Impressive little camera
This little cctv window camera seems to me to be a very clever idea. I can’t say I’ve come across anything that fixes to a window like this before so I’m very impressed by its simplicity and quality. It comes with everything you need to set it up and its very easy once you’ve downloaded the Septekon app . Firstly, there are 3 magnetised silicon rings and you peel the backing off one and stick it to your preferred site on the window and then the camera attaches to it magnetically. I would say the only downside is that it’s not battery charged and does need a mains connection but it comes with a good length of flex so it is quite versatile and you don’t have to worry about the battery running out. Also the ring can be peeled off the window fairly easily and reused if you want to re-site the camera or you can use the other 2 fixing rings if you want to be able to move it round regularly. Obviously once it’s attached to the window that’s it’s only field of vision but it’s very sensitive to movement and the picture is absolutely crystal clear {assuming you window is clean ;-)} and very sharp and it doesn’t have any problems with motion, although there is a slight lag which means that if its field of vision is narrow or short the moving object will have passed before the camera records it but I’ve found that to be true of all these kinds of cameras.

I’ve got ours fixed to a kitchen window overlooking the side path and it’s very secure being fixed indoors. There’s a slot for a microsd card or you can subscribe to save any recordings in the cloud. If you don’t have either the camera still saves any recordings for 2 days and the videos can be viewed on the app on your phone. Overall, I’m really impressed and I think it’s good value for the current price.
