstahlsicher wie angenommen. Wie gesagt speichert die Klingel Alarm- bzw. Klingelvideos auch in der (wenn auch kostenpflichtigen) Cloud. Damit bleibt zumindest die Chance auf die Identifizierung des Diebes.
Die Klingel kommt bereits vorgeladen. Bei mir waren das 80% – ideal fr einen Akku zur Lagerung. Insofern konnte es direkt mit der Installation los gehen. Hier bentigt man zunchst die App von Aosu.
Nach Registrierung in der App kann man die Kamera leicht hinzufgen.
Dazu muss man die Login-Daten des Wlan Netzes in der App eingeben. Hier habe ich ein separates Wlan fr alle IoT (Internet of Things) Gerte getrennt in 2,4 und 5 Ghz.
Die Klingel von Aosu untersttzt leider nur 2,4 Ghz. Der Empfang ist damit zwar ber weitere Strecken mglich, aber die Bandbreite ist dann leider nicht mehr so hoch.
Mein Router ist ca. 10 Meter von der Haustr entfernt und durch ziemliche dicke Mauern getrennt. Dennoch ist das Signal der Klingel mit 48% (kann man in der App ablesen) prsent. Das ist gerade noch ausreichend, eine gewisse Latenz beim Laden des Bildes der Kamera bringt das ganze aber mit sich. Gerade bei der Nutzung der Gegensprechfunktion kann das zu Problemen fhren.
In der App wird man im brigen sehr gut durch die Installation gefhrt, auch mit Tipps zum Anbringungsort. Das macht Aosu wirklich gut.
Die Gummikappe unter der sich der Ladeport (USB-C) der Klingel als auch der Reset und An-/Ausschalter, sowie der Slot fr die Micro-SD Card befindet ist an der Seite. Fr einen dritten ist das also sehr schnell zu erreichen und die SD Karte entnommen. Das finde ich nicht gnstig. Hier sollte AOSU deutlich nachbessern und diese Elemente besser auf die Rckseite der Klingel bringen, damit niemand von Auen gleich manipulieren kann.
Der beiliegende Trgong ist ebenfalls leicht eingebunden und Bedarf einer nahe gelegenen Steckdose. Bei mir ist das ganze ca. 5 meter von der Klingel im Haus entfernt. Von daher gibt es keine Probleme bei der Verbindung. Leider gibt es den Gong nicht mit internen Akku, dann wre die Aufstellung noch flexibler mglich.
Grundstzlich soll die Video-Klingel die Mglichkeit bieten schnell zu erkennen wer vor der Tr steht, auch wenn man mal nicht zu Hause ist. Das klappte bislang i.d.R. auch trotz versetzen Blickwinkels recht gut. Die Sensibilitt des PIR-Sensors kann man hier auch noch einstellen, sodass der Besuch auch schon etwas weiter entfernt der Haustr registriert und durch die Klingel per Push am Handy angekndigt wird. Auch an den Datenschutz wurde gedacht, man kann Zonen ausblenden um ggf. der Privatsphre anderer Rechnung zu tragen.
Die Beleuchtung des LED-Ring um den Klingelknopf in blau kann man brigens auf Wunsch auch deaktivieren. Diese aktiviert sich aber auch nur wenn sich jemand der Klingel nhert, insofern ganz gnstig im Dunkeln fr Gste welche die Klingel suchen.
Nach dem Bettigen des Klingelknopfes wird ohne groe Verzgerung eine Push-Meldung ans Telefon gesandt. Damit wei man dann auch bei Abwesenheit von zu Hause, dass gerade jemand geklingelt hat.
Die Aosu App bietet des weiteren ziemlich viele Einstellungsmglichkeiten die eine bestmgliche Individualisierung ermglichen. Die Klingel bietet als Speicher den Cloud-Dienst, der im kostenpflichtigen Bereich dann weitere Funktionen der Klingel frei gibt. Das finde ich immer etwas schade, da man beim Kauf des Produktes nicht explizit darauf kommt, dass einige Funktionen (bspw. Gesichtserkennung) eben nur mit kostenpflichtigem Abo zur Verfgung stehen obwohl dies aus der Beschreibung durchaus anzunehmen wre. Unabhngig davon kann man die Aufnahmen auf einer MicroSD (nicht im Lieferumfang) vornehmen, die man in die Klingel einlegen kann. Eine Verbindung zu einem NAS ist leider nicht mglich.
Die Klingel verfgt nicht nur ber eine Gegensprechfunktion sondern auch ber 3 vor definierte Antworten die nicht individualisiert werden knnen. Nach dem Klingeln kann man diese also bei Bedarf schnell abgespielte. In diesem Falle mit dem Preset Bitte stellen Sie das Paket direkt vor der Tr ab, danke!”
Hier kommt dann wohl auch die Gesichtserkennung ins Spiel, die auch nach Personen (Freunde, Bekannte, Paketdienst) unterscheiden kann. Allerdings steht diese Mglichkeit wie bereits erwhnt nur bereit, wenn man auch ein Cloud-Abo von Aosu abschliet. Ohne dieses Abo ist man hier doch etwas limitiert im Funktionsumfang.
Allerdings bietet Aosu 7 Tage kostenlosen Clouddienst zum Test an. Das habe ich erstmal aktiviert und es klappt auch wunderbar, demnchst werde ich aber eine Speicherkarte einsetzen.
Fazit:
Die Aosu 2K Videotrklingel ist grundstzlich gut gefertigt.
Der volle Funktionsumfang erffnet sich leider erst nach Abschluss eines kostenpflichtigen Cloud Abo, aber ohne Cloud hat man auch einen sehr guten Funktionsumfang.
Die Qualitt der Kamera und die Aufnahmen sind sowohl bei Tag und Nacht recht gut, die Funkverbindung ist soweit ausreichend, der Zeitversatz von Klingelbettigung bis zur Push-Nachricht am Smartphone klappt mit kurzer Verzgerung. Mitunter wurden Personen die nur kurz an der Tr schauten nicht erkannt. Sofern jemand klingelt klappt das ganze aber zuverlssig.
Der Winkel der Kamera knnte horizontal besser sein. Die fehlende Diebstahlsicherung sollte man im Auge haben und die Kamera ggf. selbst durch eine kleines extra Gehuse sichern.

J’tais la recherche d’un systme de sonnette vido pas trop compliqu installer…
La connexion ma box est trs simple grce l’application AOSU.
La recharge se fait via USB ce qui est pratique dans mon cas car je n’ai pas de connexion lectrique, pour ce qui est de l’autonomie je n’ai pas assez de recule depuis l’installation mais on sonne pas tout les jours chez moi….
L’image est largement correct en ce qui me concerne bref pour moi et mon utilisation cette sonnette vido me convient largeme
