Excellent value for money .I had a small problem with the hard drive not being detected I contacted customer services and they sent new hard drive and new power pack immediately and provided troubleshooting within a week system is running perfect now would recommend
The 4 camera system with monitor and 1Tb storage was easy to set up. The picture quality is very good. The duel lens cameras is excellent with 1 fixed lens and 1 PTZ lens that can be set to auto track movement. Each camera needs a power supply. The cable length is not very long but can be extended by purchasing extension cable. For my set up i drilled hole through wall at front of the house to use internal sockets. For the rear of the house i used a suitable outdoor junction box to house the camera power supply. In addition to viewing on supplied monitor there is an App you can download to view and control cameras on a smartphone which is working fine. Unfortunately the App currently is not working on Apple MacBook Pro.
Whilst you can view the App for free you are constantly prompted to sign up for paid for cloud storage or AI alerts, however it appears that subscription applies per camera not for the 4 supplied cameras.

Fully recommend this dual camera. Whilst one fixed camera keeps an eye on my car the other can point in any 360 degree angle to catch any further footage needed. The quality is very clear. The options are plenty with support if needed. The software is definately a reason to buy, since I have other cams, but not as detailed as this. Some give white light for added vision, however not really needed as at night the cameras record in colour, in cognito. I needed an extra long cable, but Amazon offers one very cheap. Most of these camera have the same issue, but easily remidied. As said, lots of options to select the camera angle, preset options set for cam angles, one cam fixed whereas the other 360 degrees, black + white or colour, seperately I purchased an Amazon128gb memory card which works a treat. Also very easy to install. Any issues contact customer support.
I purchased this CCTV system a couple of years ago and have been extremely pleased with it. It has been excellent value for money and easy to use with very little setup required as most of it is plug and play.
The cameras give excellent picture quality even in total darkness using the infrared facility and the hard drive can store 2 weeks worth of continual 24hr recording.
It has proved to be an extremely reliable system with no maintenance required other than cleaning the cobwebs off!
Another great feature is the mobile app you can download to your phone (again easy to install) allowing you to view your cameras where ever you are.
Overall I have been very impressed with this Sansco system and would highly recommend it.
A really hassle free and easy to setup CCTV system. No need for tons of wiring running through the house, each camera requires just one power cable going to it. The cameras automatically connect to the main unit. Video can be watched on a TV or a computer monitor as the main unit has both a VGA and HDMI connector. All the wires are included and connecting it to a router via the ethernet cable allows you to access the cameras and recordings anywhere in the world. The app on your mobile device is simple to use and very user friendly, the picture is clear and there are all sorts of extra setting you can access such as alerts and motion. The video is clear both at nigh and day thanks to the night vision. The device also allows you to export recording on to a USB really useful if you need to submit a recording for whatever reason. The harddrive is included and preinstalled, it has a large capacity and can hold a few weeks recording before it rites back over itself. All the fixings for the camera are included and they can either be used inside or outside. They are easy to fix and the cameras can be positioned in whatever angle suits you best. Overall this is a fantastic kit, really easy to fix and set up, tons of functionality and great quality video, Really pleased with it and feel a lot more secure for having it.
