Fantastic bright outdoor ligh
Great light for outdoor. Very bright and easily adjustable for sensor. Waterproof so hope will last a bit longer than previous lights we have bought that were less waterproof. Still going strong after 6 months.
Works well
This was only installed a few weeks ago.
I needed it for my driveway and front garden. I got a handyman to install it and it is really bright and does what it should. The minimum time the light stays on is 1 minute which is frankly too long.
Otherwise I am happy so far.
Great ligh
As a professional electrician have fitted hundreds of outside lights in my time and this is one of the best great light, low energy use and really easy to fit would highly recommend.

Light output is sufficient for what I needed… this is not the easiest of lights to fit and only has cable entry from the rear, which further complicates things if swapping out a standard floodlight pir unit, obviously it can be done but will require a bit more ingenuity, but is worth the hassle… now have 2 of them so wasn’t that worried about being able to sort i
Replaced a million year old halogen light was a doddle to fit and the brightness was perfect for a fair sized garden plus the energy saving over the old one will pay dividends ….. Great Price as well …. well pleased

So far so good, best yet for range. Problem is how long will it last, previous one lasted four months and cost twice as much as this one. Seem’s the cheap ones last as long as the expensive ones. This one is in between price wise so let’s hope. Only downside is cable has to enter via back of light would like the option to enter from the side of the base. Overall very pleased with this light particularly the long detection range..
Very good
The only fault I could find with this product is, it doesn’t come with any cable. The instructions can also be better. Cable entry is from the back and bottom. Other than that perfect.
Great ligh
This light is just what we were looking for, our previous light had been up for many years when it decided to fail a couple of days before a planned garden party.
This light is a great replacement, the option of changing the angles and also the settings mean you can set it just how you want.
Installation was quick and easy too.
Looks good a d works well
It looks good, works well and provides nicely bright light. However, there was no instruction leaflet in the box and this made fitting by my electrician not as simple as it should.
Works exactly as it should
It’s fitted to the corner of the house, the sensor (adjustable) picks you up at just the right point on approach and the light is bright and well directed. Replaced an old halogen light, this one is far superior.
Excellent light fitting
This unit was a replacement under the 2 year warranty. The first one I had failed after 18 months of use but….. this light fitting has been really good for the 18 months. Easy to install and set up if you are a strong diyer. What is brilliant about this unit is that the light level from the unit is very good for an LED set up. The lights are flexible and directable giving a good range of coverage of light. The PIR sensor is easy to set up with good coverage. All in all very good. I hope the first unit was a random failure because I like the fitting.
Bought to replace an older type of security light.
Seems good quality although time will tell, easy to fit with some basic DIY skills.
As you can see from photo i fitted mine onto a junction box to allow more room to fit more easily.
Works well, easy to adjust timing etc.
Very bright when lit with a good angle of monitoring from sensor.
Up to now a good buy, will update if needed.
VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
My original purchase was found to be defective and try as I and an electrician might we couldn’t get the SANSI C2440-HW to operate. On Emailing SANSI explaining the situation they informed not to return the original to Amazon and would send me a replacement. This they did and I’m pleased to say it arrived two days sooner than detailed, even it being just before Christmas. The replacement was easy to install and in this situation I’ve installed it under the eves and not to the wall as detailed and found it to work very well, all as described within the User Manual.

Excellent Security Ligh
Really pleased with this light. Very easy to install with just one screw fixing into the wall. Sensor gives really good range and 180 degress of cover. Brightness good enough for us and looking forward to cheaper electricity bills with the LEDs.

Decent quality, poor install desig
The build quality and brightness is excellent, easy to adjust and the lux/timing settings are easy to use and adjust. However installing wasn’t easy, fitted loads of security lights and this one was tricky to wire in and mount when high up. The instructions were also generic across the range and not specific to this item, no excuse; poor. Can’t fault the product, just make sure you’re capable or get a good sparky to fi
Stays on during daytime after heavy rainfall
Decent brightness, easy to fit. Downside, since heavy rainfall I believe the senser is tripping, therefore goes on and stays on throughout the day. 3times I’ve had to move the switch and put back to Auto. Frustrating. Asking for another replacement, hopefully that works and this is a faulty one off.

Easy to install and very bright! One criticism is that as I have to angle the movement sensor to the left , it impedes the adjustment of the lights to the extent that it will only work by rotating them sideways , but it not a major problem to be honest. Of course my previous lights were the old incandescent variety and lasted many years , so what I can’t do is tell you what their comparative lifespan will be ! Ask me in 5 years time!

Very adjustable & brigh
Good range of movement to direct the lights where they’re needed. Also good that the detector can be moved too.
It’s also a lot brighter than I was expecting.
The cable entry point is at the bottom.
Superb and truly worth the money
Truly excellent security lights. Very bright at night and work consistently well. More expensive than other units available on Amazon, but well worth it. We installed 16 units around the house and garden and they are superb. The electrician installing them even remarked on the quality of these lights. Would buy again and agai
Super brigh
Fairly easy to install. I used a connection block of my own instead of what was supplied.
Rear cable feed into the light wasn’t practical for me, so had to channel some plastic away to feed the power cable in what was running along the wall. I think a mod of the unit needs looking at for this alternative type of installing. Good to have the test function too for easy daytime set up.
Nice cool light & brilliant service
These give a nice strong light, which shows how far we have come from early LED lights. They are easily attached, although best fitted to a flat surface. Bought my first of these in September and its still working well. I know less than 6 months is nothing to write home about but given how some lights perform its a damn good start. **Update** It’s now a year and the PIR has failed. Light still works but it is uncontrolled.
Emailed SANSI and within 3 days I have a brand new replacement. I’m old enough to remember when customer service wasn’t just a merry go round of telephone calls. Obviously so do SANSI. Excellent lights and superb service. Can’t recommend enough.
happy with this works perfectly was reasonably easy to install although I did mastic around where the light meets the wall just to make it a bit more waterproof would recommend others do the same.
Gives off a lot of light as you can see in the second picture that is my garden quite a distance away from the light nicely lit up for my girls to play in the dark. I’m actually going to buy another one of these for the front now.
I found it fiddly to fit the instruction could be clearer you join live to live neutral to neutral and earth to earth ,you put them in the joiner supplied and crimp with pliers open the back and put the cables in and then put it back on ,you have to drill one hole 8 mm then secure with long screw supplied ,put the light to test mode and set your light settings

sick of constantly changing cheaper ones that after 6 months died. silly me replaced with same in the hope it was a bad run, they failed !!!! so I got two of these !!! out of the box they look/feel far better , the sensor appears much better quality and the test mode feature is great for setting up. range, brightness and sensitivity are all good . fingers crossed they last , il update any probs . at the moment , I would recommend them , hopefully you pay for what u get , please last I see more of the electrician than his wife does !!!!!!!!!!
After a lot of research I decided on this light and installed it yesterday. Absolutely perfect, great level of light, easy to fit, I am about to buy another one for another area of our garden and possibly another one for my Son’s house. Don’t think you would be disappointed, I’m not and delivery was next day. Well done and thanks.
Speedy delivery and strong packaging. The light units can be positioned in any direction and up to 180. The sensitivity of the sensor can also be increased to 180 if needed.
The installation had easy to follow instructions and it didn’t take long to put it up. I can’t fault it.
Overall it’s great security lighting that throws a bright light over a vast area and was described 100% perfect online.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone because I’ve paid twice as much in the past for what I would now call an inferior unit.
Excellent pir light.
Excellent pir light. Very easy to set up and customise settings to your requirements. Had problems with previous model but had brilliant customer service experience with Sansi and they sent an immediate replacement. I now have three at my property covering front of house and two in the rear garden. Super bright too.
Very powerful light a little tricky to fi
Veery bright light and supersensitive detector. The biggest issue was getting the light fitted the connection devices were ineffective should really have been a standard connection block and quite difficult to replace the back cover once the wiring had been installed. Good performing light though once installed.
