La barre semble solide et cel m’a convaincu d’en acheter une seconde.
A noter nanmoins que si elle est tire au maximum, j’avoue avoir un doute sur la solidit. Avec 2 crans voir 3 de chaque ct, je suis rassure par contre. Elle ne semble pas glisser sur dalle pvc, ni sur bton mme si je n’ai pas os forcer plus de peur d’abmer ma porte 🙂
This is my 2nd and I think they are perfect. I feel safer now especially through the night.

Clever and idiot proof design with huge range of adjustments. Using it to brace my upvc side door which is rather secluded.
Testing it from the outside proves that the mechanism works (it converts horizontal force into vertical force to press the brace downwards if the door is pushed from outside)-
However after several very hard pushes the rubber foot’ had slipped back by a centimeter and the door was slightly open. My floor is tiled and was very clean, so the grip’ is not perfect but would need a lot of brute force to dislodge completely. I’m hoping that anyone trying the back door will a) notice the brace and look elsewhere, or b) find the brace a barrier too far if they manage to disable the multipoint locking system.
Super heavy duty security ba
This is a nice sturdy security bar. We like that it is adjustable to any of our doors. The bar is nice and heavy and it can be adjusted to many different heights. The footer tilts as needed and provides a strong resistance when slanted properly. The knob hook stays in place and wedges underneath to have a strong grip. We would recommend.
