Fonctionne trs bien . A la livraison , 2 des 4 camras taient dfaillantes . Aprs avoir contact le service ” SAV ” par chat , j’ ai reu des la semaine suivante 2 nouvelles camras , et dsormais tout fonctionne trs bien .

Sehr gute Kameras zu einem vernnftigen Preis aber kleinen WIFI Schwche zwischen Kamera+Homebase
Sehr gute Auenkameras mit einer sehr ntzlichen Homebase H200.
Die Kameras funktionieren sehr gut mit vielen Einstellmglichkeiten und durch die Homebase werden alle Aufzeichnungen zentral gespeichert und man braucht dadurch kein teures Abonnement abzuschlieen.
Die Bildqualitt der Kameras ist sehr gut ob bei Tag oder Nacht.
Die Verfolgung einer Person funktioniert ebenfalls sehr gut und die bergabe der Person von einer Kamera zur nchsten klappt auch sehr gut.
Den einzigen Kritikpunkt den ich vielleicht anfhren knnte ist die Strke des WiFi Signals zwischen den Kameras und der Homebase.
Meine beiden alten Kameras hatten ein strkeres Verbindungssignal .
Bei den Botslab 4K musste ich die Homebase mehr zentral im Haus aufstellen damit die Verbindung mit allen 4 Kameras an den 4 Fassadenecken des Hauses ohne Unterbrechung klappte.
Ich musste dann aber zum neuen Ort der Homebase ein Netzwerkkabel verlegen zwecks einer Internetverbindung der Homebase.
Trotz dieser kleinen Schwche kann ich die Kameras von BOTSLAB voll und ganz empfehlen.

Wir sind mit den Botslab Outdoor-Kameras W510 top zufrieden. Man kann sehr viel einstellen und die Kameras optimal an die eigenen Bedrfnisse anpassen. Besonders gefllt uns, dass die Aufnahmen lokal gespeichert werden knnen und man nicht auf eine Cloud angewiesen ist.
Zwischenzeitlich hatten wir ein Problem mit einer Kamera. Der Kundendienst hat jedoch superschnell reagiert und die defekte Kamera umgehend ersetzt. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Wir knnen die Kameras und den Service absolut weiterempfehlen.

I gave a 4-star rating as the base unit supplied was faulty. Subsequent help from the service team was excellent and was worth 5 stars due to their persistence and patient in resolving problems for a user more used to working with a laptop than a phone on the internet. Subsequent operation of the cameras was fantastic and well worth the cost particularly as the system does not require cloud storage.

I’m really impressed with this security AI camera! Setup was super fast — literally just plugged in the power and Ethernet cable, scanned the QR code on the app, and everything connected automatically within minutes. No complicated steps or tech headaches at all.

Great pair of camera for home security
